一种密封盖,包括外盖(1)、设置在所述外盖内与所述外盖相配合的内盖(2),所述内盖(2)的外边沿具有凹槽部(20),所述凹槽部(20)内填充有密封胶(3),所述密封胶(3)与瓶体进行密封配合,所述外盖(1)和/或所述内盖(2)上设置有相对另一方凸起的凸起部。通过在外盖和/或内盖上增加凸起部,在进行瓶盖密封时,凸起部作为压力点增加内盖上密封胶与瓶口的密封度,大大提高了密封效果;同时圈盖的结构变化小,便于大批量的生产加工。

密封盖
技术领域
本发明涉及包装容器领域,特别是涉及一种密封盖。
背景技术
密封盖常见以外盖、设置在外盖内的内盖作为一个组合,外盖上具有螺纹结构;在内盖的外边沿具有凹槽部,凹槽部内填充密封胶。密封盖在与瓶体进行封装时,外盖的螺纹与瓶体的螺纹配合,下旋过程中盖面圈面相抵,使密封胶与瓶口密封。但是,由于盖面圈面直接相抵,两者之间受力面积大,施压后受力分散,造成密封胶与瓶口密封效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封效果更好的密封盖。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种密封盖,包括外盖、设置在所述的外盖内与所述的外盖相配合的内盖,所述的内盖的外边沿具有凹槽部,所述的凹槽部内填充有密封胶,所述的密封胶与瓶体进行密封配合,所述的外盖和/或所述的内盖上设置有相对另一方凸起的凸起部。
优选地,所述的凸起部包括设置在所述的外盖上相对所述的内盖凸起的第一凸起部、设置在所述的内盖上相对所述的外盖凸起的第二凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第一凸起部与第二凸起部相抵。
进一步优选地,所述的第一凸起部、第二凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第一凸起部、第二凸起部均位于所述的外盖、内盖的中心。
优选地,所述的凸起部仅包括设置在所述的外盖上相对所述的内盖凸起的第三凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第三凸起部与内盖的上表面相抵。
进一步优选地,所述的第三凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第三凸起部位于所述的外盖的中心。
优选地,所述的凸起部仅包括设置在所述的内盖上相对所述的外盖凸起的第四凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第四凸起部与外盖的下表面相抵。
进一步优选地,所述的第四凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第四凸起部位于所述的内盖的中心。
优选地,所述的外盖、内盖均为金属材质。
进一步优选地,所述的外盖、内盖的材质为铝。
优选地,所述的外盖上具有与瓶体相配合的螺纹。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明通过在盖和/或内盖上增加凸起部,在进行瓶盖密封时,凸起部作为压力点增加内盖上密封胶与瓶口的密封度,大大提高密封效果;同时圈盖的结构变化小,便于大批量的生产加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:
一种密封盖,包括外盖1、设置在外盖1内与外盖1相配合的内盖2,内盖2的外边沿具有凹槽部20,凹槽部20内填充有密封胶3,密封胶3与瓶体进行密封配合。外盖1、内盖2的材质一般均为铝,外盖1上具有与瓶体相配合的螺纹12。
在本实施例中:如图1-5所示:外盖1和内盖2上均设置有相对另一方凸起的凸起部,具体为:凸起部包括设置在外盖1上相对内盖2凸起的第一凸起部10、设置在内盖2上相对外盖1凸起的第二凸起部21,其中:第一凸起部10、第二凸起部21均设置有一个,一个第一凸起部10、第二凸起部21均位于外盖1、内盖2的中心。当将外盖1与内盖2相配合时,第一凸起部10与第二凸起部21相抵。
密封盖与瓶体进行封装时,外盖1的螺纹12与瓶体的螺纹配合,下旋过程中,外盖1上的第一凸起部10施加向下压力抵紧外盖1内内盖2的第二凸起部21,第二凸起部21向下的压力集中使得内盖2上的密封胶与瓶体的瓶口密封效果更好。
第一凸起部10、第二凸起部21也可以设置多个,但会增加外盖1、内盖2模具、加工方面的复杂性。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:如图6所示:外盖1和内盖2中仅外盖1设置有相对内盖2凸起的第三凸起部11,当外盖1与内盖2相配合时,第三凸起部11与内盖2的上表面相抵。其中,第三凸起部11也设置有一个,一个第三凸起部11位于外盖1的中心,使得施压的受力最为均匀。
实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:如图7所示:外盖1和内盖2中仅内盖2设置有相对外盖1凸起的第四凸起部22,当外盖1与内盖2相配合时,第四凸起部22与外盖1的下表面相抵。同样,第四凸起部22也设置有一个,一个第四凸起部22位于内盖2的中心,使得施压的受力最为均匀。
虽然实施例二、实施例三的凸起部也能够增加密封效果,但实施例一的密封效果最优。

  1. 一种密封盖,包括外盖、设置在所述的外盖内与所述的外盖相配合的内盖,所述的内盖的外边沿具有凹槽部,所述的凹槽部内填充有密封胶,所述的密封胶与瓶体进行密封配合,其特征在于:所述的外盖和/或所述的内盖上设置有相对另一方凸起的凸起部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的凸起部包括设置在所述的外盖上相对所述的内盖凸起的第一凸起部、设置在所述的内盖上相对所述的外盖凸起的第二凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第一凸起部与第二凸起部相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的第一凸起部、第二凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第一凸起部、第二凸起部均位于所述的外盖、内盖的中心。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的凸起部仅包括设置在所述的外盖上相对所述的内盖凸起的第三凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第三凸起部与内盖的上表面相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的第三凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第三凸起部位于所述的外盖的中心。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的凸起部仅包括设置在所述的内盖上相对所述的外盖凸起的第四凸起部,当所述的外盖与内盖相配合时,所述的第四凸起部与外盖的下表面相抵。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的第四凸起部设置有一个,一个所述的第四凸起部位于所述的内盖的中心。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的外盖、内盖均为金属材质。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的外盖、内盖的材质为铝。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于:所述的外盖上具有与瓶体相配合的螺纹。
