Abstract
Trata-se de um método de deposição nanométrica, uniforme e homogénea de fosfato de cálcio em toda a superfície do implante anodizado, rica ern fósforo, e proporciona uma ligação química na interface implante-tecido ósseo; este processo pode ser realizado em todo o implante, ou parcialmente em áreas de sua superfície, sem alterar a macro e micro rugosidade do implante utilizado, e disponibiliza íons cálcio e fósforo na superfície de titânio anodizado e fornece uma nano morfologia própria, aumentando consideravelmente a área superficial específica e modificando a característica hidrofóbica da superfície anodizada, tornando-a altamente hidrofílica.

"PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO"
[001] Refere-se a presente patente de invenção a um processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície de implante de titânio anodizado, mais especificamente a um processo para utilização na área médica obtendo uma superfície rica em íons cálcio e fósforo, altamente bioativa e hidrofílica.
[002] Atualmente o sucesso na implantodontia caracteriza-se pelo evento da osseointegração. Contudo, para que ela seja alcançada, o implante deverá passar primeiramente pela estabilização primária, garantida por um íntimo contato físico entre implante e osso. É esperado que essa estabilidade inicial seja perdida, por conta de uma remodelação óssea nas áreas de contato com o implante. A conquista da estabilidade secundária promovida por uma interação química e biológica entre o tecido ósseo e implante deverá garantir o sucesso do implante em longo prazo, permitindo que o mesmo possa ser submetido a cargas mastigatórias. Biomateriaisbioativos tendem a diminuir o espaço de tempo existente entre a perda da estabilidade primária e ganho de estabilidade secundária. Por essa razão, tem sido consenso entre pesquisadores e a indústria, o desejo em se buscar combinações de propriedades na superfície do implante que tornem o processo de osseointegração cada vez mais simples, eficiente, eficaz e duradouro. Nesse sentido, uma otimizaçâo do processo de cicatrização óssea pode ser atingida pela união das propriedades somadas do desenho do implante (titânio), a micro e nanorugosidade superficial do implante, e o tratamento dc bioativação superficial do implante.
[003] Materiais definidos como bioativos, tais como os biovidros e cerâmicas de fosfato de cálcio, possuem alta afinidade química com o tecido ósseo, o que lhes confere a capacidade de desempenhar a osseocondutividade, estimulando a produção de osteoblastos e com isso, acelerar o processo de osseointegração (LEGEROS, 2008). Apesar de o titânio apresentar excelente biocompatibilidade e biomecânica, ele não é bioativo. Para superar esta limitação e otimizar a formação de um novo osso na região peri-imp Jantar, a utilização de recobrimentos de fosfato de cálcio sobre titânio demonstram reforçar a resposta do tecido ósseo em comparação aos implantes não recobertos (BOSCO et al, 2012). Além disso, os fosfatos de cálcio favorecem a adsorção de proteínas em sua superfície, que são capazes de mediar uma maior ligação de células
ostcoprogenitoras, quando em comparação às superfícies de titânio sem tratamento (KILPADI et al, 2001).
[004] A partir da década de 90, empresas produtoras de implantes passaram a se preocupar com o conceito de aumento de área superficial para garantir maior osseointegração. Começaram então a surgir os chamados tratamentos de superfície dos implantes e suas diferentes metodologias (US 5456723 A, WO2004008983A1, US 8251700 B2). O conceito de conexão direta entre o implante e o osso, preconizado por BRANEMARK, precisou ser posto em discussão quando observou-se que o processo de osseointegração está intimamente ligado às reações químicas e interações biológicas ocorridas na superfície do implante, a partir do momento em que ele entra em contato com os fluidos corpóreos e com as células vivas. É verificado em alterações morfológicas na superfície do implante de titânio, como a presença de porosidade e rugosidade, uma maior deposição óssea e uma melhor estabilidade mecânica nos momentos iniciais da cicatrização óssea em comparação às superfícies sem tratamento (GITTENS et al, 2011, JAVED & ROMANOS 2010, KAMMERER et al, 2012, OLISCOVICZ et ail 2013).
[005] Os fosfatos de cálcio, até então, conhecidos como um biomaterial com grande potencial para uso em tratamentos envolvendo regeneração óssea passou a ser considerados também em tratamentos de superfícies de implantes. Inúmeros são os tratamentos de superfícies e métodos de recobrimentos com fosfatos de cálcio encontrados na literatura. A primeira técnica de recobritnento utilizada comercialmente, denominada plasma-spray, apresentou problemas que colocavam em risco a previsibilidade de sucesso no longo prazo. Dentre esses problemas, podem ser citados, a alta temperatura para obtenção da hidroxiapatita, sua decomposição química, ausência de interface química entre o recobrimento e o substrato, espessura do revestimento e as trincas no revestimento. Tais problemas contribuíram para desacreditar essa técnica. Atualmente, a espessura do recobrimento alcançado pela técnica do plasma-spray pode variar entre 10 a 200 μχχι (US8632843B2, US5603338, US5863201 , US6652765, US20100187172, EP0407698A1, CN 102051569A). Recentemente, é observado um interesse crescente na utilização de uma camada nanométrica de hidroxiapatita como recobrimento sobre implantes ortopédicos e/ou dentais (US200701 10890). Implantes com nanotopografias têm demonstrado melhora nas respostas celulares; em particular, promovendo uma maior adesão de osteoblastos e deposição mineral de íons cálcio e fosfato na superfície.
[006] Existem várias técnicas para a síntese do pó de hidroxiapatita com tamanho de partículas na escala nanométrica (US8287914B2, SADAT-SHOJA et al , 2013). Entretanto, poucas são as técnicas que possuem a capacidade de produzir uma espessura nanométrica controlada de fosfato de cálcio sobre toda a superfície metálica do implante a um baixo custo. Uma técnica ce deposição nanométrica, por exemplo, é o dip-coating (recobrimento por imersão), que utiliza surfactantes para obter uma solução com partículas de hidroxiapatita dispersas. Estudos realizados que avaliam as propriedades da camada depositada por esta técnica indicam que a obtenção de uma solução adequada (microemulsão) não é trivial e pode ocasionar uma fraca adesão do recobrimento com o substrato ou recobrimentos não-uniformes.
[007] Dadas as informações acima referentes ao que é de conhecimento público, bem como propor uma nova alternativa com objetivo de otimizar a superfície anodizada de implantes de titânio, fornecendo uma camada nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio, alta área superficial específica e alta molhabilidade, foi desenvolvido o processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície de implante de titânio anodizado. Tal invenção permite resolver os problemas biomecânicos dos recobrimentos de fosfato de cálcio com espessuras micrométricas, comentado anteriormente, e possui o controle da espessura entre 10 e 200 nm, simplesmente pela variação na concentração da solução rica em íons cálcio e fósforo, sem a necessidade da utilização de surfactantes ou de uma etapa prévia de produção do pó de hidroxiapatita. Tomando esta invenção um método simples e de baixo custo de produção, quando comparado às outras técnicas.
[008] O processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície de implante de titânio anodizado, bem como seus resultados poderão ser melhor descritos e ilustrados através da descrição detalhada em consonância com as seguintes figuras em anexo, onde:

[009] De acordo com as figuras observa-se que o processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície de implante de titânio anodizado, garante à superfície do implante de titânio anodizado um recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio com nano morfologia própria (Figura 02), aumentando consideravelmente a área superficial específica e modificando a característica hidrofóbica da superfície de titânio anodizado, tornando-a bioativa e hidrofílica. Esta alteração nano superficial possui a morfologia de uma rede agulhas, que pode apresentar uma espessura controlada entre 10 e 200 nm, com nano agulhas de fosfato de cálcio aleatoriamente dispostas na superfície. Este resultado é obtido utilizando um método de imersão do implante anodizado, rico em fósforo, em solução aquosa rica em tons cálcio e fosfato. Este processo pode ser realizado em todo o implante, ou parcialmente em áreas de sua superfície, sem alterar a macro e micro rugosidade do implante utilizado. Podendo assim, o implante anodizado, apresentar o terço coronário hidrofóbico e os dois terços apical do implante bioativos e hidrofílicos, maximizando o processo de osseointegração. Então, o implante recoberto com nano fosfato de cálcio fornece uma alta bioatividade na superfície do implante anodizado com o objetivo de estimular a osseointegração nos momentos iniciais de cicatrização óssea e proporcionar uma ligação forte e química na interface implante- tecido ósseo.
[010] A molhabilidade da superfície dos biomateriais pode ser determinada pela medição do ângulo de contato, de acordo com o Método Sessile-drop. A superfície
obtida pelo processo da presente invenção apresenta um ângulo de contato inferior a 20° no tempo t = Os (altura do primeiro contato da goticula do liquido com a superfície). No entanto, a gota se espalha completamente na superfície dentro de alguns milissegundos, como abaixo de 30 ms. Tal comportamento é típico para superfícies altamente hidrofílicas. Este comportamento é substancialmente mantido se o contato da superfície do implante com o ar for evitado. Para isso, é recomendado o armazenamento do implante em atmosfera inerte.O interior do invólucro deve ser de preferência preenchido com gases que são inertes para a superfície do implante, tais como: oxigénio, argônio, nitrogénio, gases nobres ou uma mistura de tais gases.
[011] O processo de recobrimento possui três variáveis: imersão em solução rica em íons cálcio e fosfato, temperatura e tempo de imersão em solução alcalina, explicadas a seguir.
[012] O processo de recobrimento é realizado pela imersão do implante de titânio anodizado em, por exemplo, solução rica em ions cálcio e fosfato com o objetivo de obter um recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio nanométrico. A solução pode ser rica em íons cálcio e fosfato, com substituição parcial e/ou total nos sitios catiônicos e/ou aniônicos (por exemplo, cátions: estrôncio, magnésio, sódio, potássio, prata, entre outros; e ânions: carbonatos, manganatos, niobatos, entre outros).
[013] Para a estabilização da solução precursora que será utilizada no processo de recobrimento podem ser utilizados ácidos: lático, cítrico, úrico, entre outros; bem como a utilização de poli álcoois, quelantes e surfactantcs, como: EDTA.. DPPE, PEG, glicerol, sorbitol, xilitol, entre outros; que serão volatilizados após posterior tratamento térmico acima 150°C e/ou 400°C.
[014] Por exemplo, mistura-se, em agitação, 0,5M de hidróxido de cálcio à 1M de ácido lático, com posterior gotejamento de 0,3Mde ácido orto-fosfórico na mistura anterior. Preferencialmente, com a diminuição na concentração dessa solução, mais fina será a camada de fosfeto de cálcio depositada sobre a superfície de titânio anodizada. A solução rica em íons cálcio e fosfato pode apresentar variadas concentrações de cada elemento e diferentes razões molares entre Ca/P, esta razão pode variar entre 1 e 1,67 mas, preferencialmente, utiliza-se 1,67.
[015] Antes do processo de imersão, o substrato pode passar por um tratamento termoquímico, com o intuito de aumentar a área superficial específica e molhabilidade do substrato. Por exemplo, um tratamento em solução ácida (HC1, H2SO4, HNO3, HF,
H3PO4, CaCl2 e/ou mistura desses reagentes) com posterior tratamento em solução básica (NaOH, KOH, NH4OH e /ou mistura desses reagentes) em diversas temperaturas (temperatura ambiente, 50°C a 100°C) e tempos (variando de 10 a 180 min). A molaridade da solução alcalina e ácida podem variar entre 0,01 e 1 M. A temperatura é um fator que depende diretamente da concentração utilizada no banho químico, podendo variar entre 30°C e 150°C. Aumenía-se a temperatura conforme diminui-se a concentração. O tempo é um fator dependente tanto da concentração quanto da temperatura, onde, aumentando-se a concentração ou a temperatura diminui-se o tempo, que pode variar entre 10 e 180min de tratamento. É possível, primeiramente, realizar um tratamento com a solução alcalina e, posteriormente, com a solução ácida. Com isso. É possível obter uma raolhabilidade adequada para a etapa de imersão do implante de titânio anodizado.
[016] A imersão em solução rica em tons cálcio e fosfato é controlada, onde os parâmetros principais são: velocidade de imersão e emersão, assim como o tempo imerso e repouso pós-processo. O implante anodizado pode ser total ou parcialmente imerso na solução para total ou parcial deposição na superfície. Nesta etapa, durante ou após a imersão do substrato, será realizado vácuo, de 10a 10-5 mbar, no ambiente para que ocorra a retirada das bolhas de ar na micro superfície do implante e, assim, possibilite o contato da solução com toda a superfície. Após a etapa de imersão, os substratos serão secos era temperatura ambiente, e/ou em estufa, obtendo assim um recobrimento nanométrico com os específicos íons da solução utilizada. Nesta etapa, caso seja realizado o vácuo durante a imersão, será disponibilizada uma maior concentração de íons cálcio e fósforo no interior da microrugosidadeanodizada em comparação ao restante da superfície. Com isso, será observada a precipitação de fosfato de cálcio no interior dessas microrugosidades. Durante a imersão em solução rica em íons cálcio e fosfato, também pode ser realizado um banho de aquecimento, desde que não ocorra uma nucleação homogénea ou heterogénea no sistema implante- solução.
[017] Após a etapa de imersão, os implantes de titânio anodizado serão secos em temperatura ambiente, obtendo assim um recobrimento nanométrico e uniforme sobre toda a superfície do implante de titânio anodizado e sem alteração de sua microestrutura. O implante passará por uma etapa de secagem em vácuo por até 15 min, podendo passar por uma segunda etapa de secagem em estufa a 60°C por até 10 min. Após a etapa de secagem, também pode ser realizado um tratamento térmico em
temperaturas entre 100 e 150°C durante 15 min. Esta etapa de tratamento térmico leva a uma mudança na morfologia nanométrica do recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio, quando comparado com o recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio nanométrico obtido sem esta etapa de tratamento. Preferencialmente, é realizado o vácuo após a imersão do implante em solução rica em íons cálcio e fosfato e é utilizada a etapa de aquecimento entre 100 e 150°C por 15min.
[019] Após a etapa de secagem e tratamento térmico, o implante é imerso em solução alcalina (KOH, NaOH, NH4OH, entre outras bases fortes, e/ou mistura destes reagentes) e passará por um banho termoquímico. A molaridade da solução alcalina pode variar entre 0,01 Molar e 1 Molar. A temperatura é um fator que depende diretamente da concentração utilizada no banho químico, podendo variar entre 30°C e 150°C. Aumenta-se a temperatura conforme diminui-se a concentração. O tempo é um fator dependente tanto da concentração quanto da temperatura, onde, aumentando-se a concentração ou a temperatura diminui-se o tempo, que pode variar entre 10 e 180 minutos de tratamento. Preferencialmente, é utilizada uma solução alcalina de 0,01M, 0,05M ou 0,1M KOH durante o intervalo de 30 min e 1 hora de tratamento termoquímico entre 30 e 100 °C. A etapa que finaliza o processo consiste em um tratamento térmico para consolidação da fase de fosfato de cálcio e controle da cristalinidade. O tratamento térmico pode variar entre 300°C e 700°C e pode durar entre 1 segundo e 60 minutos.
[019] Conforme as Figuras 01 e 02, verifica-se a alteração homogénea e uniforme em toda a superfície nanométrica anodizada, sem mudança na escala micrométrica da superfície.
[020] Enquanto a Figura 03 demonstra a manutenção micromorfológica da superfície anodizada após a deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio, a Figura 4 confirma a presença dos íons cálcio e fósforo uniformemente disponíveis em toda a superfície do implante.
[021] As figuras 05 e 06 demonstram a hidrofílicidade após a alteração da superfície anodizada pelo processo descrito nessa invenção.
[022] As vantagens primordiais da presente invenção é o controle do processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio em um implante anodizado, rico em fósforo. A invenção demonstra um novo método de obter uma estrutura nanométrica,
unifonne e homogénea em toda a superfície anodizada por um processo simples e de baixo custo de produção.
[023] O material produzido, após imersão apresenta alta molhabilidade e uma estrutura nanométrica em toda a superfície do implante, até mesmo em poros submicrométricos. Com o controle nanométrico e químico do recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio na superfície de um implante anodizado, é possível obter um aumento na área específica superficial, com a orimização da interação celular, e ligação química entre a superfície e o tecido ósseo.
Claims
1. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO caracterizado paia utilização na arca médica compreende as seguintes etapas: realizar o processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície do implante na sua totalidade ou pelo menos em uma parcela de superfície; imergir o implante de titânio anodizado em uma solução rica em ions cálcio e fosfato; após a imersão, os implantes de titânio anodizado serão secos em temperatura ambiente, sob vácuo por 15 min, obtendo assim um recobrimento fino e uniforme de fosfato de cálcio sobre toda a superfície nanométrica do implante anodizado e sem alteração de sua microestrufura; após a etapa de secagem, também pode ser realizado um tratamento térmico em temperaturas de 150°C durante 15 min; imergir o implante de titânio anodizado em uma solução de hidróxido de potássio pelo tempo entre 10 e 180 minutos; assim, a solução deve ter uma concentração entre 0,01M a 1M e a temperatura de tratamento pode variar entre 30"C e 150°C, e em seguida deve-se lavar o implante de titânio anodizado com água deionizada até a eliminação de potássio livre na superfície;
2. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o implante seja de titânio;
3. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1. caracterizado pelo fato de que o implante de titânio possua tratamento de anodização para criação de micro-rugosidade;
4. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo feto de que o implante é utilizado para a área médica, odontológica, ortopédica e estética;
5. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a razão molar Ca/P pode variar entre 1 e 1,67:
6. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação l,
caracterizado pelo fato dc que a concentração molar do tratamento termoquíraico alcalino pode variar entre 0,01 e 1 M;
7. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRÍCA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação I, caracterizado pelo fato de que a espessura do recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio seja inferior a 200 nm:
8. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRÍCA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a superfície do implante de titânio anodizado apresente alta hidrofiiicidade;
9. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRÍCA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que toda a superfície do implante de titânio anodizado apresente íons Ca*' uniformemente;
10. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRÍCA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, caracterizado para utilização na área médica compreende as seguintes etapas: realizar o processo de deposição nanométrica de fosfato de cálcio na superfície do implante na sua totalidade ou pelo menos em uma parcela de superfície; imergir o implante de titânio anodizado em uma solução rica em íons cálcio e fosfato; após a imersão, os implantes de titânio anodizado serão secos em temperatura ambiente, sob vácuo por 15 min, obtendo assim um recobrimento fino e uniforme de fosfato de cálcio sobre toda a superfície nanométrica do implante anodizado e sem alteração de sua microestrutura; após a etapa de secagem, também pode ser realizado um tratamento térmico em temperaturas de 150°C durante 15 min; imergir o implante de titânio anodizado em uma solução de hidróxido de potássio pelo tempo entre 10 e 180 minutos; assim, a solução deve ter uma concentração entre 0,01 M a 1 M e a temperatura de tratamento pode variar entre 30°C e 150°C, e em seguida deve-se lavar o implante de titânio anodizado com água deionizada até a eliminação de potássio livre na superfície; e tratar termicamente o implante de titânio anodizado recoberto com fosfato dc cálcio entre 300°C e 700°C durante o tempo que pode variar entre 1 segundo e 60 minutos;
11. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que o implante seja de titânio;
12. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que o implante de titânio possua tratamento de anodização para criação de micro-rugosidade;
13. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que o implante é utilizado para a área médica, odontológica, ortopédica e estética;
14. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que a razão molar Ca/P pode variar entre 1 e 1,67;
15. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que a concentração molar do tratamento termoquímico alcalino pode variar entre 0,01 c 1M;
16. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que a espessura do recobrimento de fosfato de cálcio seja inferior a 200 nm;
17. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que a superfície do implante de titânio anodizado apresente alta hidrofilicidade;
18. PROCESSO DE DEPOSIÇÃO NANOMÉTRICA DE FOSFATO DE CÁLCIO NA SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE DE TITÂNIO ANODIZADO, de acordo com a reivindicação 10, caracterizado pelo fato de que toda a superfície do implante de titânio anodizado apresente íons Ca2+ uniformemente.
