Description

键盘开关的防水结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘开关技术领域,特别是涉及一种键盘开关的防水结构。
背景技术
键盘开关是一种应用并安装于键盘上的开关,其主要结构包括基座、上盖、静触片、动片导芯、动触片和导芯。上盖和基座围合形成容置腔。静触片、动触片和导芯设置于该容置腔中,且该导芯的一端露出容置腔外。通过按压操控导芯带动导芯上下活动,进而通过导芯推到动片导芯,动片导芯再作用于动触片上,使得动触片与静触片接触连接或脱离分开。
传统的键盘开关在使用过程中,外部的水容易从导芯与基座的缝隙中渗入到基座动片导芯并且附着在动片导芯、静触片和动触片上,导致出现短路的问题。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提供一种具备防水功能的键盘开关的防水结构。
一种键盘开关的防水结构,包括:
主体件,主体件设有导芯槽和导通组件容槽;
防水盖体,防水盖体覆盖导通组件容槽;
导通组件容槽和防水盖体之间设置有滑槽;滑槽连通导芯槽和导通组件容槽;
顶杆,顶杆设置在滑槽内部,用以控制键盘开关的导通组件的导通和断开。
在其中一个实施例中,滑槽上设有贮油槽。
在其中一个实施例中,键盘开关的防水结构还包括垫片,垫片连接在主体件与防水盖体之间。垫片用于增加导通组件容槽和防水盖体的连接紧密性,提高防水效果。
在其中一个实施例中,该垫片为防水胶圈。
在其中一个实施例中,导通组件容槽的周缘设有凸起的台阶,防水盖体上设有匹配台阶的定位槽。台阶和定位槽紧密配合增强防水效果。
在其中一个实施例中,导通组件包括键盘开关的动片和静片。
在其中一个实施例中,主体件与防水盖体的连接处涂有防水胶体。防水胶体用于稳固连接主体件和防水盖体,同时具有防水作用。
在其中一个实施例中,主体件与防水盖体的连接处设有超声波熔接层。超声波熔接层能够将主体件和防水盖体的连接处密封,起到良好的防水效果。
在其中一个实施例中,导通组件包括相对设置的接收端和发射端。
在其中一个实施例中,滑槽设置在导通组件容槽上。导通组件容槽上设置有第一滑槽,防水盖体设有匹配第一滑槽的第二滑槽,第一滑槽和第二滑槽匹配构成滑槽。
上述键盘开关的防水结构,主体件可作为键盘开关的基座使用。导芯槽用于收容键盘开关的导芯,导通组件容槽用于安装键盘开关的导通组件,导通组件容槽或者防水盖体上设置有连通导芯槽和导通组件容槽的滑槽。顶杆设置在该滑槽内部用以控制导通组件的导通和断开。防水盖体覆盖在导通组件容槽上,以防止外部的水落入到导通组件容槽中。而为了防止外部的水从顶杆处渗入到导通组件容槽中,设置了滑槽,与顶杆紧密配合后起到防水的效果。

实施例一
参见附图1和2,其提供了一种键盘开关的防水结构10。
一种键盘开关的防水结构10,包括:主体件20、防水盖体30以及顶杆80。具体结构如下:
该主体件20设有导芯槽21和导通组件容槽22。该导通组件容槽22用于收容键盘开关的导通组件且设有第一滑槽23。第一滑槽23连通导芯槽21和导通组件容槽22。第一滑槽23设有第一贮油槽24。导通组件容槽22的周缘设有凸起的台阶25,导芯槽21的底部设有贯穿导芯槽21的出水孔26。具体地,出水口的数量为一个或者多个。
该防水盖体30连接在主体上且覆盖导通组件容槽22。防水盖体30和导通组件容槽22之间设置有滑槽40。防水盖体30设有匹配第一滑槽23的第二滑槽31,第二滑槽31设有匹配第一贮油槽24的第二贮油槽32。第一滑槽23和第二滑槽31配合构成上述滑槽40。第一贮油槽24和第二贮油槽32配合构成一个环绕在滑槽40外侧的防水贮油槽41。防水盖体30上设有匹配台阶25的定位槽35。
该顶杆80设置在滑槽40内部,用以控制键盘开关的导通组件的导通和断开。在本实施例中,该导通组件包括键盘开关的动片90和静片。在别的实施例中,该导通组件可以包括相对设置的接收端和发射端。
此外,为了进一步增强主体件20与防水盖体30的防水性能,本实施例中,主体件20与防水盖体30的连接处设有超声波熔接层。在其他实施例中,也可以是:主体件20与防水盖体30的连接处涂有防水胶体。
上述键盘开关的防水结构10,参见附图3和4,主体件20可作为键盘开关的基座使用。键盘开关的上盖70连接在主体上且覆盖了防水盖体30。导芯槽21用于收容键盘开关的导芯60,导通组件容槽22用于安装键盘开关的动片和静片,而键盘开关的顶杆80则安装在导通组件容槽22和滑槽40上。顶杆80的一端被限制在导通组件容槽22中,而另一端则可以沿着该滑槽40活动,这样键盘开关的导芯60在动作时便可以推动顶杆80,进而触动动片90和静片。防水盖体30覆盖在导通组件容槽22上,以防止外部的水落入到导通组件容槽22中。滑槽40与顶杆80紧密配合防止水从顶杆80处进入到导通组件容槽22中。此外,为了防止外部的水从顶杆80处渗入到导通组件容槽22中,所以在滑槽40的周缘设置了一个环绕该滑槽40的防水贮油槽41,该贮油槽类用于填充防水油,与顶杆80紧密配合后起到防水的效果。台阶25和定位槽35紧密配合增强防水效果。出水孔26用于将流入到导芯槽21的水导流出主体件20的外部。超声波熔接层能够将主体件20和防水盖体30的连接处密封,起到良好的防水效果。防水胶体用于稳固连接主体件20和防水盖体30,同时具有防水作用。
实施例二
参见附图5,其提供了另一种键盘开关的防水结构10a。
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:本实施例中,键盘开关的防水结构10还包括垫片50,垫片50连接在导通组件容槽22与防水盖体30之间。该垫片50为防水胶圈。垫片50用于增加主体件20和防水盖体30的连接紧密性,提高防水效果。其他结构与实施例一相同,也能达到实施例一的有益效果。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,包括:
    主体件,所述主体件设有导芯槽和导通组件容槽;
    防水盖体,所述防水盖体覆盖所述导通组件容槽;
    所述导通组件容槽和所述防水盖体之间设置有滑槽;所述滑槽连通所述导芯槽和所述导通组件容槽;顶杆,所述顶杆设置在所述滑槽内部,用以控制键盘开关的导通组件的导通和断开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关防水结构,其特征在于,所述滑槽上设有贮油槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述键盘开关的防水结构还包括垫片,所述垫片连接在所述导通组件容槽与所述防水盖体之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述垫片为防水胶圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述导通组件容槽的周缘设有凸起的台阶,所述防水盖体上设有匹配所述台阶的定位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述导通组件包括键盘开关的动片和静片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述主体件与所述防水盖体的连接处涂有防水胶体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述主体件与所述防水盖体的连接处设有超声波熔接层。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述导通组件包括相对设置的接收端和发射端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的键盘开关的防水结构,其特征在于,所述滑槽设置在所述导通组件容槽上;所述导通组件容槽上设置有第一滑槽,所述防水盖体设有匹配所述第一滑槽的第二滑槽,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽匹配构成所述滑槽。
