技术领域
本发明属于光电技术领域,具体涉及一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关。
背景技术
如今,越来越多的电脑使用者和游戏玩家都对电脑使用的舒适度、手感和品质提出了更高的要求。作为电脑外设之一的键盘也出现了一些变化,机械键盘不再只是发烧友的最爱,而是开始被越来越多的追求品质和手感的朋友所认可。
众所周知,机械键盘的每一个按键均由一个独立的键盘开关组成,这种键盘开关包括底座和固定座,底座与固定座扣合在一起形成的空腔中设置机械轴、弹簧、静触片、动触片和LED灯等,上述结构的机械键盘开关由于其自身结构的特点,存在使用寿命短、开关响应时间长和接触稳定性差等问题,而且当灰尘或液体进入键盘开关时,容易对键盘开关的正常工作产生影响。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其具有使用寿命长、响应时间短和防水防尘等优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关包括机械轴、永久磁铁、底座、LED灯、霍尔开关、弹片、上盖和弹簧;
所述机械轴包括轴芯和滑块,所述轴芯与滑块固定连接或活动连接;所述轴芯的上部为按键,其下部为第一定位柱;所述滑块的侧壁上设置磁铁安装槽,所述永久磁铁设置在所述磁铁安装槽中;
所述底座内底部中心设置有第二定位柱,所述第二定位柱中心开设有导引孔,所述底座内一侧设置LED灯安装孔,用于安装所述LED灯;设置有所述LED灯安装孔的所述底座一侧的相邻侧设置霍尔开关安装孔和轴芯滑道,所述霍尔开关安装孔用于安装所述霍尔开关,所述轴芯与轴芯滑道滑动配合;设置有所述LED灯安装孔的所述底座一侧的相对侧设置有弹片安装孔,用于安装所述弹片;
所述上盖可拆卸地扣合在所述底座上,所述上盖与底座扣合形成一空腔;在所述空腔内,所述按键穿过所述上盖的顶部,所述第一定位柱嵌入所述导引孔中,所述第一定位柱能够沿所述导引孔上下活动;所述弹簧设置在所述机械轴与底座之间,所述弹簧的一端与所述第一定位柱套接,其另一端与所述第二定位柱套接。
进一步地,所述LED灯采用插件式LED灯。
进一步地,所述弹片的左右两侧分别设置一半圆弧状滑道,位于所述滑道下方,在所述弹片底端设置卡勾,所述弹片通过所述卡勾固定在所述弹片安装孔中。
进一步地,所述底座外侧壁中两平行侧壁上均设置第一扣脚,所述上盖底端的四周分别设置第二扣脚,所述底座与上盖通过所述第一扣脚和第二扣脚扣合在一起。
进一步地,基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关中还设置有防干扰罩,所述防干扰罩罩在所述霍尔开关上。
进一步地,基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关中还设置有一固定铁板和一PCB板,所述PCB板平行设置在所述固定铁板的下方;所述固定铁板上开设第一中心孔,所述第一中心孔的尺寸与所述底座的外形尺寸匹配设置,所述底座卡设在所述第一中心孔中;所述PCB板上开设第二中心孔、贴片LED灯安装孔和插孔,所述底座中第二定位柱的底端嵌入所述第二中心孔中,所述贴片LED灯安装孔中焊接贴片LED灯,所述霍尔开关的引脚焊接在插孔中。
更进一步地,所述底座外侧壁上设置有卡扣,所述底座通过所述卡扣固定在所述第一中心孔中。
进一步地,所述按键采用截面为一字形、十字形或三角形的柱状结构。
进一步地,所述按键采用无焊锡点安装方式。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明具有使用寿命长、响应时间短和防水防尘等优点。本发明不失机械开关的触感,且有段落感。本发明结构简单,制作便捷、制造成本低、可方便快捷的更换机械开关。本发明能够达到发出多种颜色背光的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其包括机械轴1、永久磁铁2、底座3、LED灯4、霍尔开关5、弹片6、上盖7和弹簧8。
机械轴1包括轴芯11和滑块12,轴芯11与滑块12固定连接或活动连接。轴芯11的上部为按键111,其下部为第一定位柱112。滑块12的侧壁上设置磁铁安装槽121,永久磁铁2设置在磁铁安装槽121中。
底座3内底部中心设置有第二定位柱31,第二定位柱31中心开设有导引孔32。底座3内一侧设置LED灯安装孔,用于安装LED灯4。进一步地,LED灯4采用插件式LED灯。设置有LED灯安装孔的底座3一侧的相邻侧设置霍尔开关安装孔和轴芯滑道,霍尔开关安装孔用于安装霍尔开关5,轴芯11与轴芯滑道滑动配合。设置有LED灯安装孔的底座3一侧的相对侧设置有弹片安装孔,用于安装弹片6。进一步地,弹片6的左右两侧分别设置一半圆弧状滑道61,位于滑道61下方,在弹片6底端设置卡勾62,弹片6通过卡勾62固定在弹片安装孔中。
上盖7可拆卸地扣合在底座3上,上盖7与底座3扣合形成一空腔。在该空腔内,轴芯11上部的按键111穿过上盖7的顶部,轴芯11下部的第一定位柱112嵌入底座3的第二定位柱31的导引孔32中,第一定位柱112能够沿导引孔32上下活动。弹簧8设置在机械轴1与底座3之间,弹簧8的一端与第一定位柱112套接,其另一端与第二定位柱31套接。
上述实施例中,底座3外侧壁中两平行侧壁上均设置第一扣脚,上盖7底端的四周分别设置第二扣脚,底座3与上盖7通过第一扣脚和第二扣脚扣合在一起,一方面便于对本发明机械键盘开关进行拆换和维修,另一方面可以避免灰尘或液体接触到上盖7与底座3形成的空腔内的部件。
上述实施例中,为防止外部环境中磁场对霍尔开关5的干扰,本发明基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关中还设置有防干扰罩9,防干扰罩9罩在霍尔开关5上。
上述实施例中,如图3~图5所示,LED灯4还可以采用贴片LED灯4。当采用贴片LED灯4时,本发明基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关中还设置有一固定铁板101和一PCB板102,PCB板102平行设置在固定铁板101的下方。固定铁板101上开设第一中心孔1011,第一中心孔1011的尺寸与底座3的外形尺寸匹配设置,底座3卡设在第一中心孔1011中。PCB板102上开设第二中心孔1021、贴片LED灯安装孔1022和插孔1023,底座3中第二定位柱31的底端嵌入第二中心孔1021中,贴片LED灯4焊接在贴片LED灯安装孔1022中,霍尔开关5的引脚焊接在插孔1023中。进一步地,底座3外侧壁上设置有卡扣,卡扣设置在与设置有第一扣脚的侧壁相邻的侧壁上,底座3通过卡扣固定在固定铁板101的第一中心孔1011中。
上述实施例中,按键111的形状是可以改变的,其可以采用截面为一字形、十字形或三角形的柱状结构。进一步地,按键111采用无焊锡点安装方式,能够快速、方便地进行维修和更换。
本发明基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关的工作过程为:
初始状态下,机械轴1使永久磁铁2与霍尔开关5保持错位,此时电路处于断开状态。当施加外力于轴芯11的按键111上使得轴芯11下压时,弹簧8处于压缩状态,滑块12随轴芯11下压,滑块12与弹片6的滑道61接触,产生段落感;同时,滑块12上的永久磁铁2产生磁场,对霍尔开关5产生作用,使得霍尔开关5导通,此时电路处于导通状态。当外力消失时,轴芯11在弹簧8的作用下自动向上复位,使得永久磁铁2与霍尔开关5再次错位,电路处于断开状态。电路处于导通状态时,LED灯4产生背光,方便用户使用。
本发明基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关通过上述结构设计,能够解决现有技术中存在技术问题,具有使用寿命长、开关响应时间短和防水防尘等优点。另外,本发明不失机械开关的触感,且有段落感。本发明结构简单,制作便捷、制造成本低。本发明还可以同时采用插件LED灯4和贴片LED灯4,插件LED灯4和贴片LED灯4发出的光经过组合产生多种颜色的光,达到发出多种颜色背光的效果。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:它包括机械轴、永久磁铁、底座、LED灯、霍尔开关、弹片、上盖和弹簧;

4.如权利要求1所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:所述底座外侧壁中两平行侧壁上均设置第一扣脚,所述上盖底端的四周分别设置第二扣脚,所述底座与上盖通过所述第一扣脚和第二扣脚扣合在一起。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:还设置有防干扰罩,所述防干扰罩罩在所述霍尔开关上。
6.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:还设置有一固定铁板和一PCB板,所述PCB板平行设置在所述固定铁板的下方;所述固定铁板上开设第一中心孔,所述第一中心孔的尺寸与所述底座的外形尺寸匹配设置,所述底座卡设在所述第一中心孔中;所述PCB板上开设第二中心孔、贴片LED灯安装孔和插孔,所述底座中第二定位柱的底端嵌入所述第二中心孔中,所述贴片LED灯安装孔中焊接贴片LED灯,所述霍尔开关的引脚焊接在插孔中。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:所述底座外侧壁上设置有卡扣,所述底座通过所述卡扣固定在所述第一中心孔中。
8.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:所述按键采用截面为一字形、十字形或三角形的柱状结构。
9.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种基于霍尔原理的LED灯机械键盘开关,其特征在于:所述按键采用无焊锡点安装方式。
