Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'impression 3D de corps poreux pouvant fabriquer des corps poreux présentant diverses formes tridimensionnelles compliquées ou fabriquer un corps poreux de petite taille selon une manière d'impression tridimensionnelle et un procédé d'impression 3D de corps poreux l'utilisant. L'appareil d'impression 3D de corps poreux selon la présente invention comprend : un étage; une buse d'impression installée sur un côté supérieur de l'étage de façon à être relativement mobile dans une direction horizontale et dans une direction verticale par rapport à l'étage, la buse d'impression présentant un trou de buse formé pour s'étendre verticalement à travers celle-ci, un filament hybride présentant un agent ou un gaz de moussage chimique mélangé à une résine passant à travers et étant évacué du trou de buse, de sorte que la buse d'impression éjecte le filament hybride vers l'étage; un dispositif de chauffage disposé à l'extérieur du trou de buse de la buse d'impression pour chauffer l'agent de moussage chimique du filament hybride traversant le trou de buse à une température supérieure à une température de moussage; et une unité d'alimentation en filament pour alimenter la buse d'impression en filament hybride.
