Abstract

L'invention concerne également un système de fixation pour la fixation de tissus, en particulier d'un tendon ou d'un ligament, à au moins un os (38, 40), comprenant au moins un élément de fixation (100, 100') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ; un ligament (42) qui est conçu pour s'étendre à travers le canal (18) dudit au moins un élément de fixation (100, 100') ; et au moins un autre élément de fixation (44, 44') pour la fixation du ligament artificiel (42) audit au moins un os (38, 40).
