Description

移动式展览配电柜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电柜,特别是一种移动式展览配电柜。
背景技术
展位箱又可称展位地面配电箱。主要用于展览现场,为展位提供多种能源如电源、信息源、压缩空气源、水源等,将线路和管道送入每个展位。目前现有的展位配电柜的配线电缆通常呈螺旋状盘设在展览馆的配线槽内,配线电缆上端固定在挂钩上,挂钩上端设置滑轮滑动设置在一条沿展览馆配线槽设置的拉索上。从而当展位配电柜移动的时候,配线电缆跟随着收放,但是这样的结构,通过配电柜的移动来拉扯配线电缆,当距离较长的时候,离配电柜较远的电缆会难以拉动,造成卡顿,增加了电缆拉力,容易造成安全事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动式展览配电柜。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种移动式展览配电柜,其特征在于:包含移动式配电柜、导轨、滚轮、配线机构和升降机构,导轨水平设置并且沿着展览馆配线槽延伸方向设置,滚轮转动设置在移动式配电柜的两侧,移动式配电柜通过滚轮滑动设置在导轨上并且能够沿着导轨自由滑动,所述配线机构包含若干组交叉支架、两个螺母、反向螺纹螺杆、步进电机和配线电缆,每组交叉支架由两根中间部位铰接在一起的交叉设置的连杆构成,相邻两组交叉支架之间两端相互铰接,位于两端位置的交叉支架的两端滑动分别滑动设置在移动式配电柜侧面和展览馆配线槽端部侧壁上,两个螺母分别设置在靠近移动式配电柜的两组交叉支架的铰接轴上,反向螺纹螺杆两端设置在两个螺母内并且与两个螺母螺纹连接,反向螺纹螺杆一端与步进电机连接由步进电机驱动,步进电机固定在移动式配电柜上,配线电缆呈螺旋状设置在若干组交叉支架下侧并且每隔一段距离固定在交叉支架上,升降机构设置在移动式配电柜上侧。
进一步地,所述移动式配电柜内设置有减速器和驱动电机,减速器与驱动电机连接由驱动电机驱动,滚轮的转轴与减速器连接由减速器驱动。
进一步地,位于两端位置的交叉支架的两端设置有滑轮,滑轮转动设置在交叉支架端部,移动式配电柜侧面和展览馆配线槽端部侧壁上设置有滑槽,交叉支架端部通过滑轮滑动设置在滑槽内。
进一步地,所述若干组交叉支架中间铰接轴下端设置有挂钩,配线电缆通过挂钩固定在交叉支架上。

本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:移动式展览配电柜结构简单、操作方便,通过步进电机驱动反向螺纹螺杆从而实现若干组交叉支架的收缩和伸展,这样即使距离配电柜较远的地方,也能够顺利实现伸缩,解决了现有技术容易卡顿的问题;当移动式配电柜移动到相应的位置的时候,通过伺服电机驱动竖直螺杆,通过配合的螺杆套从而带动升降平台进行升降,将盖板支撑顶起,从而实现盖板自动打开,省时省力,并且能够保障安全。

位于两端位置的交叉支架4的两端设置有滑轮9,滑轮9转动设置在交叉支架4端部,移动式配电柜1侧面和展览馆配线槽端部侧壁上设置有滑槽10,交叉支架4端部通过滑轮9滑动设置在滑槽10内。若干组交叉支架4中间铰接轴下端设置有挂钩11,配线电缆8通过挂钩11固定在交叉支架4上。

本发明的移动式展览配电柜结构简单、操作方便,通过步进电机驱动反向螺纹螺杆从而实现若干组交叉支架的收缩和伸展,这样即使距离配电柜较远的地方,也能够顺利实现伸缩,解决了现有技术容易卡顿的问题;当移动式配电柜移动到相应 的位置的时候,通过伺服电机驱动竖直螺杆,通过配合的螺杆套从而带动升降平台进行升降,将盖板支撑顶起,从而实现盖板自动打开,省时省力,并且能够保障安全。
