本发明的实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种可穿戴设备,图1是根据本发明可选实施例提供的可穿戴设备的结构框图,如图1所示,该可穿戴设备包括设备本体10、穿戴件12,穿戴件12与设备本体10连接,穿戴件12上设置有用于安装用户卡14的卡槽16;卡槽16与设备本体10电连接。
本发明实施例提供的上述可穿戴设备,将用于安装用户卡14的卡槽16设置在穿戴件12上,进而实现了用户卡14与设备本体10的分离设计,使得设计的可穿戴设备为可更换用户卡的可穿戴设备时,不会影响可穿戴设备的设备本体的体积,使得设计更加合理,进而解决了相关技术中智能可穿戴设备设计不合理的问题。
上述可穿戴设备可以是手表,手环等,但并不限于此。
上述用户卡可以是SIM卡,存储卡等,但并不限于此。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,上述卡槽16中设置有电连接触点,设备本体10包括:弹针组件;其中,弹针组件与电连接触点接触,以传输用户卡的信号。
上述弹针组件可以是pogopin组件,该pogopin组件包括圆柱本体、弹簧头和主板引线端。
上述设备本体10与穿戴件12可以固定连接为一体,可以通过注塑的方式将设备主体10与穿戴件12注塑在一起,但并不限于此。通过设备本体10与穿戴件12可以固定连接为一体,可以保证卡槽16中的电连接触点与上述弹针组件牢固导通。
设备主体10与穿戴件12也可以是分离的,通过连接件连接在一起,在本发明的一个实施例中,上述穿戴件12可以包括:衔接组件和第一穿戴件,第一穿戴件通过衔接组件与设备本体连接;其中,衔接组件包括:用于安装卡槽的第一衔接件。
上述衔接组件还可以包括:用于封闭第一衔接件的盖板,其中,通过打开盖板将用户卡从卡槽中取出或者安装。
上述盖板可以通过抽拉的方式封闭上述第一衔接件,也可以通过旋转打开的方式封闭上述第一衔接件,并不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述盖板通过旋转组件活动连接在上述第一衔接件上。
上述旋转组件可以包括:装配孔壁和旋转轴;其中,装配孔壁设置在第一衔接件上,旋转轴设置在盖板的第一端,装配孔壁和旋转轴配合使用。即盖板的第一端的旋转轴组装在第一衔接件上的装配孔壁中,使得该盖板可以沿着该旋转轴旋转,进而可以打开或者关闭盖板。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述设备本体10还可以包括:穿戴件装配槽;衔接组件还可以包括:与穿戴件装配槽配合连接的第一连接件和与穿戴件装配槽配合连接的第二连接件;其中,第一连接件设置在第一衔接件的第 一端,第二连接件设置在盖板的第二端。
通过上述结构,使得当穿戴件12连接于设备本体10上时,设备本体10的穿戴件装配槽通过第一连接件和第二连接件压紧第一衔接件和盖板,进而使得穿戴件12与设备主体10连接在一起。穿戴件12与设备本体10连接的方式并不限于此,比如也可以是上述第一连接件和上述第二连接件通过卡扣或者螺钉等的方式连接,直接装配到上述穿戴件装配槽中,但并不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述穿戴件装配槽设置有用于伸出弹针组件中的弹性触点的伸出孔,第一连接件上设置有用于外露电连接触点的槽孔。
上述设备本体10还可以包括:装配空间,第一防水平面,塑胶支架;其中,塑胶支架安装在装配空间中,塑胶支架的防水平面与第一防水平面之间粘接有防水材料。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述第一衔接件的第二端设置有第三连接件,第三连接件与第一表带注塑连接和/或卡扣连接。
上述第三连接件可以是拉胶结构,也可以是卡扣部件,并不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上述第一衔接件上的周围设置有防水部件;该防水部件可以包括防水槽和/或防水垫,其中,防水槽用于放置防水圈和/或泡棉胶。通过该方案当盖板和第一衔接件压紧时,盖板与第一衔接件之间的装配腔则会被防水部件起到密封作用,当表带装配到手表本体上后,指定卡的防水保护得到了保障。
以下结合可选的实施例对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
以上述用户卡为SIM卡,可穿戴设备为手表为例,本发明可选实施例提供了一种手表,以下对手表的每个部件做详细的介绍:
(1)手表本体的接收端子
图2是根据本发明可选实施例提供的pogopin组件1的结构示意图,如图2所示,该pogopin组件1(相当于上述实施例中的弹针组件)包括圆柱本体101,弹簧头102和主板引线端103。图2是根据本发明可选实施例提供的塑胶支架2的结构示意图;如图2所示,塑胶支架2留有为弹簧头102所开的孔21,孔的数量和所需信号线引脚数量有关,在本发明可选实施例中因为要 和SIM卡连通信号所以选择6个孔,塑胶支架2还包括防水平面22(相当于上述塑胶支架的防水平面)。图4是根据本发明可选实施例提供的pogopin组件1组装到塑胶支架2上的结构示意图,如图4所示,Pogopin组件1一般的都是通过过盈组装到塑胶支架2中,在本可选实施例中将6个pogopin组件1组装到塑胶支架2上。
(2)手表本体(相当于上述实施例中的设备本体10)
图5(a)是根据本发明可选实施例提供的手表本体的内侧结构示意图一;图5(b)是根据本发明可选实施例提供的手表本体的内侧结构示意图二;图5(c)是根据本发明可选实施例提供的手表本体的内侧结构示意图三;图6是根据本发明可选实施例提供的手表本体的外侧结构示意图,图7是根据本发明可选实施例提供的手表本体的剖视图;如图5(a)、5(b)、5(c)、图6和图7所示,在手表本体结构件3上有弹簧头102的伸出孔31,与塑胶支架的防水平面22配合的防水平面32(相当于上述实施例的第一防水平面),防水平面32上贴有防水泡棉胶4(相当于上述实施例中的防水材料),以及塑胶支架2的装配空间33(相当于上述实施例中的装配空间),手表带装配槽34(相当于上述实施例中的穿戴件装配槽)。
将塑胶支架2放入装配空间33,塑胶支架的防水平面22通过防水泡棉胶4和结构件3的防水平面32粘紧起到防水作用,弹簧头12从结构件3的伸出孔31伸出来,弹簧头具备伸缩能力。
(3)表带的硬胶连接头上半部分5(相当于上述实施例中的第一衔接件)
图9是根据本发明可选实施例提供的表带的硬胶连接头上半部分5的结构示意图,其中,图8是根据本发明可选实施例提供的FPC组件的结构示意图,如图8所示,该FPC组件包括:SIM卡座61(相当于上述实施例中的卡槽16),FPC基材62和SIM卡信号引脚端子63(相当于上述实施例中的电连接触点),其中引脚端子为金属棒。
如图9所示,该FPC组件6在模具中定位好,利用模内注塑工艺将连接头的上半部分5注塑出来。上述上半部分5可以包括:软胶表带拉胶结构51(相当于上述实施例中的第三连接件),表带下盖板装配孔壁52,表带上下盖板防水圈槽53(相当于上述实施例中的防水部件),表带上连接头与手表 本体结构件配合结构54(相当于上述实施例中的第一连接件),SIM卡装配腔55。
当注塑完成后,SIM卡信号引脚端子63外露于连接头上半部分5。
(4)表带(相当于上述实施例中的穿戴件12)
图10是根据本发明可选实施例提供的表带的结构示意图;如图10所示,将硬胶连接头51和表带软胶部分(相当于上述实施例中的第一穿戴件)注塑在一体,连接头上半部分5在模具中定位好,利用模内注塑工艺将软胶表带部分71注塑出来,形成表带7。
将防水圈8组装到连接头上半部分5的防水圈装配槽53内,图11是根据本发明可选实施例提供的防水圈8组装到连接头上半部分5的示意图。
将表带连接头的另一部分注塑出来,记为下盖板9(相当于上述实施例中的盖板),包含旋转轴91,与手表本体结构件配合结构92(相当于上述实施例中的第二连接件)。将旋转轴91组装到下盖板装配孔壁52上即成为一个完整的表带。图12示出了下盖板9及下盖板9与连接头上半部分5的组合图;图13示出了下盖板9与连接头上半部分5组合后的表带示意图。
上述旋转轴91和装配孔壁52相当于上述实施例中的旋转组件。
以下简单介绍,该手表的安装过程:图14示出了表带中插入SIM卡的示意图,如图14所示,将表带的下盖板9旋转开,将SIM卡10装入表带上半部分的SIM卡装配腔55。将上下两部分表带连接头的连接头上半部分5和下盖板9压紧,这样两个盖板之间的SIM卡装配腔55会被防水圈8起到密封作用,将连接头上半部分5和下盖板9装入手表本体的表带装配槽34中,装配槽将连接头上半部分5和下盖板9压紧,而另一端上下两部分连接头依靠旋转轴91和表带下盖板装配孔壁52的配合也压紧,因此当表带装配到本体后,SIM卡被可靠的防水保护。而SIM卡的信号通过pogopin的弹簧头12和SIM卡信号引脚端子63接触起到信号传输功能。图15(a)示出了表带和手表本体未连接前的结构示意图;图15(b)示出了表带和手表本体连接后的结构示意图。
pogopin组件1和本体结构件3的紧固方案,可以选择热熔、卡扣或者超 声焊接的工艺,并不限于此。表带连接头两部分之间的防水,也可以采用易撕离的泡棉胶,并不限于此采用防水圈。表带软胶部分采用注塑方式和连接头做到一起,但也可以用卡扣方式和连接头组装到一起,这样可以减少模内注塑工艺而增加的成本。本可选实施例采用利用表带和手表本体的组装结构将表带上下连接端的一侧紧固,另外一侧是利用旋转结构紧固。也可以通过卡扣、螺丝等方案先将上下连接端紧固,再和手表本体进行组装。
以上所述仅为本发明的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有多种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明实施例将用于安装用户卡的卡槽设置在穿戴件上,实现了用户卡和设备本体的分离设计,进而设计的可更换用户卡的可穿戴设备,并不会扩大设备本体的体积,使得设计更加合理。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种可穿戴设备,包括设备本体、穿戴件,所述穿戴件与所述设备本体连接,所述穿戴件上设置有用于安装用户卡的卡槽;所述卡槽与所述设备本体电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述卡槽中设置有电连接触点,所述设备本体包括:弹针组件;其中,所述弹针组件与所述电连接触点接触,以传输所述用户卡的信号。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述设备本体与所述穿戴件固定连接为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述穿戴件包括:衔接组件和第一穿戴件,所述第一穿戴件通过所述衔接组件与所述设备本体连接;其中,所述衔接组件包括:用于安装所述卡槽的第一衔接件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述衔接组件还包括:用于封闭所述第一衔接件的盖板,其中,通过打开所述盖板将所述用户卡从所述卡槽中取出或者安装。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述衔接组件还包括:旋转组件,所述盖板通过所述旋转组件活动连接在所述第一衔接件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述旋转组件包括:装配孔壁和旋转轴;其中,所述装配孔壁设置在所述第一衔接件上,所述旋转轴设置在所述盖板的第一端,所述装配孔壁和所述旋转轴配合使用。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述设备本体还包括:穿戴件装配槽;所述衔接组件还包括:与所述穿戴件装配槽配合连接的第一连接件和与所述穿戴件装配槽配合连接的第二连接件;其中,所述第一连接件设置在所述第一衔接件的第一端,所述第二连接件设置在所述盖板的第二端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可穿戴设备,其中,在所述穿戴件连接于所述设备本体上时,所述穿戴件装配槽通过所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件压紧所述第一衔接件和所述盖板。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述穿戴件装配槽设置有用于伸出弹针组件中的弹性触点的伸出孔,所述第一连接件上设置有用于外露所述电连接触点的槽孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述设备本体还包括:装配空间,第一防水平面,塑胶支架;其中,所述塑胶支架安装在所述装配空间中,所述塑胶支架的防水平面与所述第一防水平面之间粘接有防水材料。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一衔接件的第二端设置有第三连接件,所述第三连接件与所述第一穿戴件注塑连接和/或卡扣连接。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一衔接件上的周围设置有防水部件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述防水部件包括防水槽和/或防水垫,其中,所述防水槽用于放置防水圈和/或泡棉胶。
