背景技术
冰箱门需要频繁开启,为保证冰箱的密封,防止冰箱门关闭不够严密而导致冰箱漏冷现象的发生,在冰箱的门体与箱体外壳的接触面设置了门封,以实现密封。门封设有密封气囊和卡舌,通过卡舌与门体内胆的卡接将门封固定在门体上,由密封气囊实现门体的密封。
冰箱门体在关闭时,门封的密封气囊由于受压力而产生变形,使得在开启门体时,需要克服一定负压才能使密封气囊由压缩状态变到拉伸状态。为了实现冰箱门体的顺利开启,现有技术中在密封气囊的主气囊的左、右两侧开设有通孔,用于在开启门体时使空气通过该通孔进入冰箱箱体内,以使箱体内外压力达到平衡,从而便于门体的开启。由于该通孔开设在主气囊上,为保证密封性,其孔径不能太大,一般设为3mm,否则将会影响外观,并出现漏冷、结霜等不良现象。而孔径较小的通孔并不能起到较好的导通空气的作用,使得冰箱门体开启时需要较大的开启力。
发明内容

进一步,在本实施例中,密封气囊部10设有连接部30的右侧壁朝远离固定板202的方向延伸出有叶边101。叶边101与密封气囊部10的右侧壁外表面形成一光滑面,便于用户对门封进行清洁。
进一步,在本实施例中,密封气囊部10包括内侧气囊102和位于内侧气囊102两侧的外侧气囊103,内侧气囊102和外侧气囊103内分别设有若干个支撑筋。具体地,内侧气囊102内从上至下间隔设有三条水平的支撑筋1021,将内侧气囊102分成三个子气囊。外侧气囊103内设有一条水平的支撑筋1031,将外侧气囊103分成两个子气囊。在左侧外侧气囊103的外侧,还设有呈耳朵状的耳状气囊104,耳状气囊104的外侧面呈弧形面。由此,本实施例的密封气囊部10具有较好的稳定性和弹性,能够保证门封具有良好的密封性。
综上所述,本实施例的门封,通过连接部30将固定板202与密封气囊部10连接,使得固定板202与密封气囊部10之间具有间隙,将通孔40设置在固定板202上靠近连接部30的位置而不影响外观,且门体关闭时通孔40被密封气囊部10压盖堵住而不影响密封,因此,通孔40的尺寸可以根据需要设置为较大的尺寸,以达到良好的导通空气的作用,使得空气在门体开启时能够瞬间进入箱体,从而缩短门体开启时间,提升用户手感。
本实施例还提供了一种制冷容器,本实施例的制冷容器具有本实施例的上述门封。本实施例的制冷容器可以是冰箱或冷柜。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而 非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种门封,包括:密封气囊部和卡舌部,卡舌部用于与门体连接,卡舌部包括倒刺和用于连接倒刺与密封气囊部的固定板,密封气囊部与固定板通过连接部连接,且密封气囊部与固定板之间形成间隙,固定板位于倒刺与连接部之间的位置上开设有若干个通孔。通过连接部将固定板与密封气囊部连接,且固定板与密封气囊部之间具有间隙,并将通孔设置在固定板位于倒刺与连接部之间的位置上,由此,当门体关闭时,门封的密封气囊部被压变形而抵压在固定板上,将固定板上的通孔堵住,因此不影响密封效果;当门体开启时,密封气囊部在负压作用下随门体的运动而离开固定板,使得空气能够从固定板上的通孔和固定板与密封气囊部之间的间隙进入箱体内而使箱体内外压力达到平衡,从而使门体能够轻易开启。由于通孔设在固定板上而不影响外观,且门体关闭时通孔被密封气囊部压盖堵住而不影响密封,因此,通孔的尺寸可以根据需要设置为较大的尺寸,以达到良好的导通空气的作用,使得空气在门体开启时能够瞬间进入箱体,从而缩短门体开启时间,提升用户手感。有很强的实用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种门封,其特征在于,包括:密封气囊部和卡舌部,所述卡舌部用于与门体连接,所述卡舌部包括倒刺和用于连接所述倒刺与所述密封气囊部的固定板,所述密封气囊部与所述固定板通过连接部连接,且所述密封气囊部与所述固定板之间形成间隙,所述固定板位于所述倒刺与所述连接部之间的位置上开设有若干个通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述连接部位于靠近所述密封气囊部的侧壁的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述通孔呈长条型或U型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述通孔的最大内径为20-60mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述固定板的一端设有飞边,所述飞边由所述固定板的一端部向所述倒刺的一侧弯折形成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述密封气囊部的一侧壁朝远离所述固定板的方向延伸出有叶边。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门封,其特征在于,所述密封气囊部包括内侧气囊和位于所述内侧气囊两侧的外侧气囊,所述内侧气囊和所述外侧气囊内分别设有若干个支撑筋。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门封,其特征在于,所述密封气囊部还包括设于所述外侧气囊外侧的耳状气囊,所述耳状气囊的外侧面呈弧形面。
  9. 一种制冷容器,其特征在于,具有如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的门封。
