第一卡接部包括多个弹性臂111且至少两个弹性臂111的相互连接,所有的弹性臂111围成用于容纳第二卡接部120的容纳空间且每个弹性臂111围成容纳空间的内侧面设置有凸起112;
第二卡接部120从凸起112之间装配进入弹性臂111和凸起112之间且弹性臂111和凸起112阻挡第二卡接部120从弹性臂111和凸起处112脱离。
本发明实施例的装配结构,用于装配两个装配件,包括分别设置于两个装配件的第一卡接部和第二卡接部120;第一卡接部包括多个弹性臂111且至少两个弹性臂111的相互连接,弹性臂111围成用于容纳第二卡接部120的容纳空间且每个弹性臂111围成容纳空间的内侧面设置有凸起112;第二卡接部120从凸起112之间装配进入弹性臂111和凸起112之间且弹性臂111和凸起112阻挡第二卡接部120从弹性臂111和凸起112处脱离。这样,两个相互连接的弹性臂111从第二卡接部120的两个方向阻挡第二卡接部120从弹性臂111处脱离,而两个相互连接的弹性臂的凸起112阻挡第二卡接部120从凸起112处脱离,而每个相互连接的弹性臂的凸起112和其所在的弹性臂111对第二卡接部120的阻挡作用是两个不同的方向,即弹性臂111和凸起112阻挡第二卡接部120从弹性臂111和凸起处112脱离的阻挡方向至少是四个,提高了装配的稳定性;同时,弹性臂111是可以发生弹性形变的,第二卡接部120在外力作用下可以装配进入弹性臂111和凸起112之间,同样,在外力作用下,也可以从弹性臂111和凸起112之间脱离,使得装配结构可以实现可拆卸功能。
为了使装配结构的构造更加简单,作为一个优选的方式,如图2所示,弹性臂111的数量是两个且两个相互连接的弹性臂111之间的夹角是预设角度;相应的,第二卡接部120是柱状。两个弹性臂之间的夹角的预设角度可以根据具体使用该装配结构的装配件的形状和位置进行选择。
弹性臂111是两个相互连接的弹性臂111,与之配合的第二卡接部120是对应的柱状,这样的装配结构的构造相对简单,实现了从对柱状的第二卡接部120的稳定装配。
具体的,两个相互连接的弹性臂111之间的夹角的预设角度是大于等于80度小于等于100度之间的任一值。
作为一种优选的方式,如图2所示,两个相互连接的弹性臂111之间的 夹角的预设角度是90度。这样,相互垂直的两个弹性臂111角度更易加工,同时,也便于将第一卡接部固定在装配件相互垂直的拐角处。
进一步的,如图2所示,为了便于实现两个装配件的装配固定和将装配固定在一起的两个装配件进行拆卸,每个弹性臂的凸起112设置在围成容纳空间的内侧面距离两个相互连接的弹性臂111的连接位置最远的位置。这样,弹性臂111在装配固定和拆卸过程中,第二卡接部120和凸起112在相互作用时,发生的弹性形变较大,阻力作用较小,便于装配和拆卸。
需要说明的是,弹性臂的个数还可以是三个、四个、五个等等。如可以是三个且三个弹性臂的相互连接相交于一点,同时,弹性臂对第二卡接部的阻挡作用可以是三个方向的,相应的凸起对第二卡接部的阻挡方向是另外三个方向的;相应的,第二卡接部是块状。这样,第一卡接部对第二卡接部的阻挡就是从六个方向进行的。
为了进一步提高两个装配件装配的稳定性,如图3所示,装配结构还可以包括设置于其中一个装配件的磁性连接件140,另一个装配件是能被磁性连接件140吸引的装配件,磁性连接件140吸引能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件。
这样,装配结构的装配还通过磁性连接件140和能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件吸引进行装配,进一步提高了装配的稳定性。
进一步的,为了实现磁性连接件的固定,作为一种优选的方式,如图4和图5所示,磁性连接件140采用梯形磁铁;能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件是能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件;
如图4所示,设置有梯形磁铁的装配件具有与梯形磁铁相配合的梯形固定槽,梯形固定槽的槽口是梯形长度较小的底边且朝向能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件;为了描述的更加清楚,结合图4的进行描述,梯形固定槽的槽口朝向左侧;
梯形固定槽与槽口垂直的端面开有梯形磁铁的梯形相配合的梯形安装口,为了描述的更加清楚,结合图4的进行描述,梯形安装口是垂直于纸面方向的;
梯形磁铁从梯形安装口进入安装在所述梯形固定槽内。
这样,在安装梯形磁铁时,只需要将梯形磁铁从梯形安装口放进梯形固定槽,之后沿梯形固定槽将梯形固定槽推进去即可将梯形磁铁固定,梯形磁铁从固定槽的槽口吸引能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件。因为安装口和槽口是垂 直的,梯形磁铁的安装方向与梯形磁铁吸引方向是垂直的,因此梯形磁铁不会从吸引另一装配件的一面脱落。
实施例二
本发明实施例的显示装置,如图2,图3和图5所示,包括中框200和前框300,中框200和前框300通过实施例一中任一装配结构装配在一起。
这样,可以很方便的将显示装置的中框200和前框300装配固定在一起。
如图2所示,具体的,前框300的每个前框框边具有弯折,每个前框框边的弯折的内表面设置有多个第一卡接部,中框设置有与第一卡接部配合的第二卡接部。
显示装置的尺寸可以有很多种,可以灵活根据显示装置的尺寸灵活选择每个前框框边的弯折的内表面设置的第一卡接部的个数,以能实现稳定装配为目标。
具体的,如图1所示,每个第一卡接部的两个相互连接的弹性臂111的外侧面焊接在前框框边弯折的内表面。
这样,第一卡接部可以很方便的与前框框边固定。
具体的,如图4和图5所示,当磁性连接件140是梯形磁铁时,固定梯形磁铁用的梯形固定槽设置在中框上,梯形固定槽的槽口是梯形长度较小的底边且朝向前框;
梯形固定槽与槽口垂直的端面开有与所述梯形磁铁的梯形相配合的梯形安装口150。
这样,在安装梯形磁铁时,只需要将梯形磁铁从梯形安装口放进梯形固定槽,之后沿梯形固定槽将梯形固定槽推进去即可将梯形磁铁固定,梯形磁铁从固定槽的槽口吸引能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件。因为安装口和槽口是垂直的,使得梯形磁铁的安装方向与梯形磁铁吸引方向是垂直的,梯形固定槽的腰压在梯形磁铁的腰上,因此梯形磁铁不会从吸引前框的一面脱落。
具体的,显示装置的尺寸可以有很多种,可以灵活根据显示装置的尺寸灵活选择每个中框固定梯形磁性的个数,以能实现稳定装配为目标。
更进一步的,如图6所示,相邻两个中框框边的连接的一侧具有可搭接的台阶形结构210。这样结构的中框框边,在搭接后,可以实现位于放置中框之后的光从中框漏至前框,进而减少了显示装置漏光的可能性。
更进一步的,如图2和图3所示,显示装置还包括具有支撑作用的玻璃 导光板400,玻璃导光板400与中框固定。
这样,具有支撑作用的玻璃导光板不仅可以起到导光作用,还可以起到支撑作用,同时起到了传统的显示装置中的背板所起的作用,因此,显示装置的结构更加简单。
实施例三
本发明实施例的一种显示装置的装配方法,显示装置包括中框和前框,中框和前框通过实施例一的装配结构装配在一起;前框的前框框边具有弯折,前框框边的弯折的内表面设置有多个第一卡接部,中框的设置有与第一卡接部配合的第二卡接部;包括如下步骤:
第二卡接部从凸起之间装配进入弹性臂和凸起之间。
这样,可以很方便的将显示装置的中框和前框装配固定在一起。
更进一步的,所述前框是能被磁铁吸引的前框;所述中框包括梯形磁铁和与之相配合的梯形固定槽;
所述梯形固定槽的槽口是梯形长度较小的底边且朝向前框;
所述梯形固定槽与槽口垂直的端面开有与所述梯形磁铁的梯形相配合的梯形安装口;还包括如下步骤:
所述梯形磁铁从所述梯形安装口进入,安装在所述梯形固定槽内
这样,在安装梯形磁铁时,只需要将梯形磁铁从梯形安装口进入梯形固定槽即可将梯形磁铁固定,梯形磁铁的安装方向与梯形磁铁吸引方向是垂直的,梯形磁铁不会从吸引前框的一面脱落。
显示装置装配方法包括如下步骤:其中,显示装置包括具有支撑作用的玻璃导光板,中框包括U形框和用于封装的中框框边;
首先,将具有支撑作用的玻璃导光板与中框的U形框固定;
之后,将梯形磁铁从U形框框边的梯形固定槽的梯形安装口进入梯形固定槽;
再之后,装配LED灯条,用于封装的中框框边及显示面板;
然后,将中框的第二卡接部从第一卡接件的凸起之间装配进入弹性臂和凸起之间,同时,设置于中框的U形框的梯形磁铁吸附前框。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元 上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种装配结构,用于装配两个装配件,其特征在于,包括分别设置于两个装配件的第一卡接部和第二卡接部;
    所述第一卡接部包括多个弹性臂且至少两个弹性臂相互连接,所述弹性臂围成用于容纳所述第二卡接部的容纳空间且每个弹性臂围成容纳空间的内侧面设置有凸起;
    所述第二卡接部从所述凸起之间装配进入所述弹性臂和凸起之间,且所述弹性臂和凸起阻挡所述第二卡接部从所述弹性臂和凸起处脱离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装配结构,其特征在于,所述弹性臂的数量是两个且两个相互连接的弹性臂之间的夹角是大于等于80度小于等于100度之间的任一值;所述第二卡接部是柱状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装配结构,其特征在于,每个弹性臂的凸起设置在围成容纳空间的内侧面距离两个弹性臂连接位置最远的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装配结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于其中一个装配件的磁性连接件,另一个装配件是能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件,所述磁性连接件吸引能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装配结构,其特征在于,所述磁性连接件是梯形磁铁;能被磁性连接件吸引的装配件是能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件;
    设置有所述梯形磁铁的装配件具有与梯形磁铁相配合的梯形固定槽,所述梯形固定槽的槽口是梯形长度较小的底边且朝向能被梯形磁铁吸引的装配件;
    所述梯形固定槽与槽口垂直的端面开有与所述梯形磁铁的梯形相配合的梯形安装口,所述梯形磁铁从所述梯形安装口进入安装在所述梯形固定槽内。
  6. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括中框和前框,所述中框和前框通过权利要求1至5任一所述的装配结构装配在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述前框的前框框边具有弯折,所述前框框边的弯折的内表面设置有多个所述第一卡接部,所述中框设置有与所述第一卡接部配合的第二卡接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其特征在于,每个所述第一卡接部的两个相互连接的弹性臂的外侧面焊接在所述前框框边弯折的内表面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其特征在于,相邻两个中框框边的 连接的一侧具有可搭接的台阶形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括具有支撑作用的导光板,所述导光板与所述中框固定。
  11. 一种显示装置的装配方法,其特征在于,显示装置包括中框和前框,所述中框和前框通过权利要求1至3任一所述的装配结构装配在一起;所述前框的前框框边具有弯折,所述前框框边的弯折的内表面设置有多个所述第一卡接部,所述中框的设置有与所述第一卡接部配合的第二卡接部;包括如下步骤:
    第二卡接部从所述凸起之间装配进入所述弹性臂和凸起之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置的装配方法,其特征在于,所述前框是能被磁铁吸引的前框;所述中框包括梯形磁铁和与之相配合的梯形固定槽;所述梯形固定槽的槽口是梯形长度较小的底边且朝向前框;
    所述梯形固定槽与槽口垂直的端面开有与所述梯形磁铁的梯形相配合的梯形安装口;
    还包括如下步骤:
    所述梯形磁铁从所述梯形安装口进入,安装在所述梯形固定槽内。
