本发明公开了一种改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:聚酰胺20份,玻璃纤维2-5份,十溴联苯醚2-3份,红磷1-2份,三聚氰胺尿酸盐1-2份,三氧化二锑0.5-1份,氢氧化镁0.5-1份。通过上述方式,本发明改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料具有比重轻、冲击韧性优异、强度高、阻燃性好、耐磨性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用等优点,在改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
Description
本发明涉及工程塑料领域,特别是涉及一种改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料。
工程塑料可作工程材料和代替金属制造机器零部件等的塑料。工程塑料具有优良的综合性能,刚性大,蠕变小,机械强度高,耐热性好,电绝缘性好,可在较苛刻的化学、物理环境中长期使用,可替代金属作为工程结构材料使用,但现有的工程塑料阻燃性能达不到较高要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,通过采用十溴联苯醚、红磷等阻燃剂添加进聚酰胺基体,大大改善了塑料的阻燃性能,比重轻、冲击韧性优异、强度高、阻燃性好、耐磨性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用,在改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:
聚酰胺20份,
玻璃纤维2-5份,
十溴联苯醚2-3份,
红磷1-2份,
三聚氰胺尿酸盐1-2份,
三氧化二锑0.5-1份,
氢氧化镁0.5-1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料包括添加剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂包括分散剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂的一种或者多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料具有比重轻、冲击韧性优异、强度高、阻燃性好、耐磨性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用等优点,在改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

聚酰胺20份,
玻璃纤维2-5份,
十溴联苯醚2-3份,
红磷1-2份,
三聚氰胺尿酸盐1-2份,
三氧化二锑0.5-1份,
氢氧化镁0.5-1份。
优选地,所述改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料包括添加剂。
优选地,所述添加剂包括分散剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂的一种或者多种。
本发明改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料的有益效果是:
通过采用十溴联苯醚、红磷等阻燃剂添加进聚酰胺基体,大大改善了塑料的阻燃性能,比重轻、冲击韧性优异、强度高、阻燃性好、耐磨性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用。

- 一种改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,其特征在于,成分的质量配比包括:聚酰胺 20份,玻璃纤维 2-5份,十溴联苯醚 2-3份,红磷 1-2份,三聚氰胺尿酸盐 1-2份,三氧化二锑 0.5-1份,氢氧化镁 0.5-1份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,其特征在于,所述改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料包括添加剂。
- 根据权利要求2所述的改性聚酰胺阻燃型塑料,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括分散剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧化剂的一种或者多种。
