本发明通过雾化件1与旋转件4的配合,能够防止烟油的泄漏,保证了使用和运输上的安全性和便利性,值的推广应用。
本发明还公开了一次性电子烟,该一次性电子烟包括本发明所述的雾化器。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟的雾化器,其特征在于:包括雾化芯(100),所述雾化芯(100)包括雾化件(1)、发热丝组件(2)、阻液件(3)、旋转件(4)、雾化盖(5),所述发热丝组件(2)安装在所述雾化件(1)上,所述雾化件(1)设有两端具有开口的中空腔体,所述发热丝组件(2)的两根发热丝引脚从所述中空腔体一端中穿出,该雾化器还包括将两根发热丝引脚分隔开的隔离机构,所述阻液件(3)安装在所述雾化件(1)顶部,所述旋转件(4)套装于所述雾化件(1)外表面,所述旋转件(4)相对于所述雾化件(1)能够进行旋转,所述雾化盖(5)安装在所述旋转件(4)上,所述阻液件(3)位于所述雾化盖(5)下方,所述雾化盖(5)设有进油孔(51)和雾化盖过孔(52),所述雾化盖过孔(52)位置与所述中空腔体位置对应,通过雾化件(1)与所述旋转件(4)的转动配合,从而使所述阻液件(3)完成对所述进油孔(51)的封闭或开启。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述旋转件(4)设有凹槽(41),所述雾化件(1)设有凸点(11),所述凸点(11)嵌入所述凹槽(41)内、且所述凸点(11)能够沿所述凹槽(41)进行滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述凹槽(41)两端分别设有限位孔(42),当所述凸点(11)嵌入所述限位孔(42)时完成所述雾化件(1)与所述旋转件(4)的定位;该雾化器还包括固定件(6),所述固定件(6)安装在所述雾化件(1)上,所述旋转件(4)位于所述固定件(6)上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件(1)包括雾化件头部(12)、以及与所述雾化件头部(12)相连的雾化件杆部(13),所述中空腔体贯穿所述雾化件头部(12)和所述雾化件杆部(13),所述凸点(11)位于所述雾化件头部(12)下端面,所述固定件(6)安装于所述雾化件杆部(13)外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化件头部(12)设有相互垂直的第一容置槽(121)和第二容置槽(122),所述第 一容置槽(121)深度大于所述第二容置槽(122)深度,所述发热丝组件(2)包括导油绳(21)、以及缠绕在所述导油绳(21)外表面的发热丝(22),所述发热丝(22)缠绕在所述导油绳(21)外表面后形成两根发热丝引脚,所述导油绳(21)安装于所述第一容置槽(121)内,所述阻液件(3)安装在所述第二容置槽(122)内,所述阻液件(3)位于所述导油绳(21)上方,所述阻液件(3)设有阻液件孔(31),所述阻液件孔(31)位置与所述中空腔体位置对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述阻液件(3)由硅胶材料制成,该雾化器还包括阻液圈(7),所述阻液圈(7)套装于所述雾化件杆部(13)外表面,该雾化器还包括硅胶件(8),所述硅胶件(8)设有硅胶孔(81),所述硅胶件(8)安装于所述雾化盖过孔(52)内;所述凹槽(41)设有弧度,从而使所述雾化件(1)与所述旋转件(4)完成90度旋转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔离机构包括绝缘件(9)和接触件(10),所述绝缘件(9)嵌入所述中空腔体一端中,所述绝缘件(9)设有绝缘件孔(91),所述接触件(10)嵌入所述绝缘件(9)内部,其中一根发热丝引脚从所述绝缘件孔(91)与所述接触件(10)一侧中穿出,其中另一根发热丝引脚从所述绝缘件孔(91)与所述接触件(10)另一侧中穿出。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:该雾化器还包括储油仓(200),所述储油仓(200)与所述旋转件(4)套装在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述储油仓(200)包括储油外管(201)、外管盖(202)、导气管(203),所述导气管(203)安装在所述外管盖(202)上,所述外管盖(202)安装在所述储油外管(201)一端,所述导气管(203)位于所述储油外管(201)内。
  10. 一种一次性电子烟,其特征在于:该一次性电子烟包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的雾化器。
