Description

LED灯泡
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别是一种LED灯泡。
LED光源具有发光效率高、低发热、省电和寿命长的优点,因此其应用越来越广泛。LED灯将逐渐取代白炽灯和卤素灯等传统照明灯具。现有的LED灯大都是由泡壳、散热件、光源组件、驱动组件、灯头等组成,组装时需要将较多的元件分别组装,组装步骤较为复杂,且同时为了满足大角度发光的要求需要增设反光透镜等结构,出光效率大大的降低。常见的LED灯包括LED光源板和罩设在该LED光源板上方的灯泡壳。其通过球泡壳形状的灯泡壳对LED光源板上的LED光源发出的光线进行二次配光。由于灯泡壳有的部分距离LED光源较近,而有的部分距离LED光源较远,这一方面导致其在整个空间内难以实现均匀配光,另一方面导致其难以做到多种不同光束角分布的配光,配光灵活性不高。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于配光的LED灯泡。
一种LED灯泡,包括LED光源板、灯头体及透光壳,该LED光源板为条形结构,该LED光源板上设有多个LED光源,该LED光源板的至少一端固定在该灯头体上,该LED光源板的中部远离该灯头体设置,该透光壳一体包覆该LED光源板上的LED光源,该透光壳用于折射所述LED光源发出的光线,并使所述LED光源发出的光线分布更均匀。
与现有技术相比,该LED灯泡设置有条形结构的LED光源板并使得该LED光源板的中部远离该灯头体设置,将该透光壳一体包覆在该LED光源板上的LED光源,这种结构使得该LED光源板上的LED光源能够朝向立体空间发光,由于该LED光源板的形状可以根据配光需求进行调整,使得LED光源与透光壳的出光面的距离较近,从而可根据需求进行配光,具有便于配光的优点。

本发明第一实施例的LED灯泡,请参考图1至图3,该LED灯泡,包括LED光源板10、灯头体20及透光壳30,该LED光源板10为条形结构,该LED光源板10上设有多个LED光源,该LED光源板10的至少一端固定在该灯头体20上。优选的,该透光壳30与该灯头体20一体成型,且该LED光源板10的两端均固定在该灯头体20上。
本实施例中,该LED光源板10的中部远离该灯头体20设置,该LED光源板10由柔性材料制成,该LED光源板10为弯折的条形结构,这些LED光源11设置于该LED光源板10的正面上。因此,该LED光源板10可以向立体空间发光,通过选择适当的形状,能够实现大角度发光或其他特定的光学分布。由于LED光源板10为柔性的,其可以弯折形成多种形状,除了图3所示的上大下小的环形结构外,还可以为方框结构、螺旋结构或其他弯折结构。LED光源板10的形状的不同必然导致最终的光学分布不同。
本实施例中,该透光壳30一体包覆该LED光源板10上的LED光源11,该透光壳30用于折射所述LED光源11发出的光线并使所述LED光源发出的光线分布更均匀,同时,该透光壳30还可扩大这些LED光源11发出的光线的分布角度。由于该透光壳30一体包覆该LED光源板10上所有的LED光源11,所以,这些LED光源11发出的光线将统一从该透光壳30的出光面射出,从而使光线分布更均匀。优选的,该透光壳30由导热材料制成,该透光壳30与这些LED光源11或该LED光源板10热连接,使得这些LED光源11所产生的热量能够快速被传递出去,提高整灯的散热效果。本实施例中,该透光壳30包覆该LED光源板10及这些LED光源11形成弯折的柱体结构。
优选的,还包括固定架40,该固定架40设有支撑架41,该支撑架41对应该LED光源板10设置成条形结构,该LED光源板10固定于该支撑架41上,该透光壳30一体包覆该支撑架41、该LED光源板10及这些LED光源。该支撑架41上对应该LED光源板10设有凹槽411,该凹槽411的侧壁上凸出设有挡柱412,这些挡柱412与该凹槽411的底面形成间隙,该LED光源板10穿过这些间隙并被这些挡柱412抵在该支撑架41的凹槽411内,这样可固定住该LED光源板10。该固定架40还设有定位部42,该支撑架41的底端连接于该定位部42上,该定位部42的底部开有定位槽421,该定位部42伸出该透光壳30之外。该固定架40采用与该透光壳30一样的透光导热材料制成。
其中,还包括驱动板50,该驱动板50固定在该定位槽421内,该灯头体20与该透光壳30一体注塑成型并包覆该定位部42及该驱动板50的至少一部分。优选的,该驱动板50可与该LED光源板10制作成一体结构。该灯头体20与该透光壳30采用一体注塑工艺包覆在该LED光源板10及该驱动板50的至少一部分上,简化了传统的装配工艺,无需将传统灯泡壳、光源板、散热件等分别装配,具有制造工艺简单、便于自动化生产的优点,且整灯结构简单、大大降低了制造成本。
此外,还包括灯头壳60,该灯头壳60与该灯头体20连接形成腔体70,该驱动板50的另一部分伸出该灯头体20并收容在该腔体70内,该驱动板50的另一部分连接有两个电极,这些电极与该灯头壳60电连接。
综上所述,该LED灯泡设置有条形结构的LED光源板10并使得该LED光源板10的中部远离该灯头体20设置,将该透光壳30一体包覆在该LED光源板10上,这种结构使得该LED光源板10上的LED光源11能够朝向立体空间发光,即可实现全周光大角度发光,具有整灯结构极为简单的优点。此外,LED光源11发出的光线无需像传统LED灯泡中那样需经空气与灯泡壳的反射界面,降低了界面反射,提高了透光性,使得整灯具有更高的光学效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种LED灯泡,包括LED光源板、灯头体及透光壳,该LED光源板为条形结构,该LED光源板上设有多个LED光源,其特征在于:该LED光源板的至少一端固定在该灯头体上,该LED光源板的中部远离该灯头体设置,该透光壳一体包覆该LED光源板上的LED光源,该透光壳用于折射所述LED光源发出的光线,并使所述LED光源发出的光线分布更均匀。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该透光壳与该灯头体一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该LED光源板由柔性材料制成,该LED光源板为弯折的条形结构,所述LED光源设置于该LED光源板的正面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该透光壳包覆该LED光源板及所述LED光源形成弯折的柱体结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该透光壳由导热材料制成,该透光壳与所述LED光源或该LED光源板热连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:还包括固定架,该固定架设有支撑架,该支撑架对应该LED光源板设置成条形结构,该LED光源板固定于该支撑架上,该透光壳一体包覆该支撑架及LED光源板及所述LED光源。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该固定架还设有定位部,该支撑架的底端连接于该定位部上,该定位部的底部开有定位槽,该定位部伸出该透光壳之外。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:该支撑架上对应该LED光源板设有凹槽,该凹槽的侧壁上凸出设有挡柱,所述挡柱与该凹槽的底面形成间隙,该LED光源板穿过所述间隙并被所述挡柱抵在该支撑架的凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:还包括驱动板,该驱动板固定在该定位槽内,该灯头体与该透光壳一体注塑成型并包覆该定位部及该驱动板的至少一部分。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的LED灯泡,其特征在于:还包括灯头壳,该灯头壳与该灯头体连接形成腔体,该驱动板的另一部分伸出该灯头体并收容在该腔体内,该驱动板的另一部分连接有两个电极,所述电极与该灯头壳电连接。
