Abstract

本实用新型提供一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯座、带状光源、支架和透光罩壳,所述带状光源包括柔性电路板和设置于柔性电路板上的复数个LED,所述透光罩壳罩住带状光源并固定在灯座上,所述柔性电路板呈弯曲状且通过支架支撑于透光罩壳的内部半空。本实用新型发光角度大且亮度均匀,杜绝暗区的产生;结构简单,方便生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明和装饰灯,尤其是涉及一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡。
背景技术
LED作为低能耗、长寿命、无污染的新一代光源,已经广泛应用于照明和装饰灯领域,如LED灯泡。现有的LED灯泡的光源部分一般为焊有LED灯的单块PCB板,或将多块PCB板逐个焊接组装成立体的几何形状来制作灯具,此方法费时费力,生产效率低下,而且灯具照射的角度不全面,容易形成暗区。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述技术问题,提供一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其发光角度大且亮度均匀,结构简单,方便生产。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的方案是:
一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯座、带状光源、支架和透光罩壳,所述带状光源包括柔性电路板和设置于柔性电路板上的复数个LED,所述透光罩壳罩住带状光源并固定在灯座上,所述柔性电路板呈弯曲状且通过支架支撑于透光罩壳的内部半空。
进一步地,所述LED灯泡还包括固定板,所述支架固定于固定板上,有效固定支架和带状光源。
进一步地,所述固定板为电路板,所述电路板与带状光源电气连接。
进一步地,所述固定板与灯座通过注塑工艺一体成型,便于生产,结构也更牢固。
进一步地,所述灯座为导电的螺口灯座。
进一步地,所述支架由金属材料制成,所述支架与带状光源电气连接。
进一步地,所述柔性电路板包括多条扁平金属导线和分别压合于扁平金属导线上下面的第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层,所述部分扁平金属导线根据电路所需设有断开区,LED焊接于断开区或跨接于相邻两根扁平导线上,所述扁平导线包括一组电源线和至少一条串联线,所述第一绝缘层和第二绝缘层沿长度方向折叠,所述电源线和串联线分别位于不同的折叠面,这样,柔性电路板的宽度可以做得更窄,灯泡内部的空间利用率更高,LED灯珠数量可以更多,亮度更高。
进一步地,所述柔性电路板为螺旋状,可以形成360度发光面,避免产生暗区。
进一步地,所述柔性电路板的螺旋中心轴垂直或平行于灯座的上端面。
进一步地,所述支架包括支脚和固定圈,所述柔性电路板呈螺旋状缠绕于固定圈上,发光面更广,而且便于生产。
进一步地,所述带状光源的外表面包覆有绝缘物质,防止柔性电路板的正负极金属导线触碰而短路。
进一步地,所述带状光源为复数条,所述复数条带状光源相互交叉放置。
本实用新型的有益效果是:焊有LED的柔性电路板通过弯曲定型形成带状光源,带状光源通过支架支撑于罩壳内部,发光角度大且亮度均匀,杜绝暗区的产生;结构简单,方便生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。所述实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案,并不构成对本发明权利保护范围的限定。
参照图1、图2、图3,在实施例一中,本实用新型的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡包括灯座1、带状光源、支架3、固定板5和透光罩壳4,所述带状光源包括柔性电路板2和设置于柔性电路板2上的复数个LED6,所述透光罩壳4罩住带状光源并固定在灯座上1,所述柔性电路板2呈螺旋状且通过支架3支撑于透光罩壳4的内部半空,柔性电路板2的螺旋中心轴b-b平行于灯座1的上表面,当通电点亮后能够形成类似于白炽灯丝的效果。固定板5设置于灯座1的上表面,所述支架3固定于固定板5上。所述支架3由金属材料制成,所述支架3分别与带状光源的正负极相连作电气连接。所述灯座1为导电的螺口灯座。
所述柔性电路板2包括多条扁平金属导线和分别压合于扁平金属导线上下面的第一绝缘层221和第二绝缘层222,所述部分扁平金属导线根据电路所需设有断开区,LED6焊接于断开区或跨接于相邻两根扁平导线上,所述扁平导线包括一组电源线27和一条串联线26,所述第一绝缘层221和第二绝缘层222沿长度方向折叠,所述电源线27和串联线26分别位于不同的折叠面。
所述带状光源的外表面包覆有绝缘物质,防止柔性电路板的正负极金属导线触碰而短路。该绝缘物质可以为通过喷涂或浸泡而形成的油漆层或绝缘胶层。
参照图4的实施例二,其与实施例一大体一致,区别点在于:柔性电路板2的螺旋中心轴c-c垂直于灯座1的上端面。
参照图5、图6的实施例三,其与实施例一大体一致,区别点在于:支架3包括支脚和固定圈,所述柔性电路板2呈螺旋状缠绕于固定圈上。柔性电路板2通过一组导线7与LED灯泡的内部电路实现电连接。
参照图7的实施例四,所述带状光源为两条,每条带状光源都分别通过金属材料制成的支架3支撑于透光罩壳4的内部半空,柔性电路板弯曲呈中央拱起状,所述两条带状光源相互交叉放置。

1.一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:包括灯座、带状光源、支架和透光罩壳,所述带状光源包括柔性电路板和设置于柔性电路板上的复数个LED,所述透光罩壳罩住带状光源并固定在灯座上,所述柔性电路板呈弯曲状且通过支架支撑于透光罩壳的内部半空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述LED灯泡还包括固定板,所述支架固定于固定板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述固定板为电路板,所述电路板与带状光源电气连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述固定板与灯座通过注塑工艺一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯座为导电的螺口灯座。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述支架由金属材料制成,所述支架与带状光源电气连接。

10.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述支架包括支脚和固定圈,所述柔性电路板呈螺旋状缠绕于固定圈上。
11.根据权利要求1—7任一项所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述带状光源的外表面包覆有绝缘物质。
12.根据权利要求1—7任一项所述的一种具有弯曲状电路板的LED灯泡,其特征在于:所述带状光源为复数条,所述复数条带状光源相互交叉放置。
