Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,包括灯壳,所述灯壳由球形灯罩和灯头组成,所述灯壳内还设有散热柱、多个固定在软性自粘线路板上的LED灯珠、驱动电路,所述散热柱是多棱柱体,所述LED灯珠通过软性自粘线路板粘结在散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面,所述驱动电路位于散热柱末端且与软性自粘线路板电连接,所述散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为92°~100°,所述软性自粘线路板在各个LED灯珠之间镂空呈网状。散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角使得各个LED灯珠发出的光线能较好地重叠在一起,令整个LED球泡灯的光强分布均匀。本实用新型可用于照明。

技术领域

[0001] 本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,特别是一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯。

背景技术

[0002] LED球泡灯是外观采用人们已经习惯的球形灯泡外壳,内部安装有LED灯珠为光源的灯具,其具有节能、环保、使用寿命长、无频闪等优点。但现有的LED球泡灯多采用平面的LED电路板,球泡灯的光强集中在电路板正对的方向,造成其他方向的光强不足。

[0003] 中国专利《空气自然内外对流散热的大角度LED球泡灯》(公告号CN202432304U)公开了一种大角度LED球泡灯,其散热柱采用多棱柱形状,LED芯片贴在散热柱的侧面上。该技术方案中虽然与传统的平面的LED电路板有所区别,但任然未能解决LED球泡灯光强分布不均匀的问题。

实用新型内容

[0004] 针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其光强分布均匀,不会产生暗斑。

[0005] 本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案如下:

[0006] 一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,包括灯壳,所述灯壳由球形灯罩和灯头组成,所述灯壳内还设有散热柱、多个固定在软性自粘线路板上的LED灯珠、驱动电路,所述散热柱是多棱柱体,所述LED灯珠通过软性自粘线路板粘结在散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面,所述驱动电路位于散热柱末端且与软性自粘线路板电连接,所述散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为92°〜100°,所述软性自粘线路板在各个LED灯珠之间镂空呈网状。

[0007] 进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述灯头设有内螺纹,所述散热柱末端设有与灯头相适配的外螺纹。

[0008] 进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述散热柱末端设有向内凹陷的空腔,所述驱动电路设于空腔内。

[0009] 进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述散热柱末端开有缺口,所述缺口可容纳驱动电路和软性自粘线路板电连接的电线。

[0010] 进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述散热柱的顶端面的LED灯珠数是I〜2个,所述侧面的LED灯珠数是2〜5个,总的LED灯珠数是10〜40个。

[0011] 本实用新型公开的全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其散热柱的顶端面和各个侧面均设有LED灯珠,并且散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为92°〜100°,使得各个LED灯珠发出的光线能较好地重叠在一起,令整个LED球泡灯的光强分布均匀。本实用新型可用于照明。

[0026] 如图3所示一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其光通量为500流明。当中的散热柱为八棱柱,每个侧面上等距设有2个LED灯珠,顶端面设有2个LED灯珠,所述散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为96°。

[0028] 如图4所示一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其光通量为400流明。当中的散热柱为四棱柱,每个侧面上等距设有2个LED灯珠,顶端面设有2个LED灯珠,所述散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为100°。

[0030] 如图5所示一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其光通量为400流明。当中的散热柱为三棱柱,每个侧面上等距设有3个LED灯珠,顶端面设有I个LED灯珠,所述散热柱的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为100°。

1. 一种全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,包括灯壳(I ),所述灯壳(I)由球形灯罩(11)和灯头(12 )组成,所述灯壳(I)内还设有散热柱(2 )、多个固定在软性自粘线路板(3 )上的LED灯珠(4)、驱动电路,其特征在于:所述散热柱(2)是多棱柱体,所述LED灯珠(4)通过软性自粘线路板(3)粘结在散热柱(2)的顶端面和每个侧面,所述驱动电路位于散热柱(2)末端且与软性自粘线路板(3)电连接,所述散热柱(2)的顶端面和每个侧面的夹角为92°〜100°,所述软性自粘线路板(3)在各个LED灯珠(4)之间镂空呈网状。
2.根据权利要求I所述的全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯头(12)设有内螺纹,所述散热柱(2)末端设有与灯头(12)相适配的外螺纹。
3.根据权利要求I所述的全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热柱(2)末端设有向内凹陷的空腔(21),所述驱动电路设于空腔(21)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热柱(2)末端开有缺口(22),所述缺口(22)可容纳驱动电路和软性自粘线路板(3)电连接的电线。
5.根据权利要求I所述的全方位无暗斑的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热柱的顶端面的LED灯珠数是I〜2个,所述侧面的LED灯珠数是2〜5个,总的LED灯珠数是10〜40个。
