LED灯泡,属于LED半导体照明技术领域。包括灯头1、驱动2、散热块、LED光源、透光罩7,其特征是设有多面体配光光学器件5、导电支撑体6,所述的散热块为下端散热块3和上端散热块9并与灯头1和透光罩7安装连接一整体,所述的LED光源设有下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8,下端LED光源4固定在下端散热块3,上端LED光源8固定在上端散热块9上,多面体配光光学器件5通过导电支撑体6支撑在下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8之间,导电支撑体6电连接下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8。本发明结构科学合理,生产制造、加工组装便捷,成本低,互换性极好,整体艺术性好,外形美观,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种以LED为光源的灯泡的设计结构,属于LED半导体照明技术领域。
背景技术
现有的LED灯泡多采用单端LED光源,利用单向反光器件进行配光,所有的热量只通过单端的散热块进行散热,其缺点是散热面积小,功率无法做大,LED灯泡的总输出光通量低,且单向反射配光光损失大,整体系统效率低。
还有一种LED灯泡是把LED光源集成在一个芯柱上,并置于封闭的泡壳中,散热效率极低。LED功率也无法做大,LED整体光输出低,难以满足客户要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有产品的不足进行改进,提供一种高光效、配光合理、美学化、寓意化、散热效果好,创意性强,结构独特LED灯泡。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:LED灯泡,包括灯头1、驱动2、散热块、LED光源、透光罩7,其特征是设有多面体配光光学器件5、导电支撑体6,所述的散热块为下端散热块3和上端散热块9,散热块与灯头1和透光罩7安装连接成一整体,所述的LED光源设有下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8,下端LED光源4固定在下端散热块3,上端LED光源8固定在上端散热块9上,多面体配光光学器件5通过导电支撑体6支撑在下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8之间,导电支撑体6电连接下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8。
所述的多面体配光光学器件5为棱晶面的多面体光学结构形状。
LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
本发明结构科学合理,生产制造、加工组装便捷,成本低,互换性极好,整体艺术性好,配光合理,外形美观,使用寿命长。下端LED光源4固定在下端散热块3、上端LED光源8固定在上端散热块9上的适当位置,可快捷地将上下端LED光源所产生的热量散发出去,提高了产品的使用寿命。多面配光光学器件5中的多面体形状的光学结构的表面可以是棱晶面或球面或弧面或曲面等其它形状将下端LED光源4、上端LED光源8对打的光合理有效地散发到所需环境中,使光在LED灯泡中得以充分的利用。同时,多面体配光光学器件5组成光学配光系统,对下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8产生的光线进行合理分配,增加照射角度,提高整个灯泡的光效。导电支撑体6把上下LED光源相连接通电。下端散热块3及上端散热块9可以是金属的,也可以是塑料或其他材质的。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例为使用2颗LED光源,也可以采用4颗、6颗、8颗LED光源。LED灯泡,由灯头1、驱动2、下端散热块3、下端LED光源4、多面体配光光学器件5、导电支撑体6、透光罩7、上端LED光源8、上端散热块9等安装连接构成。下端LED光源4固定在下端散热块3上,上端LED光源8固定在上端散热块9上的适当位置,可快捷地将上下端LED光源所产生的热量散发出去,同时支撑中间多面体配光光学器件5。导电支撑体6电连接下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8,可以使下端LED光源4和上端LED光源8通电,多面配光光学器件5将下端LED光源4、上端LED光源8对打的光合理有效地散发到所需环境中,使光在LED灯泡中得以充分的利用。多面体配光光学器件5为棱晶面的多面体光学结构形状。LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。

1.一种LED灯泡,包括灯头(1)、驱动(2)、散热块、LED光源、透光罩(7),其特征是设有多面体配光光学器件(5)、导电支撑体(6),所述的散热块为下端散热块(3)和上端散热块(9),散热块与灯头(1)和透光罩(7)安装连接成一整体,所述的LED光源设有下端LED光源(4)和上端LED光源(8),下端LED光源(4)固定在下端散热块(3),上端LED光源(8)固定在上端散热块(9)上,多面体配光光学器件(5)通过导电支撑体(6)支撑在下端LED光源(4)和上端LED光源(8)之间,导电支撑体(6)电连接下端LED光源(4)和上端LED光源(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征是所述的多面体配光光学器件(5)为棱晶面的多面体光学结构形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯泡,其特征是LED灯泡外形为烛形或圆形或蘑菇形或橄榄形。
