Description

滚筒线圈拆分装置和滚筒线圈拆分压合一体机 技术领域
本发明涉及滚筒线圈领域,尤其涉及一种用于拆分滚筒线圈的拆分装置。
背景技术
滚筒线圈是指,用于装订小本册的线圈间隔粘贴到胶带上,并将该粘贴有线圈的胶带缠绕到滚筒上。
目前,将上述滚筒线圈上粘贴的线圈拆分的方式,一般采用人工依次手取的方式,这种方式不仅效率低,而且成本较高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种滚筒线圈拆分装置和滚筒线圈拆分压合一体机,该发明采用机械自动拆分线圈,提高了工作效率,节约了成本。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种滚筒线圈拆分装置,包括拆分机体,拆分机体的上端设置有可安装滚筒线圈的滚筒轴,拆分机体内部的前端设置有可将滚筒线圈上线圈与胶带分离的拆环挡杆,拆环挡杆与拆分机体内下底面之间形成可通过胶带但是不能通过线圈的空间,滚筒线圈通过该空间后线圈掉落,拆环挡杆下端的拆分机体上设置有可悬挂掉落后线圈的挂齿。
作为本发明的进一步优化,拆分机体内的后端依次设置有滚轮轴以及压轮轴,其中滚轮轴上间隔设置有两个滚轮,压轮轴上设置有与滚轮相配合的压轮,滚轮与压轮之间接触配合,两个滚轮之间的滚轮轴与两个压轮之间的压轮轴形成可通过分离后胶带的间隙;滚轮轴运动时,滚轮轴上的滚轮带动压轮运动,进一步推动间隙内的胶带前行。
作为本发明的进一步优化,压轮轴的上端设置有可将胶带缠绕形成可回收胶带卷的胶带缠绕辊。

同时,继续参见图3,如图3所示,压轮轴9的上端还设置有可将胶带缠 绕形成可回收胶带卷的胶带缠绕辊10。
另外,在拆分机体2内部的中间还设置有过渡滚轮轴,过渡滚轮轴上设置有可托起胶带的过渡滚轮,胶带通过过渡滚轮轴的托起,防止胶带粘贴到拆分机体内,造成胶带在拆分机体内的堆叠。
因在该滚筒线圈拆分装置中,在拆分线圈时,通过电机带动运行,使拆分后的线圈具有一个较高的惯性,为了防止拆分后的线圈脱离拆分机体2较远,在拆环挡杆7的前部设置有可防止分离后线圈抛出的挡板5,该挡板5优选为透明的玻璃材质,以便于观察拆环挡杆7的拆环情况。
另外,为了实时监测拆分装置上拆分机体的前端设置有可感应到线圈的接近开关41,接近开关41对应于挂齿4设置,以检测悬挂在挂齿4上的线圈只有一条。

本发明所提供的上述滚筒线圈拆分装置,其动力来源均为设置在拆分机体内部的电机,启动电机,则包括同步带轮、滚轮轴等均运动;同时,该电机的启动,可通过脚踏开关以及其他方式启动,此均为本领域技术人员所能轻易想到的,在此不细述。
为了进一步说明上述滚筒线圈的拆分过程,下面就其工作过程进一步说明:

另外,本发明还提供了一种滚筒线圈拆分压合一体机,参见图1以及图2,分别是本发明中滚筒线圈拆分压合一体机的立体图以及主视图。如图1以及图2所示,该滚筒线圈拆分压合一体机包括上述滚筒线圈拆分装置,以及一体设置在滚筒线圈拆分装置底部的压合机6。
压合机6包括机壳,机壳前端设置有可压合线圈的压合空间。
压合机6的机壳前端设置有防压手感应开关,防压手感应开关对应设置与压合空间处。
