Description

LAMINATED FILM FOR SKIN PACK PACKAGING, PACKAGE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PACKAGE
The present invention relates to a laminated film for skin pack packaging, a package, and a method for producing the package.
Skin pack packaging is a packaging method that allows a film to be closely attached to an object to be packaged without using a mold, and is used in many fields such as food, stationery and miscellaneous goods. The package body packaged by skin pack packaging has the advantage that the package object can be fixed so as not to move within the package body, and the package object can be shown in three dimensions.
The skin pack packaging method includes a case of using a breathable material and a case of using a non-breathable material as the bottom material. The method of using a material having air permeability for the bottom material is used when packaging an object such as stationery or miscellaneous goods that does not need to keep the inside of the package in a vacuum state. Moreover, the method of using a non-breathable material for the bottom material is used in the case of packaging an object to be packaged, such as food, which preferably has a vacuum inside the package.
Skin pack packaging can be performed, for example, by the following method.
That is, first, a bottom material, an article to be packaged, and a skin pack film are prepared in a chamber, and the skin pack film is heated and softened. Subsequently, the inside of the chamber is evacuated, and at least a part of the peripheral edge of the skin pack film prepared on the upper part of the package is adhered to the bottom material. Then, by releasing the vacuum in the chamber, skin pack packaging can be performed by stretching the skin pack film by atmospheric pressure and bringing it into close contact with an object to be packaged (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As described above, a package in which food is skin-packed in a vacuum state is excellent in that the freshness of the food can be maintained. For example, when the food is a block-shaped meat product, There is a problem in that the impression given to is too strong. In order to avoid this problem, for example, it is conceivable to use a tray-like material whose peripheral edge is raised from the packaged object as the bottom material, and further provide a top film at the peripheral edge of the bottom material. However, in the case of this method, in the manufacturing process, first, two steps of skin-pack packaging the tray-like bottom material and the article to be packaged, and subsequently providing a top film on the peripheral edge of the tray-like bottom material. It becomes necessary and a new problem arises that the burden on manufacturing becomes large.
Therefore, the present invention provides a laminate for skin pack packaging that can easily manufacture a package in which a package is provided in a skin pack on a tray-like bottom material and is provided with a top film (lid film). The object is to provide a film.

It is.
<Laminated film for skin pack packaging>
The laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention has a structure in which a resin-made first film and a second film are bonded together in a state where delamination is possible. And the 1st film has a penetration part, and the 2nd film has a draw ratio lower than a 1st film, or is an unstretched film, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. When a package is manufactured using the laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention, when the vacuum in the chamber is released in the manufacturing process of the package, the air that has entered the chamber passes through the first film through portion. The first film and the second film are delaminated because they act to pass through and push the second film. For this reason, only a 2nd film is extended | stretched by atmospheric pressure, closely_contact | adheres to a to-be-packaged object, and a 1st film becomes a cover film.
As described above, the first film has a through portion. The shape of the through portion is not particularly limited, and may be a circular or polygonal through hole, or may be a linear or U-shaped cut. It is only necessary that gas can pass through the through portion.
Although the magnitude | size of a penetration part is not specifically limited, Since a 1st film functions as a cover film in a package body, it is preferable that it is not too big.
Further, the number of penetrating portions is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately selected according to the size of the laminated film for skin pack packaging, the bonding strength between the first film and the second film, the molding speed, and the like. .
The material which comprises a 1st film will not be specifically limited if it is a resin film, A well-known thing can be used. For example, films of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, polycarbonate, polystyrene, cellophane, etc. can be used.
Further, the thickness of the first film is not particularly limited, and for example, a film having a thickness of about 5 μm to 100 μm is preferably used, a thickness of about 10 μm to 50 μm is more preferable, and a thickness of about 12 μm to 30 μm. More preferably it is.
The first film may be a single layer film or a laminated film in which a plurality of films are laminated. When a laminated film is used as the first film, the film constituting the laminated film is not particularly limited, and for example, a laminated film and a film having a lower draw ratio are preferably used. be able to. When the first film is a laminated film, it is sufficient that the films constituting the laminated film of the first film are bonded so as not to delaminate at the time of delamination of the first film and the second film. It is sufficient that the stretching ratio of the entire film is higher than that of the second film.
The second film may be a resin film that has a lower draw ratio than that of the first film or that is not stretched. As described above, since the second film functions as a film that adheres along the surface of the package in the package, it is preferably excellent in stretchability, for example, a skin pack film is preferably used. be able to.
The material which comprises a 2nd film will not be specifically limited if it is a resin film, A well-known thing can be used. For example, films of polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ionomer, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), etc. can be used.
The thickness of the second film is not particularly limited, and for example, a film having a thickness of about 20 μm to 250 μm can be preferably used, a thickness of about 40 μm to 150 μm is more preferable, and a thickness of about 80 μm to 130 μm. More preferably it is.
The 1st film and the 2nd film should just be pasted together so that a shift may not arise at the time of conveyance. The method of laminating is not particularly limited, but the first film and the second film are easily delaminated in the process of producing a package using the laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention. Is preferred. For this reason, it is preferable that the peeling layer is provided between the 1st film and the 2nd film.
Moreover, it is preferable that the 1st film and the 2nd film are bonded together through the peeling layer and the contact bonding layer. For example, the adhesive layer is partially interposed between the first film and the second film, and the release layer may be interposed in a portion other than the portion where the adhesive layer is interposed.
The release layer can prevent the first film and the second film from being excessively adhered to each other, and can make the films easy to peel when the first film and the second film are delaminated. What is necessary is just to be formed with the material. The release layer is preferably formed of a release agent such as silicone, Teflon (registered trademark), or paraffin.
The adhesive layer only needs to be formed of a material capable of adhering the first film and the second film. For example, an adhesive or the like can be preferably used. The adhesive only needs to have adhesiveness, and for example, a rubber-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, or the like can be used. Moreover, when performing extrusion lamination, polyethylene can also be used.
It is preferable that unevenness is given to a part or all of the second film. Thereby, when making a 1st film and a 2nd film delaminate, it can be made to peel easily. The method for forming the unevenness is not particularly limited, and for example, it can be formed by embossing the second film. Moreover, the unevenness | corrugation may be formed in the whole surface of the 2nd film, and may be formed in a part. For example, it is preferable that unevenness is formed in the vicinity of the portion facing the penetrating portion of the first film.
The second film preferably has gas barrier properties. As described above, the second film is a film that adheres along the package. For this reason, when the said 2nd film has gas-barrier property, when a packaged object is vacuum-packed, the vacuum state can be maintained and it becomes possible to improve the preservability of a packaged object. .
The laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention can be manufactured, for example, by laminating a first film having a penetrating portion at a predetermined location with a second film via an adhesive layer or an adhesive layer and a release layer. it can. The adhesive layer and the release layer may be formed on either the first film or the second film, or may be formed on both the first film and the second film.
<包装体>
<Packaging body>
The packaging body which concerns on this invention is a packaging body which packaged the to-be-packaged goods using the tray-shaped bottom material which has a flange part, and the laminated film for skin pack packaging which concerns on the said this invention. More specifically, the object to be packaged is skin-pack-wrapped by a second film made of resin on a tray-like bottom material having a flange portion, and the resin-made material having a penetration portion is formed on the flange portion of the bottom material. It is a package in which the first film is held as a lid film.
It is preferable that the 2nd film is extended | stretched along the surface and bottom material of the to-be-packaged material on a bottom material, and the edge part is heat-sealed by the flange part of a bottom material. Moreover, it is preferable that the 1st film is heat-sealed with the flange part of the said bottom material through the 2nd film.
The material which comprises the said bottom material will not be specifically limited if it is a resin-made sheet | seat, A well-known thing can be used. For example, a sheet of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester or the like can be used.
The thickness of the bottom material is not particularly limited. For example, a thickness of about 200 μm to 900 μm can be used preferably, about 300 μm to 800 μm, more preferably about 400 μm to 700 μm. More preferably it is.
The shape of the bottom material is not particularly limited as long as it is a tray shape, and a wall is formed so as to surround the end portion of the substantially planar bottom portion, and a flange portion may be provided on the upper portion of the wall. . The height of the wall is not particularly limited, and may be higher than the wall of what is generally called a tray. Further, the wall may stand vertically from the bottom, or may be formed in an oblique direction.
The package according to the present invention is not only a product to be packaged tightly packed by a bottom material and a second film, but also a laminated film for skin pack packaging comprising a first film and a second film on a flange portion of the bottom material. Is heat-sealed to form a lid of the first film. In the conventional skin pack package, since the package is only protected by the film on the skin pack, the package is damaged when an external impact is applied. Since the lid | cover with a 1st film is formed, it is possible to protect a to-be-packaged object. Moreover, since the lid | cover is formed, it is also possible to pile up packaging bodies and to make it a stack. Furthermore, it can be set as the package excellent in the designability by printing a predetermined design on a 1st film. Moreover, since the lid | cover with a 1st film is formed, it is also easy to attach a label to a package body automatically.
In the package according to the present invention, an object to be packaged is fixed to the bottom of the bottom material by the second film so that it does not move greatly in the package. For this reason, the package according to the present invention can be placed vertically as well as flatly stacked as in a conventional top seal package.
The bottom material preferably has gas barrier properties. Thereby, when the packaged object is vacuum-packed, the vacuum state can be maintained, and the storage stability of the packaged object can be improved.
The second film preferably has gas barrier properties. As described above, the second film is a film that adheres along the package. For this reason, when the said 2nd film has gas-barrier property, when a packaged object is vacuum-packed, the vacuum state can be maintained and it becomes possible to maintain the freshness of a packaged object.
In addition, when the package according to the present invention is heated by a microwave oven or the like, the second film swells due to the vapor pressure generated from the packaged item, but the lid by the first film is located above the second film. The expansion of the second film is suppressed to the position of the first film. In the case of the conventional skin pack package, since the skin film swells greatly, there may be anxiety of bursting to the consumer (user), but in the case of the package according to the present invention, There is no worry.
<Manufacturing method of package>
The package according to the present invention can be manufactured using a known skin pack packaging machine by using a tray-like bottom material having a flange portion and the laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention. it can.
That is, the manufacturing method of the package according to the present invention includes a tray-like bottom material having a flange portion, an article to be packaged placed on the bottom material, and the laminated film for skin pack packaging in a chamber. A step of preparing, a step of heating and softening the laminated film for skin pack packaging, a step of evacuating the chamber, and bringing the softened laminated film for skin pack packaging close to the flange portion of the bottom material The first film and the second film of the laminated film for skin pack packaging by atmospheric pressure by releasing the vacuum in the chamber by pressing the second film of the laminated film for skin pack packaging on the flange portion. And delaminating the film, and stretching the second film along the surface of the article to be packaged to bring it into close contact. Each of the above steps can be efficiently performed simultaneously in the same station of a known skin pack packaging machine.
Hereinafter, based on FIG.1 and FIG.2, the manufacturing method of the package which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
First, the bottom material 5, the article 6 to be packaged, and the laminated film 4 for skin pack packaging according to the present invention are prepared in a chamber of a skin pack packaging machine. The package 6 may be placed on the bottom material 5. Then, the laminated film for skin pack packaging according to the present invention is heated and softened.
Subsequently, the chamber is evacuated, and the softened laminated film 4 for skin pack packaging according to the present invention is brought close to the flange portion of the bottom material 5. And as shown in FIG. 1, the 2nd film 2 side of the laminated | multilayer film 4 for skin pack packaging and the flange part of the bottom material 5 are crimped | bonded. Thereby, the article 6 to be packaged is surrounded by the bottom material 5 and the laminated film 4 for skin pack packaging and sealed in a vacuum state.
Thereafter, when the vacuum is released, the atmosphere enters the chamber by atmospheric pressure, and pressure is applied to the skin pack packaging laminated film 4 according to the present invention toward the bottom material 5. At this time, since the penetration part 3 is formed in the first film 1, the air acts to push the second film 2 through the penetration part 3. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the first film 1 and the second film 2 are delaminated, and only the second film 2 is stretched so as to cover the package 6 and the bottom material 5, and is in vacuum contact. The first film 1 is a lid film.
In this way, a package body in which the article to be packaged 6 is skin-packed by the bottom material 5 and the second film 2 and the lid of the first film 1 is formed on the flange portion of the bottom material 5 is manufactured. Can do.
