本申请涉及一种带机头显示装置的自行车。
自行车一直以来是人们方便出行的重要工具之一,目前,智能化自行车越来越普遍,如在车把上安装机头显示装置,方便骑行者了解车辆骑行状况。但目前的机头显示装置一般通过带环状夹持部的安装座安装在车把上,固定之后不能调节,对于拥有多种行车姿势的自行车来说,这种固定方式会造成骑行者在采用不同的骑行姿势时产生观察疲劳状况,降低骑行体验,且影响骑行安全;另外,这种固定方式也难以保证机头显示装置固定结构的稳定性。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种带机头显示装置的自行车,至少可解决现有技术的部分缺陷。
本申请实施例涉及一种带机头显示装置的自行车,包括车把,于所述车把中部向前凸出设有安装台,所述安装台上通过转轴可转动安设有机头显示装置,且转轴轴向平行于车把长度方向。
进一步,所述安装台上表面向下凹陷形成有容置槽,所述容置槽内设有安
装架,所述机头显示装置安设于所述安装架上,所述安装架与所述容置槽左右两侧壁可转动连接,转轴轴向平行于车把长度方向,且与安装架连接。
进一步,至少于所述车把的其中一侧靠近把手位置处设有调节所述机头显示装置转动角度的调节机构。
进一步,所述调节机构包括手调齿轮,所述转轴的对应侧穿设在所述手调齿轮上,所述车把的对应位置处开设有调节槽,所述手调齿轮穿过所述调节槽并曝露于所述车把管体外。
进一步,所述容置槽的后端内壁为圆弧形内壁,所述圆弧形内壁的中轴线与所述转轴重合,且所述机头显示装置后端至所述转轴的距离与该圆弧形内壁的半径相等。
进一步,所述安装架与所述机头显示装置呈嵌槽式固定连接。
进一步,所述安装架包括两嵌槽,两所述嵌槽分别可转动安装于所述容置槽的左右两侧壁上,两所述嵌槽正对设置且槽底之间的距离与所述机头显示装置的宽度相同,两所述嵌槽的槽口宽度均与所述机头显示装的厚度相同,所述机头显示装置嵌装于两所述嵌槽内。
进一步,所述自行车上安装有车头灯、尾灯及示宽灯,所述车头灯、所述尾灯及所述示宽灯均与所述机头显示装置电连接,所述机头显示装置上对应设有控制所述车头灯、所述尾灯及所述示宽灯工作的控制按键。
本申请实施例至少实现了如下有益效果:通过设计机头显示装置可转动安装在安装台上,使得骑行者可以根据不同的骑行姿势对机头显示装置进行转动调节,保证了不同骑行姿势下的屏幕读取顺畅性,提高骑行体验,并保证骑行安全。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例提供一种带机头显示装置的自行车100,包括车把1,该车把1具有两个把手6。于所述车把1中部向前凸出设有安装台101,所述安装台101上可转动安设有机头显示装置2且转轴4轴向平行于车把1的长度方向。该安装台101优选为沿车把1的中点位置处(即把立位置处)向前凸出形成。上述机头显示装置2的可转动安装结构优选为如下结构:所述安装台101上表面向下凹陷形成有容置槽1011,所述容置槽1011内设有安装架3,所述机头显示装置2安设于所述安装架3上,所述安装架3与所述容置槽1011左右两侧壁可转动连接,且转轴4轴向平行于车把1长度方向,与安装架3连接。通过设计机头显示装置2可转动安装在安装台101上,使得骑行者可以根据不同的骑行姿势对机头显示装置2进行转动调节,保证了不同骑行姿势下的屏幕读取顺畅性,提高骑行体验,并保证骑行安全。
接续上述自行车的结构,上述容置槽1011的尺寸应保证机头显示装置2可在该容置槽1011内转动一定角度,优选地,该容置槽1011的后端内壁1012为圆弧形内壁,所述圆弧形内壁1012的中轴线与所述转轴4重合,且所述机头显示装置2的后端20至所述转轴4的距离与该圆弧形内壁1012的半径相同。上述结构可保证机头显示装置2的后端20可始终抵靠在上述圆弧形内壁1012上,以对机头显示装置2进行支撑,保证其固定结构的稳定性。一般地,对于自行车的不同骑行姿势所需的机头显示装置2的调整角度较小,因此,上述容置槽1011的深度及上述圆弧形内壁1012的长度一般也较小,加工难度不大。上述容置槽1011的后端及机头显示装置2的后端20所指为靠近车尾的一端。
优化上述自行车100的结构,至少于所述车把1的其中一侧靠近把手6位置处设有调节所述机头显示装置2转动角度的调节机构,通过该调节机构可方便地调节机头显示装置2的转动角度,以达到合适的屏幕读取角度;由于该调节机构靠近车把1的把手6位置,方便骑行者操作,不影响骑行安全。上述调节机构可采用如下优选方式:
方式一、所述调节机构包括手调齿轮5,所述转轴4的对应侧延伸至穿设在所述手调齿轮5上,所述车把1的对应位置处开设有调节槽102,所述手调齿轮5穿过所述调节槽102并曝露于所述车把1管体外;骑行者通过拨动手调齿轮5转动即可带动转轴4转动,进而驱动安装架3带动机头显示装置2转动。进一步可在上述调节槽102的侧壁上加工设置齿槽形成类棘轮结构的止逆结构,避免机头显示装置2转动一定角度后不会倒转而失去调节意义;上述齿槽深度不宜过大,应保证骑行者反向旋转手调齿轮5时该手调齿轮5可克服上述止逆结构的止逆作用。
方式二、上述调节机构也可以为:包括传动齿轮及手调齿条,转轴4的对应侧延伸至穿设在该传动齿轮上,手调齿条与该传动齿轮啮合,该手调齿条优选为竖直设置,且上端穿过车把1管体以曝露于车把1外;骑行者通过向下按压或向上拉提该手调齿条,带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮带动转轴4转动,进而驱动安装架3带动机头显示装置2转动。
进一步优化上述自行车的结构,所述安装架3与所述机头显示装置2呈嵌槽式固定连接。具体可以为:所述安装架3包括两嵌槽30,两所述嵌槽30分别可转动安装于所述容置槽1011的左右两侧壁上,两所述嵌槽30正对设置且槽底之间的距离与所述机头显示装置2的宽度相同,两所述嵌槽30的槽口宽度均与所述机头显示装的厚度相同,所述机头显示装置2嵌装于两所述嵌槽30内。当然,上述安装架3包括两嵌板32,对应在机头显示装置2的左右两侧壁开设嵌槽30,同样可达到上述嵌槽式固定连接结构即可。由于采用嵌槽式固定连接结构,有效提高机头显示装置2的固定安装结构稳定性,因此,上述机头显示装置2的尺寸可相应增大,如采取超大中控屏幕,方便骑行者读取信息,可设计超大中控按键,提高机头显示装置2的操控性。
请参阅图2,进一步地,所述自行车100上安装有车头灯110、尾灯120及
示宽灯130,所述车头灯110、所述尾灯120及所述示宽灯130均与所述机头显示装置2电连接,所述机头显示装置2上对应设有控制所述车头灯110、所述尾灯120及所述示宽灯130工作的控制按键22。
Claims (8)
- 一种带机头显示装置的自行车,包括车把(1),其特征在于:于所述车把(1)中部向前凸出设有安装台(101),所述安装台(101)上通过转轴(4)可转动安设有机头显示装置(2),且转轴(4)轴向平行于车把(1)长度方向。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:所述安装台(101)上表面向下凹陷形成有容置槽(1011),所述容置槽(1011)内设有安装架(3),所述机头显示装置(2)安设于所述安装架(3)上,所述安装架(3)与所述容置槽(1011)左右两侧壁可转动连接,转轴(4)轴向平行于车把(1)长度方向,且与安装架(3)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:于所述车把(1)的其中一侧靠近把手(6)位置处设有调节所述机头显示装置(2)转动角度的调节机构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括手调齿轮(5),所述转轴(4)的对应侧穿设在所述手调齿轮(5)上,所述车把(1)的对应位置处开设有调节槽(102),所述手调齿轮(5)穿过所述调节槽(102)并曝露于所述车把(1)管体外。
- 根据权利要求2所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:所述容置槽(1011)的后端内壁(1012)为圆弧形内壁,所述圆弧形内壁(1012)的中轴线与所述转轴(4)重合,且所述机头显示装置(2)后端(20)至所述转轴(4)的距离与该圆弧形内壁(1012)的半径相等。
- 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征 在于:所述安装架(3)与所述机头显示装置(2)呈嵌槽式固定连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:所述安装架(3)包括两嵌槽(30),两所述嵌槽(30)分别可转动安装于所述容置槽(1011)的左右两侧壁上,两所述嵌槽(30)正对设置且槽底之间的距离与所述机头显示装置(2)的宽度相同,两所述嵌槽(30)的槽口宽度均与所述机头显示装置(2)的厚度相同,所述机头显示装置(2)嵌装于两所述嵌槽(30)内。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带机头显示装置的自行车,其特征在于:所述自行车上安装有车头灯(110)、尾灯(120)及示宽灯(130),所述车头灯(110)、所述尾灯(120)及所述示宽灯(130)均与所述机头显示装置(2)电连接,所述机头显示装置(2)上对应设有控制所述车头灯(110)、所述尾灯(120)及所述示宽灯(130)工作的控制按键(22)。
