Abstract
一种口字胶、口字胶的制作方法及背光模组的制作方法。该口字胶,采用骑缝线设计,组装时,将骑缝线外多余的材料沿骑缝线撕除,即可得到窄边框的口字胶,从而使口字胶在实现窄边情况下不存在溢胶、粘连废料等问题,容易与废料脱离,有效降低了不良率。该口字胶的制作方法,首先在胶体膜材(1)上剪裁出口字胶内框线(11),然后在预形成口字胶外框线的地方形成断断续续的骑缝线(12),最后在骑缝线(12)外围剪裁出一圈口字胶预留外框线(13),所得到的口字胶能够有效实现口字胶的窄边框,进而实现背光模组的窄边框,且良率高。
Description
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种口字胶、口字胶的制作方法及背光模组的制作方法。
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。如:液晶电视、移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等,在平板显示领域中占主导地位。
随着智能手机的快速发展,人们与智能手机之间的关系越来越密切,用户对于智能手机的要求也越来越高,高清高亮、美观大方的智能手机受到用户的大力追捧;从最初的宽边框小屏幕手机发展到现在的窄边框大屏幕手机,窄边框的手机屏幕已成为手机发展的主要趋势。
窄边框的手机屏幕优势十分明显,一是提高屏占比,让手机的额外区域面积减少,增加智能手机触摸屏的操作感;二是减少机身体积,窄边框的手机的横向宽度要比普通的边框的手机的横向宽度更窄;三是提高视觉效果,让用户观看手机屏幕的效果更佳。
窄边框的手机屏幕除了要将LCD边框做窄之外,还要将背光模组的边框做窄,两者搭配实现窄边框的液晶显示模组(Liquid Crystal Module,LCM);如图1所示,现有LCM的结构主要包括背光模块100,安装在所述背光模块100上方的液晶面板300,其中,所述背光模块100具体包括LED灯、胶框110、口字胶120、导光板130、增光膜和散光膜等,工作时,由所述LED灯发光,经导光板130打散,再通过各层膜片的聚光,使得整个背光模块100表面均匀发光;胶框110位于导光板130的外周,所述背光模块100采用胶框110和口字胶120配合的结构来其固定上方的液晶面板300。目前实现窄边框设计的主要方式是通过减小胶框110和口字胶120宽度的方式以减小边框宽度。但由于口字胶很难裁窄,且裁窄的过程中会出现溢胶的情况,会粘连废料,导致胶带无法与废料脱离,降低的良率,因此目前背光模组的窄边框工艺主要局限在口字胶上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种口字胶,采用骑缝线设计,能够实现口字胶的窄边框。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种口字胶的制作方法,通过骑缝线的方式对口字胶进行裁切并组装,能够实现口字胶的窄边框。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种背光模组的制作方法,将窄边框的口字胶贴设于背光模组的胶框上,进而实现背光模组的窄边框。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种口字胶,包括胶材本体、及分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有矩形的骑缝线。
所述骑缝线通过在胶材本体及第一保护膜上形成多段间隔的缝隙所形成,所述骑缝线的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙。
所述骑缝线上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
所述第一保护膜与第二保护膜为PET膜。
本发明还提供一种口字胶的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供胶体膜材,所述胶体膜材包括相对的第一表面、第二表面,使胶体膜材的第一表面朝上,在所述胶体膜材上设置一圈矩形的内框线,沿所述内框线进行裁切,将内框线内的材料去除,形成口字胶内框线,然后在胶体膜材的第一表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第一保护膜;
步骤2、将胶体膜材进行翻转,使胶体膜材的第二表面朝上,在所述口字胶内框线外围设置一圈矩形的外框线,沿所述外框线在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上裁切出一圈骑缝线;
步骤3、在所述骑缝线外围设置一圈矩形的预留外框线,沿所述预留外框线在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上进行裁切,将预留外框线外的材料去除,形成口字胶预留外框线,在胶体膜材的第二表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第二保护膜,得到口字胶;
所述口字胶包括胶材本体、及分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有骑缝线。
所述步骤2中,使用刀模采用分段式出刀的方式在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上沿所述外框线裁切出一圈多段间隔的缝隙,从而形成骑缝线。
所述骑缝线上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
所述步骤2中形成的骑缝线的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙。
本发明还提供一种背光模组的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤10、提供一口字胶,包括胶材本体、分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有矩形的骑缝线;
步骤20、提供导光板及胶框,所述胶框位于所述导光板的外周,撕去口字胶上的第二保护膜后,将露出胶材本体的一侧贴于所述胶框上;
步骤30、提供加压治具,所述加压治具包括上治具和下治具,使用上治具和下治具分别从上方和下方压住胶框及导光板的四周边缘,将胶材本体和第一保护膜上在骑缝线外围的材料沿着骑缝线撕离,撤去加压治具,撕去胶材本体上剩余的第一保护膜,得到背光模组。
所述步骤30还包括,在所述上治具和下治具压住胶框及导光板之前,在胶框及导光板上下两侧设置一层海绵,以使胶框及导光板的受力均匀。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的口字胶,采用骑缝线设计,组装时,将骑缝线外多余的材料沿骑缝线撕除,即可得到窄边框的口字胶,从而使口字胶在实现窄边情况下不存在溢胶、粘连废料等问题,容易与废料脱离,有效降低了不良率。本发明的口字胶的制作方法,首先在胶体膜材上剪裁出口字胶内框线,然后在预形成口字胶外框线的地方形成断断续续的骑缝线,最后在骑缝线外围剪裁出一圈口字胶预留外框线,所得到的口字胶能够有效实现口字胶的窄边框,进而实现背光模组的窄边框,且良率高。本发明的背光模组的制作方法,使用上述的口字胶,能够有效实现背光模组的窄边框。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2、及图6,本发明提供一种口字胶,包括胶材本体1’、分别位于胶材本体1’两侧的第一保护膜14与第二保护膜15,所述胶材本体1’为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线11、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线13,所述胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上对应口字胶内框线11与口字胶预留外框线13之间设有矩形的骑缝线12。
需要说明的是,本发明的口字胶用于组装在背光模组上,实现口字胶的窄边框、进而实现背光模组的窄边框,组装时,首先撕去口字胶上的第二保护膜15,将其贴设于背光模组的胶框32上,然后将胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上在骑缝线12外围的材料沿着骑缝线12撕离,使得口字胶容易与废材脱离,口字胶在实现窄边情况下不存在溢胶、粘连废料等问题,进而实现背光模组的窄边框。
具体地,所述骑缝线12通过在胶材本体1’及第一保护膜14上形成多段间隔的缝隙所形成,所述骑缝线12的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙,从而方便撕离。
需要说明的是,骑缝线12用于后续废料的撕离,撕离的难易程度可由骑缝线12上的缝隙的长度和两缝隙间隔的长度调整,显然的,缝隙越长、两缝隙间隔越短就越容易撕离,因此,优选地,所述骑缝线12上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
具体地,所述第一保护膜14与第二保护膜15为PET膜。
请参阅图3,本发明还提供一种口字胶的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、如图4所示,提供胶体膜材1,所述胶体膜材1包括相对的第一表面、第二表面,使胶体膜材1的第一表面朝上,在所述胶体膜材1上设置一圈矩形的内框线,使用刀模沿所述内框线进行裁切,将内框线内的材料去除,形成口字胶内框线11,然后在胶体膜材1的第一表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第一保护膜14。
步骤2、如图5所示,将胶体膜材1进行翻转,使胶体膜材1的第二表面朝上,在所述口字胶内框线11外围设置一圈矩形的外框线,沿所述外框线在所述胶体膜材1及第一保护膜14上裁切出一圈骑缝线12。
具体地,所述步骤2中,使用刀模采用分段式出刀的方式在所述胶体膜材1及第一保护膜14上沿所述外框线裁切出一圈多段间隔的缝隙,从而形成骑缝线12。
具体地,所述步骤2中形成的骑缝线12的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙,从而方便后续在拐角处进行撕离。
需要说明的是,骑缝线12用于后续废料的撕离,撕离的难易程度可由骑缝线12上的缝隙的长度和两缝隙间隔的长度调整,显然的,缝隙越长、两缝隙间隔越短就越容易撕离,因此,优选地,所述骑缝线12上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
步骤3、如图6所示,在所述骑缝线12外围设置一圈矩形的预留外框线,使用刀模沿所述预留外框线在所述胶体膜材1及第一保护膜14上进行裁切,将预留外框线外的材料去除,形成口字胶预留外框线13,在胶体膜材1的第二表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第二保护膜15,得到口字胶;
所述口字胶包括胶材本体1’、及分别位于胶材本体1’两侧的第一保护膜14与第二保护膜15,所述胶材本体1’为框型,具有位于内侧的口字胶内框线11、位于外侧的口字胶预留外框线13,所述胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上对应口字胶内框线11与口字胶预留外框线13之间设有骑缝线12。
具体地,所述步骤3得到的口字胶方便存储和输送,可以暂时保存或出货,以待组装。
具体地,由于胶材本体1’上骑缝线12与口字胶预留外框线13之间的部分实为待撕离的废材,设骑缝线12与口字胶预留外框线13之间距离为B,在B值设计足够大的情况下,口字胶预留外框线13的精度要求变低,在剪裁过程中,木板刀模、胶板刀模都可以满足工艺条件且价格较为低廉。
需要说明的是,在将步骤3得到的口字胶在背光模组上进行组装时,首先撕去口字胶上的第二保护膜15后,将胶材本体1’贴设于背光模组的胶框32上,然后将胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上在骑缝线12外围的材料沿着骑缝线12撕离,使得口字胶容易与废材脱离,口字胶在实现窄边情况下不存在溢胶、粘连废料等问题,进而实现背光模组的窄边框。
基于上述的口字胶,请参阅图7,本发明还提供一种背光模组的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤10、提供一口字胶,包括胶材本体1’、分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜14与第二保护膜15,所述胶材本体1’为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线11、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线13,所述胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上对应口字胶内框线11与口字胶预留外框线13之间设有矩形的骑缝线12。
步骤20、如图8所示,提供导光板31及胶框32,所述胶框32位于所述导光板31的外周,撕去口字胶上的第二保护膜15后,将露出胶材本体1’的一侧贴于所述胶框32上并覆盖所述导光板31与胶框32之间的间隙而延伸覆盖至导光板31的四周边缘。
步骤30、如图9所示,提供加压治具,所述加压治具包括上治具51和下治具52,在导光板31及胶框32上下两侧设置一层海绵60,使用上治具51和下治具52分别从上方和下方压住导光板31及胶框32的四周边缘,此时海绵60位于上治具51与胶框32之间、下治具52与导光板31之间,以使导光板31及胶框32的受力均匀,将胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上在骑缝线12外围的材料沿着骑缝线12撕离,撤去加压治具,撕去胶材本体1’上剩余的第一保护膜14,得到背光模组。
具体地,步骤30中,由于骑缝线12的存在,所形成的口字胶不容易与废材粘连、产生溢胶等问题;进一步地,本发明中,先将口字胶的胶材本体1’贴设于胶框32上,此时预形成的口字胶已粘贴在胶框32上,再将胶材本体1’和第一保护膜14上在骑缝线12外围的材料沿着骑缝线12撕离,口字胶废料便很容易与口字胶及胶框32分离,且不会出溢胶的问题,有效降低的不良率。
综上所述,本发明的口字胶,采用骑缝线设计,组装在背光模组上时,将骑缝线外多余的材料沿骑缝线撕除,得到窄边框的口字胶,从而使口字胶在实现窄边情况下不存在溢胶、粘连废料等问题,容易与废料脱离,有效降低了不良率。本发明的口字胶的制作方法,首先在胶体膜材上剪裁出口字胶内框线,然后在预形成口字胶外框线的地方形成断断续续的骑缝线,最后在骑缝线外围剪裁出一圈口字胶预留外框线,所得到的口字胶能够有效实现口字胶的窄边框,进而实现背光模组的窄边框,且良率高。本发明的背光模组的制作方法,使用上述的口字胶,能够有效实现背光模组的窄边框。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种口字胶,包括胶材本体、分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有矩形的骑缝线。
- 如权利要求1所述的口字胶,其中,所述骑缝线通过在胶材本体及第一保护膜上形成多段间隔的缝隙所形成,所述骑缝线的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙。
- 如权利要求2所述的口字胶,其中,所述骑缝线上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
- 如权利要求2所述的口字胶,其中,所述第一保护膜与第二保护膜为PET膜。
- 一种口字胶的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1、提供胶体膜材,所述胶体膜材包括相对的第一表面、第二表面,使胶体膜材的第一表面朝上,在所述胶体膜材上设置一圈矩形的内框线,沿所述内框线进行裁切,将内框线内的材料去除,形成口字胶内框线,然后在胶体膜材的第一表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第一保护膜;步骤2、将胶体膜材进行翻转,使胶体膜材的第二表面朝上,在所述口字胶内框线外围设置一圈矩形的外框线,沿所述外框线在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上裁切出一圈骑缝线;步骤3、在所述骑缝线外围设置一圈矩形的预留外框线,沿所述预留外框线在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上进行裁切,将预留外框线外的材料去除,形成口字胶预留外框线,在胶体膜材的第二表面上贴覆一层PET膜,形成第二保护膜,得到口字胶;所述口字胶包括胶材本体、及分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有骑缝线。
- 如权利要求5所述的口字胶的制作方法,其中,所述步骤2中,使用刀模采用分段式出刀的方式在所述胶体膜材及第一保护膜上沿所述外框线裁切出一圈多段间隔的缝隙,从而形成骑缝线。
- 如权利要求6所述的口字胶的制作方法,其中,所述步骤2中形成 的骑缝线的四角位置处为裁断的L型缝隙。
- 如权利要求6所述的口字胶的制作方法,其中,所述骑缝线上每段缝隙的长度大于相邻两缝隙之间的长度。
- 一种背光模组的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤10、提供一口字胶,所述口字胶包括胶材本体、分别位于胶材本体两侧的第一保护膜与第二保护膜,所述胶材本体为框型,具有位于内侧的矩形的口字胶内框线、位于外侧的矩形的口字胶预留外框线,所述胶材本体和第一保护膜上对应口字胶内框线与口字胶预留外框线之间设有矩形的骑缝线;步骤20、提供导光板及胶框,所述胶框位于所述导光板的外周,撕去口字胶上的第二保护膜后,将露出胶材本体的一侧贴于所述胶框上;步骤30、提供加压治具,所述加压治具包括上治具和下治具,使用上治具和下治具分别从上方和下方压住胶框及导光板的四周边缘,将胶材本体和第一保护膜上在骑缝线外围的材料沿着骑缝线撕离,撤去加压治具,撕去胶材本体上剩余的第一保护膜,得到背光模组。
- 如权利要求9所述的背光模组的制作方法,其中,所述步骤30还包括,在所述上治具和下治具压住胶框及导光板之前,在胶框及导光板上下两侧设置一层海绵,以使胶框及导光板的受力均匀。
