技术领域
本发明涉及一种与容器配合的盖子，尤其是涉及一种水杯的杯盖，以及应用该杯盖的水杯。
背景技术
水杯作为一种常见的饮水设备，是人们生活中必不可少的器具之一，水杯既可以直接用于日常饮水，也可以作为储水装置便于人们外出时饮水，对于后一种水杯来说杯盖属于不可或缺的部件，现有技术中杯盖通常是通过螺纹连接的方式与杯身连接，然而这种方式需要将杯盖完全旋松之后才能饮水，操作时间长，开启速度慢，不利于用户的使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，用于解决现有技术中采用螺纹方式固定杯盖而产生的杯盖开启速度慢、螺纹结构不易清洗等问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，包括盖体以及设于盖体上的转动件，转动件上设有卡勾，转动件可相对盖体转动，从而带动卡勾在第一位置与第二位置之间往复运动。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式，盖体的顶板上设有限位槽，限位槽沿卡勾的转动路径设置，卡勾自转动件上竖直伸出，其穿过限位槽后伸入至盖体的内腔中，由限位槽限制其转动的角度。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式，转动件为一下方开口的筒状结构，其套接在盖体的顶部，卡勾自转动件顶板的内侧表面伸出。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式，限位槽的一端设有供卡勾竖直插入或者拔出的膨大部。

参照图1与图2，示出了本发明杯盖一个实施例的立体示意图以及同一方向的分解示意图，包括盖体100以及设于盖体上的转动件200，本实施例中盖体100的底部具有开口，转动件200设于盖体100的上方，具体的，盖体100的上部分101与下部分102之间存在一台阶面103，且上部分101的直径小于下部分，转动件200优选为一下方开口的筒状结构，其套接在盖体100的上部分101上，从而在外观上形成一个整体。
转动件200可以是其它的形状，如为板状结构或者块状结构；转动件200也可以采用其它方式与盖体100连接。
转动件200上设有卡勾201，优选的，卡勾201设于转动件顶板的内表面，并朝下竖直伸出，相应的，盖体100的顶板上设有供卡勾201穿过的结构，在本实施例中上述结构为限位槽104，限位槽104可以允许卡勾201穿过盖体100的顶板并伸入至盖体100的内腔之中。
转动件200可与卡勾201一体的相对盖体100转动，同时由于限位槽104对卡勾201的限位作用，卡勾201只能在限位槽104的一端（第一位置）与另一端（第二位置）之间运动。
为保证转动件200既可以相对盖体100转动而又不与之脱离，转动件200的侧壁的内表面设有一圈突起202，盖体100的上部分101的外侧表面设有一圈凹槽105，当转动件200套接在盖体100上时，突起202扣入凹槽105内。
盖体100的侧壁上伸出有一水平的连接臂106，连接臂106的尾端设有铰接座107，盖体100相对于连接臂106的另一侧设有锁止孔108。
此外，盖体100内还设有用于密封饮水口的密封垫300。
参照图3，示出了本发明杯盖的剖视图，其中剖截面为经过盖体100的轴心，并经过卡勾201中心的竖直平面，由图可知， 转动件200套接在盖体100上，二者之间通过突起与凹槽连接。卡勾201优选为两个，以转动件200的中心为轴对称分布，同时盖体100上的限位槽也对应设置有两条。
密封垫300则通过扣位扣接在盖体100顶板的内表面。
参照图4，示出了本发明盖体100一个实施例的俯视图，限位槽104为两条，沿卡勾201的运动路径设置，即呈圆弧分布，限位槽104的一端设有膨大部1041，该膨大部可供卡勾201竖直插入或者拔出。
参照图5，示出了本发明水杯一个实施例的立体示意图，水杯包括杯身400与上述的杯盖，图中杯盖处于打开状态且隐藏转动件，杯身400仅示出了一部分。杯身400的顶部设有饮水口401，饮水口401的周边伸出有边沿402，杯盖通过铰接座107铰接在杯身400之上，使杯盖可以相对杯身400转动而盖住或者露出饮水口401。
参照图6，示出了本发明水杯杯盖未锁止时的剖视图，剖面为平行于杯身400顶面的水平面，同时剖面经过饮水口401的上方并剖示出卡勾201，图中隐藏密封垫。由图可知，当杯盖刚刚盖在杯身上时，卡勾201处于限位槽的一端（即第一位置），此时卡勾201位于边沿402的外侧，即不与边沿402接触，从而使卡勾201可以伸入至边沿402的下方。
参照图7，示出了本发明水杯杯盖锁止时的剖视图，剖面位置不变。由图可知，卡勾201通过转动移动至限位槽的另一端（即第二位置），此时卡勾201已经位于边沿402的下方，从而实现杯盖与杯身之间的锁止，同时将未示出的密封垫紧紧地压在饮水口401上，实现水杯的密封。
为实现上述目的，本实施例中的边沿402沿矩形分布，即饮水口的截面为矩形，如此，当卡勾201处于第一位置时，其刚好位于矩形长边的两侧，由于矩形的宽度小于卡勾201运动轨迹的直径，故卡勾201与边沿402之间相互分离；而当卡勾201处于第二位置时，其刚好沿矩形的对角线分布，此时边沿402之间的间距已经大于卡勾201最小运动轨迹的直径，故可以对卡勾201进行限位。
当然边沿402的分布并不局限于上述的实施例，如边沿402可以只分布在矩形的长边两端，甚至边沿402也可以由独立的扣位代替。
为更好的实现杯盖的锁止，参照图5，杯身400上在对应锁止孔的位置设有锁止片403，当杯盖盖住饮水口401时，锁止孔刚好对准锁止片403，锁止片403通过沿水平方向的运动便可以插入至锁止孔内。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，其特征在于：所述盖体的顶板上设有限位槽，所述限位槽沿所述卡勾的转动路径设置，所述卡勾自所述转动件上竖直伸出，其穿过限位槽后伸入至所述盖体的内腔中，由所述限位槽限制其转动的角度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，其特征在于：所述转动件为一下方开口的筒状结构，其套接在所述盖体的顶部，所述卡勾自所述转动件顶板的内侧表面伸出。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，其特征在于：所述限位槽的一端设有供所述卡勾竖直插入或者拔出的膨大部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有快速锁紧功能的杯盖，其特征在于：所述转动件上设有两个对称的卡勾，所述盖体上对应设有两处限位槽。
  6. 一种水杯，包括杯身，其特征在于：还包括权利要求5所述的杯盖，所述杯身的顶部设有饮水口，该饮水口的周边伸出有边沿，所述杯盖通过盖体与所述杯身连接，且当所述卡勾处于第一位置时，其与所述边沿相互分离，当所述卡勾运动至第二位置时，其扣接在所述边沿的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水杯，其特征在于：所述边沿沿一矩形的周边分布。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的水杯，其特征在于：所述盖体顶板的内侧表面设有用于封闭所述饮水口的密封垫。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的水杯，其特征在于：所述盖体的侧壁上伸出有一水平的连接臂，所述连接臂的尾端设有铰接座，所述杯盖通过该铰接座与所述杯身铰接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的水杯，其特征在于：所述盖体的侧壁上设有锁止孔，所述杯身上设有锁止片，该锁止片可沿水平方向运动而插入所述锁止孔内。
