一种磁吸式封盖结构,包括主体(100)、封盖(200)与磁铁,主体(100)上设有一凹槽(101),凹槽(101)内以及封盖(200)上均设有若干的磁铁,封盖(200)嵌入凹槽(101)内,并通过磁铁吸附固定,封盖(200)可相对主体(100)转动以使二者之上的磁铁发生错位。该封盖可同时实现封盖关于连接紧密、易于启闭以及不影响产品外观等方面的要求,抗干扰能力强,结构简单,使用方便,易于实现。

一种磁吸式封盖结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种封盖。
背景技术
对于带有封盖的消费类产品,为了提高用户的使用体验,要求封盖既能与容器锁紧,又要保证启闭操作的简单易行,同时最好还不能有突出于容器的部分,以免影响产品的外观,通常情况上述要求难以同时满足,如封盖和容器之间紧密连接则会对封盖的启闭造成影响, 能够实现快捷启闭的封盖结构无法做到不破坏产品外观,对外观无影响的封盖结构又难以实现与容器之间的紧密连接。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种磁吸式封盖结构,用于解决现有封盖难以同时满足连接紧密、易于启闭以及破坏产品外观的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种磁吸式封盖结构,包括主体、封盖与磁铁,主体上设有一凹槽,凹槽内以及封盖上均设有若干的磁铁,封盖嵌入凹槽内,并通过磁铁吸附固定,封盖可相对主体转动以使二者之上的磁铁发生错位。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,磁铁设于凹槽的底面以及封盖对应凹槽底面的下表面,并分别沿底面以及下表面的周向均匀分布。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,底面以及下表面上设有安装孔,磁铁过盈固定在对应的安装孔内。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,封盖上设有第一导向面,凹槽内设有第二导向面,封盖可由第一、第二导向面导向而相对主体转动,并在转动过程中逐步地从凹槽内突出。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,第一导向面设于封盖的下表面并沿其周向均匀分布,第一导向面沿同一方向依次从深入封盖内部的最低点抬高至与该下表面平齐,凹槽的底面沿其周向均匀分布有凸台,凸台的顶面为第二导向面。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,封盖在第一导向面的最低点处设有竖直的第一限位面,凸台在第二导向面的最高点处设有竖直的第二限位面,封盖位于凹槽内并转动到位后第一、第二限位面相互抵持。
本发明的有益效果是:
可以同时实现封盖关于连接紧密、易于启闭以及不影响产品外观等方面的要求,抗干扰能力强,结构简单,使用方便,易于实现。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整的描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、方案和效果。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,如无特殊说明,当某一特征被称为“固定”、“连接”在另一个特征,它可以直接固定、连接在另一个特征上,也可以间接地固定、连接在另一个特征上。此外,本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对于附图中本发明各组成部分的相互位置关系来说的。
此外,除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与本技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例,而不是为了限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的组合。
参照图1,示出了本发明一个实施例的分解示意图,其包括一主体100以及封盖200,封盖200优选为圆形,主体100的顶部设有一凹槽101,该凹槽的形状与封盖的形状适配。封盖200可嵌入至凹槽101内,从而避免在主体100上形成突出部分。
凹槽101的底面上设有磁铁300,相应的,封盖200的下表面上也设有磁铁(图中未示出),当封盖200放入凹槽101内后可通过磁铁之间的相互吸引而进行固定;另一方面,封盖200可以相对主体100发生转动,从而使彼此对正的磁铁发生错位,由于磁铁的磁感线主要分布于它的两端,而中段和侧面的磁感线非常稀疏,因此当磁铁对正时磁力最强,此时可以将封盖200紧紧的固定在主体100上,即使在偶然外力作用下封盖发生了轻微的旋转或翘起,外力撤销后封盖也会在磁力的作用下复位;而随着封盖的转动,磁铁之间出现错位并远离彼此磁感线密集的区域,此时二者之间的磁力将急剧减弱,从而可以很方便的对封盖进行分离。
本实施例中凹槽底面上的以及封盖下表面上的磁铁300各为3个,沿凹槽底面以及封盖下表面的周向均匀分布,具体的,凹槽底面以及封盖下表面上设有安装孔,磁铁300通过过盈配合的方式固定在对应的安装孔,同时保证磁铁300不从安装孔内突出。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,磁铁300也可以设于凹槽101的侧壁上,与之相应的封盖200上的磁铁也设于封盖200的侧壁上。
参照图2,示出了本发明封盖200一个实施例的立体示意图,封盖200优选为一圆板,其下表面上设有磁铁300,此外沿封盖200的周边还均匀分布有若干的第一导向面201,本实施例中各第一导向面201沿同一方面依次从深入封盖200内部的最低点抬高至与封盖下表面平齐,优选的,第一导向面201的最低点处还设有竖直的第一限位面202。
参照图3,示出了本发明主体100一个实施例的立体示意图,主体100的结构可以根据实际使用情况的不同而调整,其主要是包括有一个凹槽101,凹槽101的底面上设有上述的磁铁300,此外,沿底面的周边均匀分布有若干的凸台102,其位置、数量与第一导向面201对应,凸台102的顶部形成与第一导向面201配合的第二导向面103,优选的,凸台102在第二导向面103的最高点处设有第二限位面104。
结合图2与图3,封盖200通过第一、第二导向面相对主体100转动,上述导向面一方面可以使转动更加流畅,另一方面也可以使封盖200在转动过程中逐步地从凹槽101内突出,从而便于用户取出封盖200,此外,封盖200位于凹槽101内并转动到位后第一、第二限位面相互抵持,避免二者之间出现偏位。
当用户需要开启封盖时,只需要用手指的指腹按压封盖并一个方面旋转(本实施例中按顺时针方向旋转)使封盖上的磁铁与主体上的磁铁错开,封盖在旋转过程中将慢慢地突出于主体结构,此时用户便可以非常轻松地用手指将封盖打开。反之只需要将封盖大致靠近主体结构即可,磁铁可以自动将封盖吸引到正确的位置并盖严。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:包括主体、封盖与磁铁,所述主体上设有一凹槽,所述凹槽内以及所述封盖上均设有若干的所述磁铁,所述封盖嵌入所述凹槽内,并通过磁铁吸附固定,所述封盖可相对所述主体转动以使二者之上的磁铁发生错位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:所述磁铁设于所述凹槽的底面以及所述封盖对应凹槽底面的下表面,并分别沿所述底面以及下表面的周向均匀分布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:所述底面以及下表面上设有安装孔,所述磁铁过盈固定在对应的安装孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:所述封盖上设有第一导向面,所述凹槽内设有第二导向面,所述封盖可由所述第一、第二导向面导向而相对所述主体转动,并在转动过程中逐步地从所述凹槽内突出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:所述第一导向面设于所述封盖的下表面并沿其周向均匀分布,所述第一导向面沿同一方向依次从深入封盖内部的最低点抬高至与该下表面平齐,所述凹槽的底面沿其周向均匀分布有凸台,所述凸台的顶面为所述的第二导向面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸式封盖结构,其特征在于:所述封盖在所述第一导向面的最低点处设有竖直的第一限位面,所述凸台在所述第二导向面的最高点处设有竖直的第二限位面,所述封盖位于所述凹槽内并转动到位后所述第一、第二限位面相互抵持。
