- 구동력을 발생시키는 모터(2);상기 모터(2)에 의해 구동되어 냉매를 압축하는 압축기구(3);상기 모터(2)를 제어하는 인버터(4);상기 모터(2)와 상기 인버터(4)를 전기적으로 연결하는 커넥터(5); 및상기 커넥터(5)와 전기적으로 연결되는 상기 모터(2)의 모터 터미널(24)을 밀봉시키는 실링부재(6);를 포함하는 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커넥터(5)는,상기 모터(2)와 상기 인버터(4)를 전기적으로 연결하는 단자 핀(52);상기 단자 핀(52)을 지지하는 단자 홀더(51); 및상기 단자 핀(52)과 상기 단자 홀더(51) 사이를 절연시키는 절연체(53);를 포함하고,상기 모터 터미널(24)은,내부공간(S3), 그 내부공간(S3)과 외부공간(S1)을 연통시키는 제1 개구(2411) 및 그 내부공간(S3)과 외부공간(S1)을 연통시키는 제2 개구(2412)를 갖는 터미널 블록(241); 및상기 터미널 블록(241)의 내부공간(S3)에 구비되고, 상기 제1 개구(2411)로 삽입되는 상기 커넥터(5)의 단자 핀(52)과 상기 제2 개구(2412)로 삽입되는 상기 모터(2)의 코일(212)을 연결하는 접속단자(242);를 포함하고,상기 실링부재(6)는,상기 제1 개구(2411)와 상기 커넥터(5) 사이를 밀봉하는 제1 실링부재(61); 및상기 제2 개구(2412)와 상기 코일(212) 사이를 밀봉하는 제2 실링부재(62);를 포함하는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재(61)는,상기 제1 개구(2411)에 삽입되고, 외주면이 상기 제1 개구(2411)의 내주면에 밀착되고, 내주면이 상기 단자 핀(52)의 위주면에 밀착되는 제1 환형부(611); 및상기 제1 환형부(611)로부터 연장되고, 외경이 상기 제1 환형부(611)의 외경보다 크게 형성되고, 상기 제1 개구(2411)를 기준으로 상기 터미널 블록(241)의 외부공간(S1)에 배치되며, 상기 절연체(53)에 밀착되는 제2 환형부(612);를 포함하는 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 환형부(611)는 상기 제1 개구(2411)와 상기 단자 핀(52) 사이에서 압축되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 환형부(611)의 외주면에는 그 제1 환형부(611)의 외주면으로부터 돌출되고 그 제1 환형부(611)의 원주방향을 따라 연장되는 제1 돌기(P1)가 형성되고,상기 제1 돌기(P1)의 외경은 상기 제1 개구(2411)의 내경보다 크거나 같게 형성되고,상기 제1 환형부(611)의 내경은 상기 단자 핀(52)의 외경보다 작거나 같게 형성되며,상기 제1 돌기(P1)의 외주면과 상기 제1 환형부(611)의 내경 사이 두께는 상기 제1 개구(2411)의 내주면과 상기 단자 핀(52)의 외주면 사이 간극보다 크게 형성되어,상기 모터 터미널(24), 상기 커넥터(5) 및 상기 제1 실링부재(61)가 조립될 경우, 상기 제1 돌기(P1)가 상기 제1 개구(2411)에 가압되고, 상기 제1 환형부(611)의 내주면이 상기 단자 핀(52)에 가압되어, 상기 제1 환형부(611)가 상기 제1 개구(2411)와 상기 단자 핀(52) 사이에서 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재(61)는,상기 제1 환형부(611)의 내주면인 제1 커넥터 삽입공(613a); 및상기 제2 환형부(612)(613a)의 내주면인 제2 커넥터 삽입공(613b);을 포함하고,상기 제2 커넥터 삽입공(613b)에는 상기 절연체(53)가 삽입되고,상기 제2 커넥터 삽입공(613b)은,상기 제1 커넥터 삽입공(613a)으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 갈수록 그 제2 커넥터 삽입공(613b)의 내경이 감소되게 형성되며,그 제2 커넥터 삽입공(613b)의 내경 중 가장 작은 내경이 상기 절연체(53)의 외경보다 작게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 모터(2), 상기 압축기구(3), 상기 인버터(4), 상기 커넥터(5) 및 상기 실링부재(6)를 수용하는 케이싱(1)을 더 포함하고,상기 케이싱(1)은 상기 모터(2)가 수용되는 모터 수용공간(S1) 및 상기 인버터(4)가 수용되는 인버터 수용공간(S2)을 구획하는 구획판(111)을 포함하고,상기 커넥터(5)는 상기 구획판(111)을 관통하여 상기 모터(2)와 상기 인버터(4)를 전기적으로 연결하고,상기 제1 실링부재(61)는 상기 커넥터(5)와 상기 구획판(111) 사이를 더 밀봉하도록 형성되는 압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구획판(111)에는 상기 커넥터(5)가 그 구획판(111)을 관통하여 상기 모터(2)와 상기 인버터(4)를 연결하도록 상기 커넥터(5)가 장착되는 커넥터 장착홀(112)이 형성되고,상기 커넥터 장착홀(112)은,상기 인버터 수용공간(S2) 측으로부터 상기 구획판(111)에 음각지게 형성되고, 상기 단자 홀더(51)가 안착되는 제1 안착면(1121a)을 갖는 제1 리세스부(1121);상기 제1 안착면(1121a)으로부터 음각지게 형성되고, 내경이 상기 제1 리세스부(1121)의 내경보다 작게 형성되며, 상기 제1 실링부재(61)의 제2 환형부(612)가 안착되는 제2 안착면(1122a)을 갖는 제2 리세스부(1122); 및상기 제2 안착면(1122a)으로부터 음각지게 형성되고, 내경이 상기 제2 리세스부(1122)의 내경보다 작게 형성되며, 상기 모터 수용공간(S1)과 연통되는 제3 리세스부(1123);를 포함하며,상기 제1 실링부재(61)의 제2 환형부(612)는 상기 단자 홀더(51)와 상기 제2 안착면(1122a) 사이 또는 상기 절연체(53)와 상기 제2 안착면(1122a) 사이에서 압축되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제2 환형부(612)는 상기 제2 안착면(1122a)에 대향되는 저면 및 그 저면의 배면을 이루고 상기 단자 홀더(51)와 상기 절연체(53) 측에 대향되는 상면을 포함하고,상기 제2 환형부(612)의 상면에는 그 제2 환형부(612)의 상면으로부터 돌출되고 그 제2 환형부(612)의 원주방향을 따라 연장되며 상기 절연체(53)에 접촉되는 제2 돌기(P2)가 형성되고,상기 제2 환형부(612)의 저면에는 그 제2 환형부(612)의 저면으로부터 돌출되고 그 제2 환형부(612)의 원주방향을 따라 연장되며 상기 제2 안착면(1122a)에 접촉되는 제3 돌기(P3)가 형성되고,상기 제2 돌기(P2)의 선단면과 상기 제3 돌기(P3)의 선단면 사이 두께는 상기 제2 안착면(1122a)과 상기 절연체(53) 사이 간극보다 크게 형성되어,상기 커넥터(5), 상기 구획판(111) 및 상기 제1 실링부재(61)가 조립될 경우, 상기 제2 돌기(P2)가 상기 절연체(53)에 가압되고, 상기 제3 돌기(P3)가 상기 제2 안착면(1122a)에 가압되어, 상기 제2 환형부(612)가 상기 절연체(53)와 상기 제2 안착면(1122a) 사이에서 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 절연체(53)는 그 절연체(53)의 일단부(531)가 상기 단자 홀더(51)를 기준으로 상기 모터 터미널(24) 측으로 돌출되게 형성되고,상기 절연체(53)의 일단부(531)는 상기 단자 홀더(51) 측으로부터 상기 모터 터미널(24) 측으로 갈수록 외경이 점진적으로 감소되되 그 외경 감소율이 점진적으로 감소되게 형성되며,상기 제2 돌기(P2)는 상기 절연체(53)의 일단부(531) 중 외경 감소율이 가장 큰 부위(5311)에 접촉되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2 환형부(612)는 상기 제2 돌기(P2) 이외의 부위가 상기 절연체(53)와 이격되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제2항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절연체(53)는 유리 재질로 형성되고,상기 제1 실링부재(61)는 적어도 상기 절연체(53)에 접촉되는 부위가 절연성 및 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되는 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 실링부재(61)는 상기 제2 환형부(612)와 상기 절연체(53) 사이에 개재되는 환형부재(614)를 더 포함하고,상기 절연체(53)는 유리 재질로 형성되고,상기 환형부재(614)가 절연성 및 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되는 압축기.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 환형부재(614)는 상기 제2 환형부(612)와 상기 절연체(53) 사이에서 압축되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 절연체(53)는 그 절연체(53)의 일단부(531)가 상기 단자 홀더(51)를 기준으로 상기 모터 터미널(24) 측으로 돌출되게 형성되고,상기 절연체(53)의 일단부(531)는 상기 단자 홀더(51) 측으로부터 상기 모터 터미널(24) 측으로 갈수록 외경이 점진적으로 감소되되 그 외경 감소율이 점진적으로 감소되게 형성되며,상기 환형부재(614)는 상기 절연체(53)의 일단부(531) 중 외경 감소율이 가장 큰 부위(5311)에 접촉되게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 실링부재(62)는,상기 제2 개구(2412)를 복개하는 격벽부(621); 및상기 격벽부(621)를 관통하여 형성되고, 상기 코일(212)이 삽입되는 코일 삽입공(622);을 포함하고,상기 격벽부(621)는,상기 제2 개구(2412)에 삽입되고, 그 제2 개구(2412)의 내주면에 밀착되는 제1 격벽부(621a);상기 제1 격벽부(621a)에 이격되고, 상기 제2 개구(2412)를 기준으로 상기 터미널 블록(241)의 외부공간(S1)에 배치되며, 상기 제2 개구(2412)의 선단면(2414)에 밀착되는 제2 격벽부(621b); 및상기 제1 격벽부(621a)와 상기 제2 격벽부(621b)를 연결하는 연결부(621c);를 포함하고,상기 코일 삽입공(622)은,상기 제1 격벽부(621a)를 관통하여 형성되는 제1 코일 삽입공(622a); 및상기 제2 격벽부(621b)를 관통하여 형성되는 제2 코일 삽입공(622b);을 포함하고,상기 코일(212)은 상기 제2 코일 삽입공(622b)과 상기 제1 코일 삽입공(622a)을 통과하여 상기 접속단자(242)에 연결되며,상기 제1 코일 삽입공(622a)과 상기 제2 코일 삽입공(622b) 중 적어도 하나의 내경은 상기 코일(212)의 외경보다 작거나 같게 형성되는 압축기.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 제1 격벽부(621a)와 상기 제2 격벽부(621b) 사이 이격공간(S4)에는 상기 제1 격벽부(621a)와 상기 터미널 블록(241) 사이, 상기 제2 격벽부(621b)와 상기 터미널 블록(241) 사이, 상기 제1 코일 삽입공(622a)과 상기 코일(212) 사이, 상기 제2 코일 삽입공(622b)과 상기 코일(212) 사이를 밀봉하는 제3 실링부재(63)가 형성되는 압축기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제2 코일 삽입공(622b)은 그 제2 코일 삽입공(622b)의 내경이 상기 코일(212)의 외경보다 크게 형성되고,상기 제3 실링부재(63)는 상기 제2 코일 삽입공(622b)을 통해 상기 이격공간(S4)으로 주입된 후 경화되어 형성되는 압축기.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 터미널 블록(241)에는 그 터미널 블록(241)의 외부공간(S1)과 상기 이격공간(S4)을 연통시키는 주입공(2416)이 형성되고,상기 제3 실링부재(63)는 상기 주입공(2416)을 통해 상기 이격공간(S4)으로 주입된 후 경화되어 형성되는 압축기.
- 제2항, 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 터미널 블록(241)과 상기 제2 실링부재(62) 중 어느 하나에는 후크부(2415)가 형성되고,상기 터미널 블록(241)과 상기 제2 실링부재(62) 중 다른 하나에는 상기 후크부(2415)와 체결되는 고리부(621d)가 형성되는 압축기.
