Definitions
- the present invention relates to fermented milk for improving fatigue.
- “Summer Bate” is a typical poor physical condition in summer. There is no clear definition of “Summer Bate”, but “Summer Bate” has the main complaints of “whole body dullness” and “whole malaise”, and “lack of sleep” and “anorexia” are accumulated fatigue and delayed recovery. It is thought that the “whole body / fatigue” of the whole body is increased by promoting the above. And it is also conceivable that the immunity is lowered due to the fatigued state, and further diseases such as colds are caused. As preventive measures and countermeasures, it is possible to eat well with frequent hydration and sufficient sleep, but in recent years, foods that are effective in reducing fatigue and recovering from fatigue etc. There is a need for measures that can be taken easily and easily.
