背景技术
目前,电风扇的风叶一般由电机带动,且传统电风扇的电机壳为金属罩,大多数电风扇上采用的电机在加工过程中直接安装好金属罩,以防止其旋转时触碰其他元件,保证电风扇的安全工作,但是金属罩一般为开放式的,不会对电机架进行保护,容易导致电机架变形,影响电机架的使用寿命,同时金属的电机罩固定在电机上,由于电机罩的重量较大,导致电风扇的重量大,导致电机运行过程易产生噪音;且金属罩的散热差,封闭电机外壳易造成摇头用的电机过热,从而导致电机的使用寿命降低。

如此,磁性元件43设置在容纳空间内,遥控器44设置于外壳40内的容纳槽中, 且磁性元件43用于吸附遥控器44,以使遥控器44能够固定在容纳槽中,避免了遥控器乱放,导致用户需要使用时四处寻找的情况发生,从而提高了产品使用舒适度,同时磁性元件43对遥控器44进行吸引,能够将遥控器限制在容纳槽内,大大降低了遥控器从容纳槽中掉落的概率。
遥控器44内设置有铁片,以使磁性元件43能够对遥控器44进行吸引,能够将遥控器44限制在安装槽内。
在一个实施方式中,外壳40上设置有围板41,围板41围成安装槽,磁性元件43设置在安装槽内。
如此,外壳40上的围板41围成安装槽,将磁性元件43设置在安装槽内,即保证了磁性元件43与扇头组件300的连接强度,大大降低了磁性元件43在工作过程中掉落的概率,同时磁性元件43设置在安装槽内,也节省了安装空间,从而提高了用户使用产品时的舒适度。
在一个实施方式中,电机罩组件100的支撑部24抵在磁性元件43上,用于支撑外壳40。
如此,电机罩组件100的支撑部24抵在磁性元件43上,一方面,能够支撑磁铁,防止磁铁掉落,保证了磁铁工作时的可靠性;另一方面,支撑部24通过抵在磁铁上支撑外壳40,间接对外壳40起到了支撑作用,从而降低了外壳40发生变形的概率,延长了外壳40的使用寿命,从而提高了产品的市场竞争力。
请参阅图5~图7,本发明实施方式的家用电器400a包括任一实施方式所述的家用电器的摇头机构200。
在本发明实施方式的家用电器400a中,通过将电机罩20设置为第一罩体21、连接部23和第二罩体22,电机罩20罩在电机支架上能够保证电机罩20与电机支架10的连接强度,从而增强了产品使用的可靠度,且电机罩20分为三个部分设置,省去了大量的材料,一方面,两个保护罩能够对电机支架10进行保护,避免了电机支架10发生变形的情况,保证了产品使用时的可靠性;另一方面,电机罩20为塑料件,大大减轻了电机罩20的重量,避免了使用电机时产生的噪音,提高了用户使用产品时的舒适度,同时,塑料应用广泛,价格低廉,很大程度上也降低了电机罩组件100的生产制造成本;同时电机罩20上形成的电机槽,在一定程度上有利于电机的安装,提高了电机的装配效率,从而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器400a包括风叶410a及用于驱动风叶410a转动的风叶驱动机构420a。风叶驱动机构420a固设于电机支架10前端且收容于收容腔室20b内。风叶驱动机构420a与驱动装置210间隔设置。
具体地,风叶驱动机构420a为电机,风叶驱动机构420a收容于电机罩20的第一 电机槽。可以理解,其它需要使用摇头机构的家用电器也可采用以上实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构200。如此,家用电器400通过驱动装置210使电机支架10相对于传动装置230转动,以实现不同角度的送风。驱动装置210及风叶驱动机构420a均设置在电机支架10上,这使得家用电器400a的结构强度高,可靠性好。
同时,由于风叶驱动机构420a收容于电机罩20内,可防止灰层进入风叶驱动机构420a,保证了风叶驱动机构420a的驱动性能。并且,驱动装置210与风叶驱动机构420a均收容于同一电机罩20内,如此充分利用了电机罩20内的可设置空间,并降低了家用电器400a的制造成本。
请参阅图14~图15,本发明实施方式的电风扇400包括支撑座50、上述任一实施例提供的扇头组件300和遥控器44。扇头组件300与支撑座50连接;遥控器44安装在扇头组件300的容纳槽内。
在本发明实施方式的电风扇器400中,通过将电机罩20设置为第一罩体21、连接部23和第二罩体22,电机罩20罩在电机支架上能够保证电机罩20与电机支架10的连接强度,从而增强了产品使用的可靠度,且电机罩20分为三个部分设置,省去了大量的材料,一方面,两个保护罩能够对电机支架10进行保护,避免了电机支架10发生变形的情况,保证了产品使用时的可靠性;另一方面,电机罩20为塑料件,大大减轻了电机罩20的重量,避免了使用电机时产生的噪音,提高了用户使用产品时的舒适度,同时,塑料应用广泛,价格低廉,很大程度上也降低了电机罩组件100的生产制造成本;同时电机罩20上形成的电机槽,在一定程度上有利于电机的安装,提高了电机的装配效率,从而增加了产品的市场竞争力。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种电机罩组件,设置在家用电器的扇头组件上,其特征在于,包括:
    电机支架和电机罩,所述电机罩罩在所述电机支架上,且所述电机罩为塑料件;
    其中,所述电机罩包括第一罩体、连接部和第二罩体,且所述连接部分别与所述第一罩体和所述第二罩体连接,所述第一罩体与所述电机支架的前端连接,并与所述电机支架围成第一电机槽,所述第二罩体与所述电机支架的后端连接,并与所述电机支架围成第二电机槽,所述连接部与所述电机支架固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述电机罩上设有安装槽,所述扇头组件的电路板固定在所述安装槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述电机罩上设置有多个卡钩,且多个所述卡钩沿所述电路板的周向设置,多个所述卡钩围成所述安装槽,且多个所述卡钩钩在所述电路板上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述电机罩上设置有定位柱,所述定位柱插入所述电路板的定位孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述连接部通过螺钉与所述电机支架连接,且所述螺钉位于所述连接部的前端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一罩体上设置有散热孔,和/或,所述第二罩体上设置有散热孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,还包括:所述电机罩的后端设有固定槽,所述扇头组件的喇叭设在所述固定槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,
    所述电机罩的后端设置有卡扣,所述卡扣卡在所述喇叭上,以使所述喇叭固定在所述固定槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的电机罩组件,其特征在于,所述电机罩上 设置有支撑部,所述支撑部支撑所述扇头组件的外壳。
  10. 一种家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电机罩组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括:
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置固定于所述电机支架上,所述驱动装置收容在所述电机罩组件内;
    驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与所述驱动装置连接;
    传动装置,所述电机支架可转动地连接所述传动装置;
    所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮绕所述传动装置转动以带动所述电机支架相对于所述传动装置转动。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述电机支架为摇头支架,所述电机支架形成有凸部,所述电机罩形成有凹部,所述凹部套设于所述凸部上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头支架包括基座,所述基座与所述驱动装置固定连接,所述基座形成有基座收容槽,所述驱动齿轮收容于所述基座收容槽内;
    所述传动装置包括齿部,所述齿部与所述驱动齿轮啮合;
    所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮围绕所述齿部转动以带动所述电机支架相对于所述传动装置转动。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括固定在所述电机支架上的固定安装板,所述驱动装置及所述基座分别固定在所述固定安装板相背的两侧。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电机及输出轴,所述电机收容于所述收容腔室内,所述固定安装板开设有安装孔,所述摇头支架开设有轴孔,所述输出轴穿设所述安装孔及所述轴孔而连接所述驱动齿轮及所述电机。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述电机罩为一体成型结构。
  17. 一种扇头组件,设置在家用电器上,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳具有容纳空间;
    如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电机罩组件,所述电机罩组件设置在所述容纳空间内;
    电路板,所述电路板固定在所述电机罩组件的电机罩上;和
    喇叭,所述喇叭固定在所述电机罩上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的扇头组件,其特征在于,
    所述外壳的外表面上设置有容纳槽,所述外壳上设置有磁性元件,且所述磁性元件位于所述容纳空间内,并与所述容纳槽对应设置;
    其中,所述家用电器的遥控器设置在所述容纳槽内,且所述磁性元件用于吸附所述遥控器,以使所述遥控器固定在所述容纳槽内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的扇头组件,其特征在于,
    所述外壳上设置有围板,所述围板围成安装槽,所述磁性元件设置在所述安装槽内。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的扇头组件,其特征在于,
    所述电机罩组件的支撑部抵在所述磁性元件上,用于支撑所述外壳。
  21. 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求10-16任一项所述的家用电器的摇头机构。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括风叶及用于驱动所述风叶转动的风叶驱动机构,所述风叶驱动机构固设于所述电机支架前端且收容于所述收容腔室内,所述风叶驱动机构与所述驱动装置间隔设置。
  23. 一种电风扇,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑座;
    如权利要求17至20中任一项所述的扇头组件,所述扇头组件与所述支撑座连接; 和
    遥控器,所述遥控器安装在所述扇头组件的容纳槽内。
