进一步地,接收器40内限定有上下贯通的安装槽40a,接收器40设在吊杆10的下方且与吊杆10的下端间隔开布置,接收器40通过位于其中部的安装槽40a的侧壁上的连接结构与接头底座30固定连接,从而保证接收器40的固定安装,当吊扇组件100装配完成后,接收器40位于吊杆10的中心线的外周且与接头底座30相连,保证接收器40安装的稳定性。
由此,根据本发明实施例的吊扇组件100,通过将接收器40设在吊杆10上,并使其位于吊杆10的中心线的外周,然后将接收器40与吊杆10上的接头底座30相连,可以保证接收器40的连接可靠性,避免吊扇20在运行时、接收器40发生脱落,保证了吊扇20的运行可靠性和使用安全性,该吊扇组件100的结构简单,各部件连接可靠,装拆方便,安全性高,用户体验好。
其中,根据本发明的一个实施例,接收器40包括接收器本体41和接收器罩42。具体而言,接收器本体41内限定有一侧(如图10所示的前侧)敞开的避让槽41a,接收器罩42设在接收器本体41的一侧(如图10所示的前侧)以封闭避让槽41a的开口并与接收器本体41配合限定出安装槽40a,接收器罩42与接收器本体41卡接相连。
也就是说,接收器40主要由接收器本体41和接收器罩42组成,其中,接收器本体41具有一侧敞开的避让槽41a,接收器罩42设在接收器本体41的一侧以封闭避让槽41a的一侧开口,由此,接收器本体41与接收器罩42之间限定出上下贯通、四周封闭的安装槽40a。
具体地,接收器40在安装时,首先将接收器本体41安装在接头底座30上,并使吊杆10位于接收器本体41的避让槽41a内,将接收器本体41与接头底座30固定连接后,再将 接收器罩42扣合在接收器本体41的一侧,以封闭接收器本体41的避让槽41a的一侧开口,最终使吊杆10的中心线位于接收器40的安装槽40a内,即接收器40套装在位于吊杆10下端的接头底座30上。
由此,该接收器本体41具有一侧开口的避让槽41a,方便接收器本体41的安装,使接收器本体41与接头底座30连接方便,而接收器罩42可以封闭避让槽41a的一侧开口,使得接收器40形成环状结构,这样既可以保证接收器40的外形美观性,又可以保证接收器40与接头底座30的连接可靠性,避免接收器40从吊杆10上脱落下来,安全可靠。
其中,根据本发明的一个实施例,避让槽41a的侧壁设有多个沿其周向间隔开布置的固定板412,每个固定板412上分别设有第一安装孔412a,接头底座30上设有多个与第一安装孔412a位置一一对应的第二安装孔30a。吊扇组件100还包括多个固定件,多个固定件分别穿过固定板412上的第一安装孔412a和接头底座30上的与其位置对应的第二安装孔30a,保证接收器本体41与接头底座30的固定连接,连接操作容易,装拆方便,可以避免吊扇20在运行时因接收器40脱落而发生故障,运行安全、可靠。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,避让槽41a大致形成为匚形,避让槽41a的三个侧壁上分别设有沿吊杆10的径向向内延伸的固定板412,固定板412与接头底座30相连。
具体地,如图3、图4和图10所示,避让槽41a形成一侧开口的匚形,避让槽41a的三个侧壁分别设有沿吊杆10的径向延伸的水平固定板412,每个固定板412上分别设有至少一个第一安装孔412a,而连接底座上设有至少三个间隔开布置的第二安装孔30a,接收器本体41和接头底座30通过至少三个固定件实现固定连接,进一步可以保证二者的连接可靠性。可选地,固定件为螺钉,接收器本体41与接头底座30通过螺钉连接,连接可靠性高,装拆容易,便于更换,大大地提高了吊扇组件100的生产效率,并且成本较低。
如图4和图8所示,接收器40在安装时,首先将接收器本体41安装在接头底座30上,并使吊杆10位于接收器本体41的避让槽41a内,再将螺钉打紧到接头底座30和接收器本体41上,实现二者的固定连接,再将接收器罩42扣合在接收器本体41的一侧,最终使接收器40套装在位于吊杆10下端的接头底座30上。
其中,根据本发明的一个实施例,避让槽41a的邻近开口的相对侧壁上分别设有用于连接外部电路的端子接口413。
具体地,接收器40在安装时,首先将接收器本体41安装在接头底座30上,并使吊杆10位于接收器本体41的避让槽41a内,将接收器本体41与接头底座30固定连接后,再将外接电路的接线端子插入接收器本体41上的端子接口413内,实现电路的连接;接线步骤完成后,再将接收器罩42扣合在接收器本体41的一侧,以封闭接收器本体41的避让槽41a的一侧开口,最终使吊杆10位于接收器40的安装槽40a内,即接收器40套装在位于吊杆 10下端的接头底座30上。
由此,该吊扇组件100的结构简单,各部件连接可靠,装拆方便,同时,接收器本体41上的端子接口413便于与外接电路连接,用户可以直接将快接端子接入端子接口413内,保证外部电源和电机线路的连接,简化了接线过程,实现了快捷接线,用户体验好。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,接收器本体41大致形成为U形且接收器本体41的外轮廓形成为弧形。参照图9,接收器本体41的外轮廓线形成优弧,接收器罩42的外轮廓线形成与接收器本体41相对的劣弧,接收器本体41的中部具有一侧开口的匚形槽,接收器40与接头底座30装配完成后,接收器40刚好套装在位于吊杆10下端的接头底座30上,保证接收器40与其他各部件连接可靠,既可以保证吊扇组件100的电性连接,又可以保证吊扇组件100的外形美观性。
优选地,接收器40的外轮廓线形成为圆形。接收器本体41和接收器罩42依次与接头底座30装配完成后,接收器40的中心轴线与吊杆10的中心轴线同轴设置,而吊扇20在转动时,接收器40与吊扇20间隔开,保证吊扇20的正常运行,该接收器40的结构简单,外型美观、新颖,提高了吊扇组件100给人的视觉美观性。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,接收器本体41的顶壁设有沿避让槽41a的周向延伸的竖直挡板411,每个固定板412分别与竖直挡板411的上端相连。
具体地,如图9和图10所示,接收器本体41的避让槽41a的侧壁向上延伸以形成凸出于接收器本体41的顶壁的竖直挡板411,竖直挡板411沿避让槽41a的周向环绕,多个固定板412与竖直挡板411的上端相连且沿竖直挡板411的周向间隔开布置。由此,通过在接收器本体41上设置竖直挡板411,便于固定板412的设置,从而方便接收器本体41与接头底座30的连接,竖直挡板411可以与接收器本体41的壳体一体成型,加工、制造方便。
如图10所示,在本实施例中,竖直挡板411的邻近开口的两端分别设有卡槽4111,接收器罩42上设有与卡槽4111卡接相连的卡扣(未示出)。接收器40在安装时,首先将接收器本体41安装在接头底座30上,并使吊杆10位于接收器本体41的避让槽41a内,将接收器本体41与接头底座30固定连接后,再将外接电路的接线端子插入接收器本体41上的端子接口413内,实现电路的连接;接线步骤完成后,再将接收器罩42扣合在接收器本体41的一侧,然后用力向内推动,使得接收器罩42的卡扣卡在接收器本体41的卡槽4111内,从而实现接收器本体41与接收器罩42的固定连接;若需要随接收器40进行接线维修时,只要将接收器罩42从接收器本体41上拆卸下来,即可实现维修。该连接结构简单,装拆方便,加工、制造容易,连接可靠性高。当然,本发明并不限于此,接收器罩42与接收器本体41也可以通过其他连接结构实现二者的固定连接。
根据本发明实施例的吊扇组件100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言 都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或彼此可通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吊扇组件,其特征在于,包括:
    吊杆;
    吊扇,所述吊扇与所述吊杆的下端相连;
    接头底座,所述接头底座安装在所述吊杆上且位于所述吊扇的上方;
    接收器,所述接收器内限定有上下贯通的安装槽,所述接收器位于所述吊杆中心轴线的外周且与所述接头底座可拆卸地相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述接收器包括:
    接收器本体,所述接收器本体内限定有一侧敞开的避让槽;
    接收器罩,所述接收器罩设在所述接收器本体的一侧以封闭所述避让槽的开口并与所述接收器本体配合限定出所述安装槽,所述接收器罩与所述接收器本体卡接相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述避让槽的侧壁设有多个沿其周向间隔开布置的固定板,每个固定板上分别设有第一安装孔,所述接头底座上设有多个与所述第一安装孔位置一一对应的第二安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述避让槽大致形成为匚形,所述避让槽的三个侧壁上分别设有沿所述吊杆的径向向内延伸的所述固定板,所述固定板与所述接头底座相连。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述避让槽的邻近所述开口的相对侧壁上分别设有用于连接外部电路的端子接口。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述接收器本体与所述接头底座通过螺钉连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述接收器本体大致形成为U形且所述接收器本体的外轮廓形成为弧形。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述接收器本体的顶壁设有沿所述避让槽的周向延伸的竖直挡板,每个所述固定板分别与所述竖直挡板的上端相连。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述竖直挡板的邻近所述开口的两端分别设有卡槽,所述接收器罩上设有与所述卡槽卡接相连的卡扣。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的吊扇组件,其特征在于,所述接收器的外轮廓线形成为圆形。
