另外,第一连接部31与第二连接部32的连接处为圆弧过渡,当吊杆40相对于底座20转动后,避免了对电线的剪切力的作用,对电线起到保护作用,从而提高了电线的使用寿命。
在本发明的一个实施例中,转接头30与吊杆40的一个上设置有内螺纹35,另一个上设置外螺纹42,外螺纹42旋入内螺纹35内,以使转接头30与吊杆40固定连接,如图3、图5和图7所示,具体地,转接头30上设置有内螺纹35,吊杆40上设置有螺纹。
在该实施例中,螺纹连接的方式结构简单、连接可靠,一方面,提高了产品的组装效率,降低了产品的生产制造成本,另一方面,提高了产品的使用可靠性,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个实施例中,转接头30与吊杆40通过第二连接件70连接。
在该实施例中,转接头30与吊杆40通过螺纹和第二连接件70连接,增加了转接头30与吊杆40的连接强度,避免了在吊扇使用过程中,底座20相对于吊杆40晃动,导致电机10掉落的安全问题发生,从而提高了产品的使用可靠性,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图1至图3所示,第二连接件70包括第二插销71和第二开口销72,第二插销71的一端从转接头30的一端穿入,并穿过吊杆40从转接头30的另一端穿出,第二开口销72与第二插销71的一端连接,并能够与转接头30相干涉。
在该实施例中,插销与开口销的连接方式结构简单、连接可靠,一方面,提高了产品的组装效率,降低了产品的生产制造成本,另一方面,提高了产品的使用可靠性,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
在发明的另一个具体实施例中,如图8和图9所示,第二连接件70包括第二螺栓73和第二螺母74,第二螺栓73的一端从转接头的一端穿入,并穿过吊杆从转接头的另一端穿出,第二螺母74与第二螺栓73旋紧,以使吊杆40与转接头30固定连接。
在该实施例中,螺栓与螺母配合的连接方式结构简单、连接可靠,一方面,提高了产品的组装效率,降低了产品的生产制造成本,另一方面,提高了产品的使用可靠性,进而增加了产品的市场竞争力。
另外,第二连接件70也可以为其他能够使吊杆40与转接头30连接的零件,只要能够实现连接柱23与转接头30连接的零件,均在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1至图3、图8和图9所示,本发明第二方面的实施例提供的吊扇,包括:电机10和上述任一项实施例所述的吊杆组件,吊杆组件与电机10的电机轴11连接。
本发明第二方面实施例提供的吊扇,通过设置有本发明第一方面实施例提供的吊杆组件,具有上述的全部有益效果,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明提供的吊扇,吊杆能够相对于电机转动,在运输和搬运过程中,将吊杆折叠减少吊扇的体积,从而缩小包装体积,一方面,在运转装置运输空间不变的情况下,运输更多的吊扇,从而提高了运输效率,另一方面, 方便工人搬运,从而提高了搬运效率。
具体而言,相关技术中吊扇的分为组装好后包装运输和拆分后包装运输,但是组装好的吊扇的体积较大,包装运输不方便;拆分后的吊扇部件中有体积较小的,容易在搬运和运输过程中丢失;而本发明提供的吊扇,吊杆能够相对于电机转动,在运输和搬运过程中,将吊杆折叠减少吊扇的体积,一方面,避免了将所述吊扇的各个组件拆分后包装,导致体积较小的部件丢失的情况发生,另一方面,避免了组装好的吊扇中的吊杆与电机的体积较大,导致吊扇搬运不方便、运输效率低的情况发生,具体地,吊杆相对于电机转后,吊扇的体积较小,在运转装置运输空间不变的情况下,运输更多的吊扇,从而提高了运输效率,另一方面,方便工人搬运,从而提高了搬运效率。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本说明书的描述中,术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“具体实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或实例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种吊杆组件,与吊扇的电机连接,其特征在于,包括:
    转接组件,所述转接组件与所述电机的电机轴连接;和
    吊杆,所述吊杆与所述转接组件连接,且所述吊杆通过所述转接组件能够相对于所述电机转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,所述转接组件包括:
    底座,所述底座包括底板和两个侧板,且所述底板与两个所述侧板构成安装槽,且所述底板与所述电机轴固定连接;和
    转接头,所述转接头可转动地与两个所述侧板连接,所述吊杆与所述转接头连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述底座上设置有连接柱,所述转接头上设置有连接孔,第一固定件穿过所述连接孔与所述连接柱连接,以使所述转接头与所述底座固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一固定件为第一螺钉,所述连接柱上设置有螺纹孔,所述第一螺钉穿过所述连接孔并旋入所述螺纹孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述底座上设置有定位板,所述定位板上设置有固定螺钉,所述转接头上设置有缺口;
    其中,所述转接头被旋转,使所述转接头通过所述缺口卡在所述固定螺钉上,然后旋紧所述固定螺钉,以使所述转接头与所述底座固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述转接头包括相连接的第一连接部和第二连接部,且所述转接头整体呈L形,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的连接处为圆弧过渡。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第二连接部为一端开口的壳体,所述连接柱插入所述壳体内,且所述连接孔设置在所述壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述底座上设置有通孔,且所述通孔的孔壁向下延伸形成环形的连接板,所述电机轴穿过所述通孔,并通过第一连接件与两个所述侧板连接;所述连接板与所述电机轴通过第二固定件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件包括第一插销和第一开口销,所述第一插销的一端依次穿过一所述侧板、所述转接头一端、所述电机轴、所述转接头另一端和另一所述侧板,并穿出另一所述侧板,所述第一开口销与所述第一插销的一端连接,并能够与另一所述侧板相干涉。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接件包括第一螺栓和第一螺母,所述第一螺栓的一端依次穿过一所述侧板、所述转接头一端、所述电机轴、所述转接头另一端和另一所述侧板,并穿出另一所述侧板,所述第一螺母与所述第一螺栓旋紧,以使所述底座与所述电机轴固定连接。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第二固定件为第二螺钉,所述第二螺钉从所述连接板的一端穿入,并穿过所述电机轴旋入所述连接板的另一端。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述吊杆上设置有第一过线孔,所述转接头上设置有第二过线孔,所述第一过线孔与所述第二过线孔构成过线通道,电线穿过所述过线通道与所述电机连接。
  13. 根据权利要求2至12中任一项所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述转接头与所述吊杆的一个上设置有内螺纹,另一个上设置外螺纹,所述外螺纹旋入所述内螺纹内,以使所述转接头与所述吊杆固定连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述转接头与所述吊杆通过第二连接件连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第二连接件包括第二插销和第二开口销,所述第二插销的一端从所述转接头的一端穿入,并穿过所述吊杆从所述转接头的另一端穿出,所述第二开 口销与所述第二插销的一端连接,并能够与所述转接头相干涉。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的吊杆组件,其特征在于,
    所述第二连接件包括第二螺栓和第二螺母,所述第二螺栓的一端从所述转接头的一端穿入,并穿过所述吊杆从所述转接头的另一端穿出,所述第二螺母与所述第二螺栓旋紧,以使所述吊杆与所述转接头固定连接。
  17. 一种吊扇,其特征在于,包括:
    电机;和
    如权利要求1至16中任一项所述的吊杆组件,所述吊杆组件与所述电机的电机轴连接。
