Claims (4)
- 壁パネルの外面に空調機用の室外機が固定されると共に内面に室内機が固定されたユニットハウス用空調機一体型パネルにおいて、壁パネルの外面下端部側の室外機の下に支持台を設け、壁パネルの内外面の荷重が均等になる角度で自立した壁パネルを支持台で支持するように構成し、壁パネルを自立した状態で移動せしめるキャスターを支持台の下面に装着したことを特徴とするユニットハウス用空調機一体型パネル。
- 前記支持台は、前記壁パネルの下端部側外面の左右に固定され、傾斜した前記壁パネルを自立状態で支持するように底面が傾斜した一対の傾斜体と、該傾斜体相互に架設され設置時の前記室外機を水平に載置固定する支持杆と、傾斜体の底面前後に配置された前記キャスターと、を備えた請求項1記載のユニットハウス用空調機一体型パネル。
- 前記キャスターは、前記傾斜体の内部に装着されたキャスター支持杆の長手両端部に装着され、該キャスター支持杆の一端部を前記傾斜体の前記壁パネル側に揺動自在に連結すると共に、該キャスター支持杆の他端部に角度調整杆を揺動自在に連結し、前記傾斜体の傾斜した底面から水平状態のキャスター支持杆が表出すると共に、垂直に立設した角度調整杆が前記傾斜体を水平に支持することで、傾斜した壁パネルを垂直に保つように構成した請求項2記載のユニットハウス用空調機一体型パネル。
- 前記角度調整杆は、前記キャスター支持杆に一端部を揺動自在に連結され、他端部を前記傾斜体の下面に連結するように構成され、該角度調整杆の他端部に固定角度を変えた一対のネジ止め部を形成し、該ネジ止め部を選択して前記キャスター支持杆を前記傾斜体内に収納する位置と、前記キャスター支持杆の前記角度調整杆が前記傾斜体を水平に支持する位置とでネジ止めするように構成した請求項3記載のユニットハウス用空調機一体型パネル。
