Abstract

一种横竖两用的固定支架,包括背板(101)、支撑轴(103)和定位件(102)。所述支撑轴(103)用于支撑所述背板(101),所述背板(101)具有长边(101b)和短边(101a),所述定位件(102)用于连接所述支撑轴(103)和所述背板(101),使所述支撑轴(103)固定、支撑所述背板(101)以实现横竖切换。

Description

横竖两用的固定支架 技术领域
本发明的实施例涉及一种显示屏固定支架。
背景技术
随着液晶显示领域的迅猛发展,诸如数码相框、平板电脑等电子产品的日益普及,而且重力传感器等电子器件在这些电子产品也得到的广泛使用,一种能够快速方便实现横竖屏切换的固定支架结构的出现十分必要。同时,由于照片存在横幅和竖幅两种形式,但传统的放置照片的相框却只有一种形式。中国实用新型201120228049.4公开了一种用于存放照片的横竖两用的相框,其利用了支撑板两条互相垂直的角边实现了相框可以在两个方向站立。然而该支撑板在相框后倾斜设置的方式却并不稳固。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种固定支架,包括背板、支撑轴和定位件,其中,所述支撑轴用于支撑所述背板,所述背板具有长边和短边,所述定位件用于连接所述支撑轴和所述背板,用于使支撑轴固定、支撑背板并实现横竖切换。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述定位件还可以包括定位珠和弹簧。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述定位件连接所述背板的一端的侧面上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。例如,所述背板上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述背板上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述背板上设置有圆孔,所述定位件配合设置在所述圆孔之中,所述凹槽设置在所述圆孔的侧壁上。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,在所述定位件靠近所述背板的一端设置的所述定位珠的数目为一个。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述凹槽数目为四个,所述凹槽开口两两相对,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。或者,例如,所述凹槽数目为两个,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,当定位珠容纳于垂直于长边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为横屏显示,当定位珠容纳于垂直于短边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为竖屏显示。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述支撑轴的轴向与背板平面成45°角。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述定位件与所述支撑轴耦合连接。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述支撑轴由弹性可变形橡胶材料制成。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述定位件靠近所述背板的一端、与所述背板平行的切面为四分之三的第一切圆面;所述背板靠近定位件的一端设有突起的立柱,所述突起的立柱与所述背板平行的切面为四分之一的第二切圆面;所述第一切圆面与所述第二切圆面的尺寸相配合,用以防止定位件从背板脱落。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述背板的长边和/或短边设有挂耳,用以固定待固定物。或者,所述背板上设有突起框,用以固定待固定物。
在所述固定支架的一个示例中,所述背板上设置有圆孔,所述定位件配合设置在所述圆孔之中,所述圆孔的侧壁上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。例如,所述定位件上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述定位件上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。同样,“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相 对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供的横竖两用的固定支架,如图1所示,包括背板101、定位件102和支撑轴103。背板101具有背板短边101a和背板长边101b,背板101中间设有与定位件102相配合的圆孔(例如盲孔)110,背板101的圆孔110的侧壁上设有凹槽101c;定位件102包括定位珠104和弹簧105,定位件102上设有开口102a。
定位件102用于连接支撑轴103和背板101,包括定位珠104和弹簧105,用于使支撑轴103固定、支撑背板101并实现横竖切换。该弹簧105例如为螺旋弹簧,该定位珠例如为钢珠。
定位件102靠近背板101的一端的侧面上设有开口102a,开口102a为孔洞形设计,在安装后,弹簧105设置于开口102a的孔洞内部,定位珠104由弹簧105顶出(即弹簧105处于压缩状态,对于定位珠104施加向外推的力),例如开口102a的开口直径可以设置得小于定位珠104的直径,所以定位珠104不会从开口102a的孔洞内部完全弹出来(参见图6)。
背板101上设有凹槽101c。背板101中间对应圆孔的柱形孔洞内侧面具有凹槽101c。具体地,例如,定位珠104的尺寸可以与凹槽101c的尺寸相当,从而使得定位件102与背板101的紧固程度最大化。
例如,在定位件102靠近背板101的一端设置的定位珠104的数目可以为一个。并且,例如,凹槽101c的数目为四个,凹槽101c开口两两相对,凹槽101c开口朝向分别与背板101的边缘方向垂直。又例如,凹槽101c的数目为两个,这凹槽101c开口朝向分别与背板101的长边和短边方向垂直,这种情况仍然能够实现横竖切换。假设定位件102上的开口102a的初始朝向为垂直于背板101的长边101b,如图2所示,此时由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下为舒张状态,被弹出填充到凹槽101c中,起到定位的作用。当定位件102以垂直与背板101中间的圆孔的中心线为轴转动时,定位件102上的开口102a的朝向将发生变化。由于弹簧105的弹性,定位珠104将被背板101中间对应圆孔的柱形孔洞内侧面挤压,被压入定位件102的开口102a中。直到定位件102上的开口102a的朝向垂直于背板101的短边101a时,由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下重新为舒张状态,重新被弹出填充到凹槽101c中。此时定位件102与背板101相 对转动90°角,完成了图3中由(a)状态背板长边101b水平到(b)状态背板短边101a水平的状态变化,即使得背板由横屏显示转变为竖屏显示。
又例如,在另一个示例中,定位件102靠近背板101的一端的侧面上设有开口102a,开口102a为通孔设计,且包括两个定位珠。在安装后,弹簧105设置于开口102a的通孔内,两个定位珠分别位于弹簧两侧,定位珠104由弹簧105顶出,例如开口102a的开口直径可以设置得小于定位珠104的直径,所以定位珠104不会从开口102a的孔洞内部完全弹出来。并且,凹槽101c的数目为四个,凹槽101c开口两两相对,凹槽101c开口朝向分别与背板101的边缘方向垂直。在该情况下,两个定位珠可以同时卡入两个凹槽101c中。
又例如,在另一个示例中,如图10所示,在背板101的圆孔的侧壁上设置有孔洞,弹簧105设置于该孔洞内部,定位珠104由弹簧105顶出。例如该孔洞的开口的直径可以设置得小于定位珠104的直径,所以定位珠容纳在孔洞之中而不会从孔洞内部完全弹出来;相应地在定位件靠近背板101的一端的侧面上可以设置至少两个凹槽,该至少两个凹槽例如相对于定位件的中心轴线成90°角,当定位件安装在背板上的圆孔内时,定位珠可以由弹簧顶出而填充到定位件的侧面上的凹槽内,起到定位的作用。当定位件在背板的圆孔内转动时,可以能够实现横竖切换。
例如,支撑轴103的轴向与背板101平面可以成一定角度,该角度例如为30°~60°角,例如成45°角,如图3中(a)或(b)所示。
例如,定位件102远离背板101的一端可以设置有突起或凹槽,该突起或凹槽与支撑轴103上设置的凹槽或突起以插拔的方式相连。如图1所示,定位件102上的设置为凹槽,支撑轴103上的设置为突起。又例如,定位件102与支撑轴103之间的还可以采用螺纹连接等其他方式,本发明实施例不限于具体的连接方式。
例如,支撑轴103可以由弹性可变形橡胶材料制成,或者可以由塑料、木料、金属等制备。当支撑轴103由橡胶材料制成时,支撑轴由于具有类似于橡皮泥的性质,使得支撑轴可以任意改变形状,调节背板101的朝向,即背板101相对于观察者的观察角度,极大地方便了用户的观看体验。
实施例二
此外,本发明提供的另一实施例如图4、图5和图6所示。图4为该横竖两用的固定支架的侧视剖视图,加强的定位件102为图4中的阴影部分及嵌 装于开口102a中的定位珠104和弹簧105。
定位件102靠近背板101的一端、与背板101平行的切面为四分之三的第一切圆面102c,如图5横竖两用的固定支架的正视剖视图中阴影部分所示。特别地,图6为横竖两用的固定支架的局部放大的立体剖面图,当定位件102与背板101分离时,可更加清楚地看到立体的部分四分之三的第一切圆面102c。
背板101靠近定位件102的一端设有突起的立柱101d(如图4所示),该突起的立柱101d与背板101平行的切面为四分之一的第二切圆面101e(如图5所示)。从图6中可更加清楚地看到立体的部分四分之一的第二切圆面101e。
具体的定位过程如下所述:
首先,定位件102的四分之三的第一切圆面102c与背板101的四分之一的第二切圆面101e的尺寸相匹配,使得定位件102得以伸进该中空的突起的立柱101d,成为初始位置,第一和第二切圆面的相对位置如图7中的(a)所示;
其次,与实施例一相似,当定位件102以垂直与背板101中间的圆孔的中心线为轴转动时,定位件102上的开口102a的朝向将发生变化,由于细颈102b的存在,使得定位件102的转动不受背板101上突起的立柱101d的限制。需要说明的是,细颈102b的长度h1与突起的立柱101d的高度h2相比较,h1略小于或等于h2,如图6所示;
然后,定位件102与背板101发生相对转动,直到定位件102上的开口102a的朝向垂直于背板101的短边101a时,由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下重新为舒张状态,被重新弹出填充到凹槽101c中,此时定位件102与背板101相对转动90°角,其相对位置如图7中的(b)所示,使得背板由横屏显示转变为竖屏显示。
实施例三
此外,如前所述的横竖两用的固定支架,其正面可以配合固定待固定物。如图8所示,背板101正面与长边101b和短边101a相对的位置均设有挂耳106,用以固定相应尺寸的电子产品,如电子相框、平板电脑、手机等等。当然,挂耳106也可以设置在背板101的长边101b和短边101a上;也可以只在长边101b或短边101a上设置,在此不一一列举。
实施例四
如前所述的横竖两用的固定支架,如图9所示,背板101设置有突起框107,用以在正面配合固定相应尺寸的电子产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的示范性实施方式,而非用于限制本发明的保护范围,本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种固定支架,包括:背板、支撑轴和定位件,
    其中,所述支撑轴用于支撑所述背板,所述背板具有长边和短边,所述定位件用于连接所述支撑轴和所述背板,使所述支撑轴固定、支撑所述背板以实现横竖切换。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的固定支架,其中,所述定位件包括定位珠和弹簧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的固定支架,其中,所述定位件连接所述背板的一端的侧面上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的固定支架,其中,所述背板上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述背板上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的固定支架,其中,所述背板上设置有圆孔,所述定位件配合设置在所述圆孔之中,所述凹槽设置在所述圆孔的侧壁上。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的固定支架,其中,所述凹槽数目为四个,所述凹槽开口两两相对,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的固定支架,其中,所述凹槽数目为两个,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的固定支架,其中,当定位珠容纳于垂直于长边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为横屏显示,当定位珠容纳于垂直于短边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为竖屏显示。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的固定支架,其中,所述支撑轴的轴向与背板平面成30°~60°角。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的固定支架,其中,所述定位件与所述支撑轴耦合连接。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的固定支架,其中,所述支撑轴由弹性可变形橡胶材料制成。
  12. 如权利要求1~11所述的任一固定支架,其中:
    所述定位件靠近所述背板的一端、与所述背板平行的切面为四分之三的第一切圆面;所述背板靠近定位件的一端设有突起的立柱,所述突起的立柱与所述背板平行的切面为四分之一的第二切圆面;所述第一切圆面与所述第 二切圆面的尺寸相配合,用以防止定位件从背板脱落。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的固定支架,其中,所述背板的长边和/或短边设有挂耳,用以固定待固定物。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的固定支架,其中,所述背板上设有突起框,用以固定待固定物。
  15. 如权利要求2所述的固定支架,其中,所述背板上设置有圆孔,所述定位件配合设置在所述圆孔之中,所述圆孔的侧壁上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的固定支架,其中,所述定位件上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述定位件上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。
