Abstract

本发明提供一种电子装置,其包括一后盖和一支架,支架和后盖分别包括彼此接触的第一接触面和第二接触面,支架通过枢轴铰接于后盖上,后盖上安装有至少一凸出第二接触面的弹簧球,支架上形成有若干和弹簧球配合的定位孔,该若干定位孔分布在一以枢轴为圆心的圆周上。由于弹簧球和定位孔的配合,支架可被定位于多个角度。

带多角度定位支架的电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,特别涉及一种带支架的电子装置。
背景技术
便携式电子装置,如电子相框,通常带有一个支架,以便当该电子装置被摆放于桌面时支撑该电子装置。现有的支架存在的一个问题是:支架不能相对于电子装置转动,只能固定于一个支撑位置,或者虽然可以相对电子装置转动,但是只能被定位于两个极限位置。这样,当电子装置被摆放于桌面时,只能有一或二个固定的摆放角度。这显然不能满足用户多样化的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带支架的电子装置,其支架可以定位于多个角度。
所述电子装置,其包括一后盖和一支架,支架和后盖分别包括彼此接触的第一接触面和第二接触面,支架通过枢轴铰接于后盖上,后盖上安装有至少一凸出第二接触面的弹簧球,支架上形成有若干和弹簧球配合的定位孔,该若干定位孔分布在一以枢轴为圆心的圆周上。
由于弹簧球和定位孔的配合,支架可被定位于多个角度。

图1是本发明一优选实施方式的电子装置的后视图,图中省略了该电子装置的前盖和电子元件。
图2是图1所示的电子装置的立体图。

具体实施方式
请参考图1、图2,其揭示了本发明一优选实施方式的电子装置10。该电子装置10包括一后盖20和一支架30。支架30通过枢轴40铰接于后盖20上并可绕枢轴40转动,在本实施方式中,该枢轴40为螺钉。
请参考图3、图4,其揭示了后盖20和支架30连接的结构。支架30大致呈勺状,其一端包括一第一接触面32,从该第一接触面32形成有一通孔33。环绕该孔33,在第一接触面32上分别形成有若干定位孔34及二限位突起35,定位孔34为半球状的盲孔,位于一以孔33的中心为圆心的圆周上,限位突起35以孔33为中心对称分布。
后盖20包括一和支架30上第一接触面32对应的第二接触面22,该第二接触面22形成有一通孔23。环绕该孔23,在第二接触面22上分别形成有两个和定位孔34对应的通孔24,及两个和限位突起35对应的圆弧状限位槽25。后盖20上和第二接触面22相对的另一表面还形成有两个卡钩26(参考图5)。
该电子装置10还包括与第二接触面22上通孔24数量相同的弹簧球70、一螺帽60、和一盖板50。每一弹簧球70包括一弹簧71和一柱体72,柱体72的顶端呈半球状,中段形成有一圈凸缘73。盖板50形成有两个和卡钩26对应的卡孔52和两个容纳弹簧球70的容纳孔51。
请参考图3、图4、图5,当安装时,先将螺帽60置于两卡钩26之间,弹簧球70置于后盖20上的通孔24中,再使得盖板50通过卡钩26和卡孔52的配合固定于后盖20上。此时,盖板50和卡钩26共同作用,将螺帽60固定于后盖20上;弹簧球70的弹簧71位于盖板50上的容纳孔51中,柱体72的顶端穿过通孔24,凸出于第二接触面22。由于凸缘73的限制,弹簧球70不会从通孔24中掉出。
当用户欲使用该电子装置10时,使螺钉40穿过孔33、23,与螺帽60配合,支架30上半球状的定位孔34和柱体72的半球状的顶端配合,支架30上的限位突起35位于限位槽25中,从而使得支架30和后盖20可转动的连接在一起。
请同时参考图1,支架30可以螺钉40为轴,在两极限角度之间转动。当支架30不转动时,由于弹簧球70和定位孔34的配合,支架30可被定位于一特定的角度,该特定的角度是由定位孔34的分布所决定的多个角度中的一个。当支架30受到的转动力大于弹簧球70和定位孔34之间的弹力时,支架30转动。当支架30转动时,弹簧球70不断从上一定位孔34中退出,转动一段路径后又进入下一定位孔34,从而发出“咔咔咔”的声音。支架30转动时,限位突起35相应在限位槽25中运动,当支架30转动到极限角度时,限位突起35运动到限位槽25的边缘,从而阻止支架30进一步转动。
本发明的结构不限于上述实施方式所揭露的。例如:弹簧球70或限位突起35的数目也可以是一个、三个或更多。弹簧球70也可通过焊接或其他已知的方式固定到后盖20上。

Claims (6)

1.一种电子装置,其包括一后盖和一支架,支架和后盖分别包括彼此接触的第一接触面和第二接触面,支架通过枢轴铰接于后盖上,其特征在于:
后盖上安装有至少一凸出第二接触面的弹簧球,支架上形成有若干和弹簧球配合的定位孔,该若干定位孔分布在一以枢轴为圆心的圆周上,其中,所述弹簧球的中段形成有一凸缘,用于限制弹簧球掉出后盖;
该电子装置还包括一盖板,所述盖板通过卡扣固定于后盖上,用于将弹簧球安装于后盖上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧球的数目为两个,其以枢轴为中心对称分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:第二接触面上还形成有至少一圆弧状的限位槽,其和第一接触面上形成的限位突起配合。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述的限位槽和限位突起的数目分别为两个,限位槽和限位突起分别以枢轴为中心对称分布。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述枢轴为螺钉,其通过和螺母的配合,将支架固定于后盖上。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述支架呈勺状。
