技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏固定支架。
背景技术
随着液晶显示领域的迅猛发展,诸如数码相框、平板电脑等电子产品的日益普及、重力传感器等电子器件的广泛使用,一种能够快速方便实现横竖屏切换的固定支架结构的出现十分必要。同时,由于照片存在横幅和竖幅两种形式,但传统的放置照片的相框却只有一种形式。中国专利201120228049.4公开了一种用于存放照片的横竖两用的相框,其利用了支撑板两条互相垂直的角边实现了相框可以在两个方向站立。然而该支撑板在相框后倾斜设置的方式却并不稳固。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种固定支架,包括背板和支撑轴,所述支撑轴用于支撑所述背板,所述背板具有长边和短边,其中,所述固定支架还设有定位件,所述定位件用于连接所述支撑轴和所述背板,用于使支撑轴固定、支撑背板并实现横竖切换。
所述定位件还包括定位珠和弹簧。
所述定位件连接所述背板的一端的侧面上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。
具体地,所述背板上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述背板上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。
具体地,在所述定位件靠近所述背板的一端设置的所述定位珠的数目为一个。
具体地,所述凹槽数目为四个,所述凹槽开口两两相对,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。
具体地,当定位珠容纳于垂直于长边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为横屏显示,当定位珠容纳于垂直于短边的所述凹槽时,固定支架为竖屏显示。
具体地,所述支撑轴的轴向与背板平面成45°角。
所述定位件与所述支撑轴耦合连接。
所述支撑轴由弹性可变形橡胶材料制成。
此外,所述定位件靠近所述背板的一端、与所述背板平行的切面为四分之三的第一切圆面;所述背板靠近定位件的一端设有突起的立柱,所述突起的立柱与所述背板平行的切面为四分之一的第二切圆面;所述切圆面一与所述切圆面二的尺寸相配合,用以防止定位件从背板脱落。
此外,所述背板的长边和/或短边设有挂耳,用以固定待固定物。或者,所述背板上设有突起框,用以固定待固定物。
本发明提供的固定支架,用以稳固支撑数码相框、平板电脑等电子产品,方便地实现横竖屏显示及切换。

下面结合附图,对本发明实施例提供的横竖两用的固定支架进行详细的说明。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供的横竖两用的固定支架,如图1所示,包括背板101,定位件102和支撑轴103。其中背板101具有背板短边101a和背板长边101b,背板101中间设有与定位件102相配合的圆孔,背板101上设有凹槽101c;定位件102包括定位珠104和弹簧105,定位件102上设有开口102a。
其中,定位件102用于连接支撑轴103和背板101。定位珠104和弹簧105,用于使支撑轴103固定、支撑背板101并实现横竖切换。
定位件102靠近背板101的一端的侧面上设有开口102a,开口102a为孔洞形设计,弹簧105即设置于开口102a的孔洞内部,定位珠104由弹簧105顶出,但因为开口102a的开口直径小于定位珠104的直径,所以定位珠104不会从开口102a的孔洞内部完全弹出来。
背板101上设有凹槽101c。具体地,背板101中间对应圆孔的柱形孔洞内侧面具有凹槽101c。具体地,定位珠104的尺寸与凹槽101c的尺寸相当,从而使得定位件102与背板101的紧固程度最大化。
具体地,在定位件102靠近背板101的一端设置的定位珠104的数目为一个。并且,具体地,凹槽101c的数目为四个,凹槽101c开口两两相对,凹槽101c开口朝向分别与背板101的边缘方向垂直。
假设定位件102上的开口102a的初始朝向为垂直于背板101的长边101b,如图2所示,此时由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下为舒张状态,弹出填充到凹槽101c中。则,当定位件102以垂直与背板101中间的圆孔的中心线为轴转动时,定位件102上的开口102a的朝向将发生变化。由于弹簧105的弹性,定位珠将被背板101中间对应圆孔的柱形孔洞内侧面挤压,被压入定位件102的开口102a中。直到定位件102上的开口102a的朝向垂直于背板101的短边101a时,由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下重新为舒张状态,重新弹出填充到凹槽101c中。此时定位件102与背板101相对转动90°角,完成了图3中由(a)状态背板长边101b水平到(b)状态背板短边101a水平的状态变化,即使得背板由横屏显示转变为竖屏显示。
具体地,支撑轴103的轴向与背板101平面成45°角,如图3中(a)或(b)所示。
定位件102远离背板101的一端设置有突起或凹槽,该突起或凹槽与支撑轴103上设置的凹槽或突起以插拔的方式相连。具体地,如图1所示,定位件102上的设置为凹槽,支撑轴103上的设置为突起。
支撑轴103由弹性可变形橡胶材料制成。此时支撑轴由于具有类似于橡皮泥的性质,使得支撑轴可以任意改变形状,调节背板101的朝向,即背板101相对于观察者的观察角度,极大地方便了用户的观看体验。
实施例二
此外,本发明提供的另一实施例如图4、图5和图6所示。图4为该横竖两用的固定支架的侧视剖视图,加强的定位件102为图4中的阴影部分及嵌装于开口102a中的定位珠104和弹簧105。
定位件102靠近背板101的一端、与背板101平行的切面为四分之三的切圆面一102c,如图5横竖两用的固定支架的正视剖视图中阴影部分所示。特别地,图6为横竖两用的固定支架的局部放大的立体剖面图,当定位件102与背板101分离时,可更加清楚地看到立体的部分四分之三的切圆面一102c。
背板101靠近定位件102的一端设有突起的立柱101d(如图4所示),该突起的立柱101d与背板101平行的切面为四分之一的切圆面二101e(如图5所示)。从图6中可更加清楚地看到立体的部分四分之一的切圆面二101e。
具体的定位过程如下所示:
Step1、定位件102的四分之三的切圆面一102c与背板101的四分之一的切圆面二101e的尺寸相匹配,使得定位件102得以伸进该中空的突起的立柱101d,成为初始位置,两切圆面的相对位置如图7中的(a)所示;
Step2、与实施例一相似,当定位件102以垂直与背板101中间的圆孔的中心线为轴转动时,定位件102上的开口102a的朝向将发生变化,由于细颈102b的存在,使得定位件102的转动不受背板101上突起的立柱101d的限制。需要说明的是,细颈102b的长度h1与突起的立柱101d的高度h2相比较,h1略小于或等于h2;如图6所示;
Step3、定位件102与背板101发生相对转动,直到定位件102上的开口102a的朝向垂直于背板101的短边101a时,由于凹槽101c的存在,定位珠104在弹簧105的作用下重新为舒张状态,重新弹出填充到凹槽101c中,此时定位件102与背板101相对转动90°角,其相对位置如图7中的(b)所示,使得背板由横屏显示转变为竖屏显示。
实施例三
此外,如前所述的横竖两用的固定支架,其正面可以配合固定待固定物。如图8所示,背板101正面与长边101b和短边101a相对的位置均设有挂耳106,用以固定相应尺寸的电子产品,如电子相框、平板电脑、手机等等。当然,挂耳106也可以设置在背板101的长边101b和短边101a上;也可以只在长边101b或短边101a上设置,在此不一一列举。
实施例四
或者,如前所述的横竖两用的固定支架,如图9所示,背板101设置有突起框107,用以在正面配合固定相应尺寸的电子产品。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

1.一种固定支架,包括背板和支撑轴,所述支撑轴用于支撑所述背板,所述背板具有长边和短边,其特征在于,所述固定支架还设有定位件,所述定位件用于连接所述支撑轴和所述背板,使所述支撑轴固定、支撑所述背板以实现横竖切换。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述定位件还包括定位珠和弹簧。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述定位件连接所述背板的一端的侧面上设有开口,所述弹簧设置于所述开口内部,用于顶出所述定位珠。
4.如权利要求3所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有凹槽,用于容纳定位珠,所述定位珠尺寸与所述背板上设置的凹槽尺寸相当。
5.如权利要求4所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述凹槽数目为四个,所述凹槽开口两两相对,所述凹槽开口朝向分别与背板的长边和短边垂直。
