Abstract

L'invention concerne un détecteur de produit défectueux de bouton-pression à griffes pour une machine de boutonnage, comprenant un support de détection et d'induction supérieur (1), un support de détection auxiliaire inférieur (2), un composant capteur (3), un dispositif de commande programmable (4), un module d'induction (5), un compteur (6) et un commutateur de pédale à pied (7) ; une bobine d'induction (8) est disposée au centre du support de détection et d'induction supérieur, une couche d'isolation (9) est agencée sur la surface, la partie de câblage est connectée au module d'induction spécial et connectée à un port d'entrée/sortie de signal du dispositif de commande programmable, et une bobine d'induction auxiliaire (10) est disposée au centre du support de détection auxiliaire inférieur ; et un logement du composant capteur adopte un logement métallique, un fil d'entrée d'alimentation est connecté à un port d'alimentation auxiliaire du dispositif de commande programmable, l'extrémité d'entrée de signal du composant capteur est connectée au port d'entrée/sortie de signal du dispositif de commande programmable.
