下面将结合具体实施例对本发明所提供的一种生活垃圾处理装置处理生活垃圾的工艺流程进行进一步的说明:首先,将生活垃圾倒入垃圾储池,由板式进料机将生活垃圾送入破袋机1内进行破袋将生活垃圾散落出来,然后送入磁选机2内选出磁性材料,例如:磁铁、废电池等;磁选后的生活垃圾再经过涡流机3分选出金属物质,例如:铜、铝等,铜、铝等金属在高温燃烧状态下会成为生成二噁英的催化剂,将金属物质分选出来,不仅有利于金属资源的回收利用,还有利于分选处理过程的顺利进行;
选出磁性物质和金属物质后的生活垃圾进入球磨机4,球磨机4的转动,带动球磨机4内部的钢制球形球磨体运动,球形球磨体在球磨机4内壁上碰撞、摩擦,将生活垃圾进行磨碎,有机物例如餐厨垃圾会被磨成粉末状,无 机物例如布片、沙砾会被磨成颗粒状,球磨处理后颗粒状无机物的粒径≤8mm;
将粉末状有机物和颗粒状无机物放入溶解过滤器5内进行溶解处理,获得不溶于水的漂浮物、不溶于水的沉淀物及有机物溶液,通过格栅除污机51捞出不溶于水的漂浮物,通过砂石分离器52后过滤不溶于水的沉淀物获得有机物溶液,所述不溶于水的漂浮物主要物质为塑料,可通过破碎,造粒,改性成为再生物料,所述不溶于水的沉淀物主要物质为砂石,可用制成水泥砖或填埋;溶解该粉末状有机物和颗粒状无机物的水分一部分来自球磨机4里面磨出的生活垃圾中的水,另一部分来自后面步骤中回收的废水,该废水用于废气处理中的麻石水膜除尘器111,在除尘过程中被高温的废气加热至60℃,该水温能够更好的溶解粉末状有机物,同时对塑料有很好的清洁作用;
将有机物溶液倒入压榨过滤机6进行压滤浓缩处理,压榨过滤后浓缩物为高有机物含量的饼状有机物,压榨过滤后的液体为废水,该废水中的固体含量≤50mg/l;
将饼状有机物放入烘干机7内进行脱水干燥,烘干后的饼状有机物可制成垃圾衍生燃料,制造中保证该燃料尺寸大小均一致,有利于后期使用时燃烧更加充分,该烘干处理采用滚筒式烘干机,筒壁设置有导流翅板;
将垃圾衍生燃料放入气化炉8内进行热分解气化处理,并保证气化炉8的运行效率及安全,获得可燃性气体后,将可燃性气体分别进行除尘和除焦油处理,获得净化的可燃性气体;
将净化的可燃性气体送入内燃机9内进行燃烧发电,燃烧产生的高温烟气送至烘干机7内用于为饼状有机物进行烘干处理提供热能;
在此过程中产生的废水将通过废水处理装置10进行处理,该废水处理装置10与压榨过滤机6相连,依次包括:絮凝沉降器101、砂石过滤器102和活性炭过滤器103,由于废水中的固体物、生化需氧量和化学需氧量含量都较高,需要首先通过絮凝沉降器101加入絮凝剂进行絮凝沉降,之后再经过砂石过滤器102和活性炭过滤器103,经过活性炭过滤之后的水质可达到污水处理三级排放标准,可进行直接排放也可回收利用,若需要更高标准的水质,可在活性炭过滤之后再增加一道超滤过滤装置;
在此过程中产生的废气将通过废气处理装置11进行处理,该废气处理装置11与所述烘干机7相连,依次包括:麻石水膜除尘器111、湿式静电除尘 器112、生物洗涤塔113和臭氧发生器114,废气首先经过麻石水膜除尘器111和湿式静电除尘器112去除颗粒物质,该麻石水膜除尘器111中的水来自回收的废水,接着经过生物洗涤塔113进行脱硫和脱硝处理去除异味,该生物洗涤塔113含有一种生物除臭液,最后经过臭氧发生器114进行氧化分解去除硫化物和氮氧化物,经过上述过程处理后的废气可达到无色无味,颗粒物含量≤10mg/m3,符合无烟、无臭的环保排放标准。
如图2所示的工艺流程图,为本实施例较优的生活垃圾处理装置的工艺流程图。
本实施例提供的生活垃圾处理装置,将生活垃圾通过多级分选出有用物质,并对有用物质进行回收再利用,提高了资源的转化率,同时,处理后的垃圾达到清洁排放的标准,达到环保的要求,实现了生活垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化的处理。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种生活垃圾处理装置,其特征在于,包括依次连接的:破袋机、磁选机、涡流机、球磨机、溶解过滤器、压榨过滤机、烘干机、气化炉和内燃机;其中,
    所述破袋机用于将生活垃圾进行破袋处理,使垃圾散落出来;
    所述磁选机用于将生活垃圾进行磁选处理,选出磁性物质;
    所述涡流机用于将生活垃圾进行涡流分选处理,选出金属物质;
    所述球磨机用于将选出磁性物质和金属物质后的生活垃圾进行球磨处理,获得粉末状有机物和颗粒状无机物;
    所述溶解过滤器用于将粉末状有机物和颗粒状无机物进行溶解过滤处理,获得有机物溶液;
    所述压榨过滤机用于将有机物溶液进行压滤浓缩处理,获得饼状有机物和废水;
    所述烘干机用于将饼状有机物进行烘干处理,获得垃圾衍生燃料和废气;
    所述气化炉用于将垃圾衍生燃料进行热解气化,产生可燃性气体;
    所述内燃机用于将可燃性气体进行燃烧发电。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述压榨过滤机相连的废水处理装置,所述废水处理装置包括依次连接的:絮凝沉降器、砂石过滤器和活性炭过滤器;其中:
    所述絮凝沉降器用于在废水中加入絮凝剂进行絮凝沉降处理;
    所述砂石过滤器用于将进行絮凝沉降处理后的废水进行砂石过滤;
    所述活性炭过滤器用于将进行砂石过滤后的废水进行活性炭过滤。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述烘干机相连的废气处理装置,所述废气处理装置包括依次连接的:麻石水膜除尘器、湿式静电除尘器、生物洗涤塔和臭氧发生器;其中,
    所述麻石水膜除尘器和湿式静电除尘器用于将废气进行除尘去除颗粒物质;
    所述生物洗涤塔用于将去除颗粒物质后的废气进行脱硫和脱硝处理去除 异味;
    所述臭氧发生器用于将去除异味后的废气进行氧化分解去除硫化物和氮氧化物。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理装置,其特征在于,所述溶解过滤器包括依次连接的格栅除污机和砂石分离器;其中,
    所述格栅除污机用于捞出不溶于水的漂浮物;
    所述砂石分离器用于过滤不溶于水的沉淀物。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的生活垃圾处理装置,其特征在于,所述烘干机为滚筒式烘干机,筒壁设置有导流翅板。
