Abstract

予約時に予約申込者から取得する情報を、予約内容に応じて個別に設定できるようにする。予約関連項目の追加要求を受け付けた場合に、店舗単位の追加項目を店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶し、メニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、メニュー単位の追加項目をメニューＮＯに対応付けて記憶し、リソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、リソース単位の追加項目をリソースＮＯに対応付けて記憶し、予約申込画面において、予約の空き枠を有する店舗ＩＤが指定された場合、店舗ＩＤに対応する店舗単位の追加項目への入力を予約申込者に促し、予約の空き枠を有するメニュー番号が指定された場合、メニュー番号に対応するメニュー単位の追加項目への入力を予約申込者に促し、予約の空き枠を有するリソース番号が指定された場合、リソース番号に対応するリソース単位の追加項目への入力を予約申込者に促す。

Description

予約管理装置および予約管理プログラム 関連出願の相互参照
　本出願は、２０１６年３月２８日に出願された日本出願番号（特願）２０１６－０６４０５６号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
　本発明は、予約管理装置および予約管理プログラムに関する。
　従来、予約システム等を利用して予約を行う場合、システムで定められた所定の情報を入力するのが一般的である。下記特許文献１には、インターネットによる予約システムが開示されており、この予約システムでは、予約の際に予約に必要な事項を入力することとしている。

　従来の予約システムでは、特許文献１のように、予約を行う際に入力する項目が予めシステムで定められており、固定されている。しかしながら、予約時に顧客に確認する事項は、各店舗や予約の内容に応じて異なることが多い。従来、システムで定められていない事項を顧客に確認する場合には、店舗の担当者が直接顧客に連絡する等して確認し、メモ等に記録する必要があり、手間がかかる。
　本発明は、上述した課題を解決するためになされたものであり、予約時に予約申込者から取得する情報を、予約内容に応じて個別に設定できるようにすることを目的の一つとする。
　本発明の一態様である予約管理装置は、予約を受ける予約受付者の店舗で管理する予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付ける手段と、前記項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目を、前記店舗を識別する店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段と、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付ける手段と、前記メニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該メニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目を、前記メニュー項目を識別するメニュー番号に対応付けて記憶する手段と、前記サービスを提供する際の資源を特定するリソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付ける手段と、前記リソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該リソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目を、前記リソース項目を識別するリソース番号に対応付けて記憶する手段と、予約を申し込む予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、予約の空き枠に対する予約を申し込む予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記店舗ＩＤが指定された場合に、当該店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記メニュー番号が指定された場合に、当該メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記リソース番号が指定された場合に、当該リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、を備える。
　前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容を店舗追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する予約に関する予約情報に付加して記憶し、前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容をメニュー追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する前記予約情報に付加して記憶し、前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容をリソース追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する前記予約情報に付加して記憶する手段を、さらに備えることとしてもよい。
　前記予約受付者により、前記予約情報を管理する予約管理画面が閲覧された場合に、前記予約情報に含まれる前記店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力、当該予約情報に含まれる前記メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力、および当該予約情報に含まれる前記リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を、前記予約受付者に促す手段を、さらに備えることとしてもよい。
　前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該店舗単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さず、前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該メニュー単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さず、前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該リソース単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さないこととしてもよい。
　前記予約申込者に関する顧客情報の項目を任意に追加するための顧客項目追加要求を受け付ける手段と、前記顧客項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該顧客項目追加要求に含まれる顧客単位の追加項目を、前記予約申込者を識別する顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段と、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面が閲覧された場合に、当該予約申込者の前記顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を当該予約申込者に促す手段と、前記顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容を顧客追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に対応する前記顧客情報に付加して記憶する手段と、をさらに備えることとしてもよい。
　本発明の一態様である予約管理プログラムは、コンピュータを、予約を受ける予約受付者の店舗で管理する予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付ける手段、前記項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目を、前記店舗を識別する店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段、前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付ける手段、前記メニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該メニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目を、前記メニュー項目を識別するメニュー番号に対応付けて記憶する手段、前記サービスを提供する際の資源を特定するリソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付ける手段、前記リソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該リソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目を、前記リソース項目を識別するリソース番号に対応付けて記憶する手段、予約を申し込む予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、予約の空き枠に対する予約を申し込む予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記店舗ＩＤが指定された場合に、当該店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記メニュー番号が指定された場合に、当該メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記リソース番号が指定された場合に、当該リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、として機能させる。
　本開示によれば、予約時に予約申込者から取得する情報を、予約内容に応じて個別に設定することが可能となる。

　以下、本発明の実施形態について図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。なお、同一の要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。
　図１は、本発明の一実施形態に係る予約管理サーバ（予約管理装置）を含む予約管理システムの構成概略図である。同図に示すように、本実施形態における予約管理システム１は、予約管理サーバ２と、１台以上の予約受付者端末３と、１台以上の予約申込者端末４とを備える。予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４はそれぞれ、ネットワークＮを介して予約管理サーバ２と通信できるように構成される。
　予約受付者端末３は、サービスを提供する業者が、後述するイベントの予約を受け付ける予約受付者として使用する端末装置である。予約受付者となり得る業者は、あらゆる業種・業態の業者が対象となる。
　予約申込者端末４は、サービスの提供を受けるユーザが、イベントの予約を申し込む予約申込者として使用する端末装置である。
　イベントは、予約の対象となり得るものであればよい。例示的に、イベントは、後述する予約枠を設定することで生成される予約イベント情報により特定することができる。予約イベント情報には、例えば、予約受付者の顧客ＩＤ、イベントを特定するイベント識別情報、イベントのジャンル、イベントを提供する場所、イベントを提供する時間、イベントに対する料金、イベントに関する補足説明等が含まれる。
　イベントのジャンルは、例えば業種・業態ごとや、提供対象の種類ごとに設けることができ、具体的に、飲食店、病院、スクール、フィットネス、美容サロン、飲食店で提供する各料理（例えばそば屋で提供する天ぷらそば、ざるそば）等が該当する。各ジャンルには、それぞれ複数の階層を任意に設けることができる。例えば、ジャンルが飲食店である場合には、飲食店の下位階層として、レストラン、カフェ、居酒屋等を設け、レストランの下位階層として、和食系、中華系、洋食系等を設け、さらに和食系の下位階層として、寿司屋、そば屋、天ぷら屋等を設けることができる。
　予約枠を設定する方法は、例えば、予約受付タイプに応じて定めることができる。予約受付タイプとして、例示的に、（Ａ）事前設定タイプおよび（Ｂ）自由受付タイプを採用することができる。なお、予約受付タイプは、他のタイプであってもよく、任意に採用することができる。
　（Ａ）事前設定タイプは、予約受付者が事前に設定した予約枠を利用して予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける方式である。（Ｂ）自由受付タイプは、予約受付者が設定したサービス提供時間内に、所望の予約枠を予約申込者に設定させることで予約申込者からの予約を受け付ける方式である。
　予約枠を設定する前に、予約受付者は、例えば、以下の各項目を登録する。予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目、サービスを提供する際の資源（例えば、人、設備、備品等）を特定するリソース項目、リソースが帰属可能なリソースグループ項目、予約定員数項目、予約受付可能日時項目、料金項目。
　ここで、メニュー、リソースグループ、リソースについて、予約受付者の業種・業態ごとに、具体例を挙げて説明する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、歯科医院である場合には、メニューとして、例えば、“初診”、“再診”、“ホワイトニング”等が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“担当医師”が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、担当医師の氏名が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、フィットネススタジオである場合には、メニューとして、例えば、“ホットヨガ”、“ピラティス”等が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“インストラクター”、“オプション”が該当し、“インストラクター”のリソースとして、例えば、インストラクターの氏名が該当し、“オプション”のリソースとして、例えば、“ヨガマット”、“タオル”等が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、学習塾である場合には、メニューとして、例えば、“夏期講習”、“難関校受験コース”等が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、“国語科”、“英語科”、“数学科”等が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、講師の氏名が該当する。
　予約受付者の業種・業態が、貸し会議室である場合には、メニューとして、例えば、“貸し会議室”、“貸しホール”等が該当し、リソースグループとして、例えば、建物の名称、施設の名称等が該当し、リソースとして、例えば、部屋番号が該当する。
　（Ａ）事前設定タイプでは、例えば、予約受付者が、メニュー項目と、そのメニュー項目に対応するサービスを提供する時間帯とを設定することで予約枠が設定される。
　（Ｂ）自由受付タイプでは、例えば、予約受付者がサービス提供時間を設定し、予約申込者がサービス提供時間内から所望する時間帯を指定することで予約枠が設定される。
　本実施形態では、予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４として、ＰＣ（パーソナルコンピュータ）を想定して説明するが、これに限定されない。予約受付者端末３および予約申込者端末４として、例えば、ノートＰＣ、タブレット端末、スマートフォン、携帯電話機、携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）、その他の端末装置を適宜用いることができる。
　予約管理サーバ２は、例えば、演算処理能力の高いコンピュータによって構成され、そのコンピュータにおいて所定のサーバ用プログラムが動作することにより、サーバ機能を実現するものである。ここで、予約管理サーバ２を構成するコンピュータは、必ずしも１台である必要はなく、ネットワークＮ上に分散する複数のコンピュータから構成されてもよい。
　ネットワークＮは、予約管理サーバ２と予約受付者端末３と予約申込者端末４との間で相互に情報を送受信可能な通信網を含む。ネットワークＮは、例えば、インターネット、ＬＡＮ、専用線、電話回線、企業内ネットワーク、移動体通信網、ブルートゥース（登録商標）、ＷｉＦｉ（Wireless Fidelity）、その他の通信回線、それらの組み合わせ等のいずれであってもよく、有線であるか無線であるかを問わない。
　図２に示すように、予約管理サーバ２は、例えば、プロセッサ２０と、通信インタフェース２１と、記憶資源２２とを備える。
　プロセッサ２０は、算術演算、論理演算、ビット演算等を処理する算術論理演算ユニットおよび各種レジスタから構成され、記憶資源２２に格納されているコンピュータプログラム２２０を実行することで、後述する各種機能を実現する。各種レジスタは、例えば、プログラムカウンタ、データレジスタ、命令レジスタ、汎用レジスタ等である。
　通信インタフェース２１は、ネットワークＮに接続し、ネットワークＮ上の他の端末と通信をするためのハードウェアモジュールである。通信インタフェース２１は、例えば、ＩＳＤＮモデム、ＡＤＳＬモデム、ケーブルモデム、光モデム、ソフトモデム等の変調復調装置である。
　記憶資源２２は、例えば、物理デバイスの記憶領域が提供する論理デバイスである。物理デバイスは、例えば、ディスクドライブまたは半導体メモリ等のコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体である。記憶資源２２は、複数の物理デバイスを１つの論理デバイスにマッピングして構築してもよいし、１つの物理デバイスを複数の論理デバイスにマッピングして構築してもよい。記憶資源２２には、コンピュータプログラム２２０が記憶される。
　記憶資源２２には、コンピュータプログラム２２０のほか、予約管理サーバ２の処理に用いられるオペレーティングシステムプログラム、ドライバプログラム、各種データ等が格納される。ドライバプログラムとしては、例えば、通信インタフェース２１を制御するための通信インタフェースドライバプログラム等がある。各種データとしては、例えば、予約マスタＤＢ（データベース）２２２に記憶される予約情報、予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に記憶される予約追加項目情報、顧客マスタＤＢ２２４に記憶される顧客情報、顧客追加項目ＤＢ２２５に記憶される顧客追加項目情報等がある。各データベースのデータ構成について、以下に説明する。
　図３に示すように、予約マスタＤＢ２２２は、予約情報を記憶するデータベースであり、データ項目として、例えば、店舗ＩＤ項目、予約ＩＤ項目、メニューＮＯ項目、リソースＮＯ項目、顧客ＩＤ項目、予約基本情報項目群等を有する。また、後述する予約の追加項目情報を格納するデータ項目が任意に追加される。
　店舗ＩＤ項目は、予約を受け付ける店舗を特定するための識別情報を格納する。予約ＩＤ項目は、予約を特定するための識別情報を格納する。メニューＮＯ項目は、予約するサービスの内容をあらわすメニューを特定するための識別情報を格納する。リソースＮＯ項目は、予約するサービスを提供する際の資源をあらわすリソースを特定するための識別情報を格納する。顧客ＩＤ項目は、予約を申し込む顧客を特定するための識別情報を格納する。
　予約基本情報項目群は、予約に関する基本的な情報を格納するデータ項目群である。予約基本情報項目群には、例えば、氏名項目、フリガナ項目、メールアドレス項目、電話番号項目、提供場所項目、提供時間項目、料金項目、人数項目等のデータ項目が含まれる。
　図４に示すように、予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３は、予約追加項目情報を記憶するデータベースであり、予約追加項目情報の各データ項目は、店舗ＩＤ単位、メニューＮＯ単位またはリソースＮＯ単位に生成される。各データ項目には、例えば、追加項目ＮＯ項目、追加項目内容項目、アクセス権限項目、表示条件項目、必須／任意項目等が含まれる。
　追加項目ＮＯ項目は、追加する項目を特定するための識別情報を格納する。追加項目内容項目は、追加する項目の内容を格納する。この追加項目内容項目には、予約申込者に対して予約時に確認したい事項等を任意に登録することができ、例えば、診察券番号、歯ブラシの持参確認等を登録することができる。また、店舗ＩＤ単位の追加項目内容項目には、店舗に特有の確認事項等を登録し、メニューＮＯ単位の追加項目内容項目には、メニューに特有の確認事項等を登録し、リソースＮＯ単位の追加項目内容項目には、リソースに特有の確認事項等を登録する。
　アクセス権限項目は、追加項目に対するアクセス権限の範囲を格納する。アクセス権限の範囲として、例えば、“予約受付者のみ”、“予約受付者および予約申込者の双方”を設定することができる。
　“予約受付者のみ”を設定した場合には、この項目に対応する追加項目は、予約受付者が閲覧する予約管理画面等には表示されるが、予約申込者が閲覧する予約申込画面等には表示されない。一方、“予約受付者および予約申込者の双方”を設定した場合には、この項目に対応する追加項目は、予約受付者が閲覧する予約管理画面等と、予約申込者が閲覧する予約申込画面等との双方に表示される。
　ここで、上記予約申込画面は、予約の空き枠に対する予約を申し込むための画面であり、上記予約管理画面は、予約情報を管理する画面である。
　表示条件項目は、追加項目を表示する条件を格納する。表示条件として、例えば、表示期間、予約回数等がある。表示期間には、例えば、追加項目を表示する期間を設定する。予約回数には、例えば、追加項目を表示する予約回数を設定する。具体的に、予約回数に“初回”を設定した場合には、初めて予約した予約申込者の予約に対する予約申込画面や予約管理画面等に、追加項目を表示する。
　必須／任意項目は、追加項目が必須入力項目であるのか、任意入力項目であるのかを示す情報を格納する。
　図５に示すように、顧客マスタＤＢ２２４は、顧客情報を記憶するデータベースであり、データ項目として、例えば、店舗ＩＤ項目、顧客ＩＤ項目、顧客基本情報項目等を有する。また、後述する顧客の追加項目情報を格納するデータ項目が任意に追加される。
　店舗ＩＤ項目および顧客ＩＤ項目は、上述した予約マスタＤＢ２２２の店舗ＩＤ項目および顧客ＩＤ項目と同様である。
　顧客基本情報項目は、予約申込者である顧客に関する基本的な情報を格納するデータ項目群である。顧客基本情報項目群には、例えば、氏名項目、フリガナ項目、メールアドレス項目、電話番号項目等のデータ項目が含まれる。
　図６に示すように、顧客追加項目ＤＢ２２５は、顧客追加項目情報を記憶するデータベースであり、顧客追加項目情報の各データ項目は、顧客ＩＤ単位に生成される。各データ項目には、例えば、追加項目ＮＯ項目、追加項目内容項目、アクセス権限項目、表示条件項目、必須／任意項目等が含まれる。追加項目内容項目には、予約申込者に対して予約時に確認したい事項であって、顧客情報として永続的に管理したい事項を任意に登録することができ、例えば、年令等を登録することができる。この追加項目内容項目以外の各データ項目は、上述した予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３の各データ項目と同様であるため、説明を省略する。
　なお、上述したデータベースの構成およびデータベースに格納されるデータ項目の組み合わせは例示に過ぎず、データベースの構成やデータ項目の組み合わせについては、運用するシステムに合わせて適宜変更することができる。
　図２に示すコンピュータプログラム２２０は、所定の処理を行うためのプログラムであり、予約管理サーバ２のメインプログラムの動作中に適宜呼び出されて実行される複数のソフトウェアモジュールを備える。このソフトウェアモジュールは、それぞれ特定の処理を実行するためにモジュール化されたサブプログラムであり、例えば、プロシージャ、サブルーチン、メソッド、関数およびデータ構造等を用いて作成される。
　コンピュータプログラム２２０は、例示的に、予約管理モジュール２２１を有する。以下において、予約管理モジュール２２１を実行することで実現する機能について説明する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、例示的に、（１）予約追加項目設定機能、（２）顧客追加項目設定機能、（３）追加項目提示機能、（４）追加項目付加機能を有する。以下、順に説明する。
　（１）予約追加項目設定機能
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、予約追加項目情報を、店舗単位、メニュー単位、リソース単位にそれぞれ生成し、生成した予約追加項目情報を予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に登録する。以下に具体的に説明する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、予約受付者の店舗で管理する予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、その項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目に関する情報を、店舗ＩＤに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に登録する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、メニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、そのメニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目に関する情報を、メニューＮＯに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に登録する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、リソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、そのリソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目に関する情報を、リソースＮＯに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に登録する。
　上記店舗単位の追加項目に関する情報、上記メニュー単位の追加項目に関する情報、上記リソース単位の追加項目に関する情報は、例えば、店舗単位、メニュー単位、リソース単位に用意されたそれぞれの追加項目設定画面から予約受付者が入力する。それぞれの追加項目設定画面には、図４の予約追加項目情報を構成する追加項目内容項目、アクセス権限項目、表示条件項目、必須／任意項目に格納するデータを入力するための入力欄が設けられる。予約受付者が、各追加項目設定画面からデータの登録を指示すると、入力されたデータを含む項目追加要求、メニュー追加要求、リソース追加要求がそれぞれ予約管理サーバ２に送信される。
　（２）顧客追加項目設定機能
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、顧客追加項目情報を顧客単位に生成し、生成した顧客追加項目情報を顧客追加項目ＤＢ２２５に登録する。以下に具体的に説明する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、顧客情報の項目を任意に追加するための顧客項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、その顧客項目追加要求に含まれる顧客単位の追加項目に関する情報を、予約申込者の顧客ＩＤに対応付けて顧客追加項目ＤＢ２２５に登録する。
　上記顧客単位の追加項目に関する情報は、例えば、顧客用の追加項目設定画面から予約受付者が入力する。顧客用の追加項目設定画面には、図６の顧客追加項目情報を構成する追加項目内容項目、アクセス権限項目、表示条件項目、必須／任意項目に格納するデータを入力するための入力欄が設けられる。予約受付者が、顧客用の追加項目設定画面からデータの登録を指示すると、入力されたデータを含む顧客項目追加要求が予約管理サーバ２に送信される。
　（３）追加項目提示機能
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込画面において、予約追加項目ＤＢ２２３に登録されている予約追加項目情報に対応する店舗、メニュー、リソースのうち、予約の空き枠を有する店舗、メニュー、リソースが予約申込者により指定された場合に、その指定された店舗、メニュー、リソースに対応する予約追加項目情報に基づいて、予約の追加項目を入力するための入力欄を予約申込画面に追加し、予約申込者に提示する。以下に具体的に説明する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込者の操作指示に従い、予約申込画面において予約の空き枠がある店舗ＩＤが指定された場合に、その店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている店舗単位の追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加し、予約申込者に入力するように促す。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込者の操作指示に従い、予約申込画面において予約の空き枠があるメニューＮＯが指定された場合に、そのメニューＮＯに対応付けて記憶されているメニュー単位の追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加し、予約申込者に入力するように促す。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込者の操作指示に従い、予約申込画面において予約の空き枠があるリソースＮＯが指定された場合に、そのリソースＮＯに対応付けて記憶されているリソース単位の追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加し、予約申込者に入力するように促す。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、上記各入力欄を追加する際に、予約追加項目情報のアクセス権限を参照し、アクセス権限が“予約受付者のみ”である場合には、その追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加しない。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、上記各入力欄を追加する際に、予約追加項目情報の表示条件を参照し、表示条件を満たさない場合には、その追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加しない。
　また、予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込画面を閲覧する予約申込者が顧客追加項目ＤＢ２２５に登録されている顧客追加項目情報に対応する顧客である場合には、その顧客に対応する顧客追加項目情報に基づいて、顧客の追加項目を入力するための入力欄を予約申込画面にさらに追加し、予約申込者に提示する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、顧客の追加項目の入力欄を追加する際に、顧客追加項目情報のアクセス権限を参照し、アクセス権限が“予約受付者のみ”である場合には、その追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加しない。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、顧客の追加項目の入力欄を追加する際に、顧客追加項目情報の表示条件を参照し、表示条件を満たさない場合には、その追加項目の入力欄を予約申込画面に追加しない。
　また、予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約受付者により、予約管理画面が閲覧された場合に、予約情報に含まれる店舗ＩＤに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢに登録されている店舗単位の追加項目を入力するための入力欄、予約情報に含まれるメニューＮＯに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢに登録されているメニュー単位の追加項目を入力するための入力欄、および予約情報に含まれるリソースＮＯに対応付けて予約追加項目ＤＢに登録されているリソース単位の追加項目を入力するための入力欄を、予約管理画面に追加し、予約受付者に提示する。この場合、予約管理モジュール２２１は、上記各入力欄を追加する際に、予約追加項目情報の表示条件を参照し、表示条件を満たさない場合には、その追加項目の入力欄を予約管理画面に追加しない。
　（４）追加項目付加機能
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込画面および／または予約管理画面に追加した予約追加項目に関する各入力欄への入力を受け付けた場合に、入力された各内容を、店舗、メニューまたはリソースの追加項目情報として予約申込者の予約情報に付加し、予約マスタＤＢ２２２に登録する。
　予約管理モジュール２２１は、予約申込画面に追加した顧客追加項目に関する入力欄への入力を受け付けた場合に、入力された内容を顧客の追加項目情報として予約申込者の顧客情報に付加し、顧客マスタＤＢ２２４に登録する。
　上述したように、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付けた場合には、項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目を店舗ＩＤに対応付けて登録し、メニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合には、メニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目をメニューＮＯに対応付けて登録し、リソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付けた場合には、リソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目をリソースＮＯに対応付けて登録することができる。
　また、予約申込者の操作指示に従って、予約の空き枠を有する店舗ＩＤが予約申込画面で指定された場合には、店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を予約申込者に促し、予約の空き枠を有するメニューＮＯが予約申込画面で指定された場合には、メニューＮＯに対応付けて記憶されているメニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を予約申込者に促し、予約の空き枠を有するリソースＮＯが予約申込画面で指定された場合には、リソースＮＯに対応付けて記憶されているリソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を予約申込者に促すことができる。
　それゆえ、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、予約時に予約申込者から取得する情報を、予約内容に応じて個別に設定することが可能となる。
　また、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、予約申込者または予約受付者の操作指示に従って、店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合には、その入力された内容を店舗追加項目情報として、予約申込者に対応する予約情報に付加して登録し、メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合には、その入力された内容をメニュー追加項目情報として、予約申込者に対応する予約情報に付加して登録し、リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合には、その入力された内容をリソース追加項目情報として、予約申込者に対応する予約情報に付加して登録することができる。
　また、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、予約受付者により予約管理画面が閲覧された場合には、予約情報に含まれる店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力、予約情報に含まれるメニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されているメニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力、および予約情報に含まれるリソース番号に対応付けて記憶されているリソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を、予約受付者に促すことができる。
　また、実施形態における予約管理システム１によれば、予約受付者の操作指示に従って、顧客情報の項目を任意に追加するための顧客項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、顧客項目追加要求に含まれる顧客単位の追加項目を、予約申込者の顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶することができ、予約申込者により予約申込画面が閲覧された場合に、予約申込者の顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を予約申込者に促すことができ、顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合には、その入力された内容を顧客追加項目情報として、予約申込者に対応する顧客情報に付加して登録することができる。
　[変形例]
　なお、本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において、他の様々な形で実施することができる。このため、上記実施形態はあらゆる点で単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈されるものではない。例えば、上述した各処理ステップは処理内容に矛盾を生じない範囲で任意に順番を変更し、または並列に実行することができる。
　また、上述した実施形態では、予約を申し込む際に、予約申込者が予約申込者端末４に表示される予約申込画面を操作しながら予約を申し込む場合について説明したが、予約を申し込む方法は、これに限定されない。例えば、予約受付者が、予約受付者端末３に予約申込画面を表示させ、予約申込者から電話連絡等を受けた予約受付者が予約申込画面を操作しながら予約の申し込みを代行することとしてもよい。
　また、上述した実施形態において、予約追加項目情報および顧客追加項目情報に、追加項目への入力形式を指定するための入力形式項目を追加することとしてもよい。入力形式として、例えば、入力フォーム、ラジオボタン、プルダウンメニュー等が該当する。
　また、上述した実施形態では、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４が、予約管理サーバ２にアクセスしながら処理を行うことを前提に説明しているが、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４は、必ずしも予約管理サーバ２にアクセスしながら処理を行う必要はない。例えば、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４が、予約管理アプリケーション（予約管理アプリ）をインストールして、上述した予約管理システムの各種機能を実現することとしてもよい。この場合、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４は、予約管理サーバ２から最新の情報を取得して処理を実行し、予約受付者端末３や予約申込者端末４内で処理されたデータを予約管理サーバ２に送信することとすればよい。
　また、実施形態におけるプログラムは、ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ等の光学ディスク、磁気ディスク、半導体メモリなどの各種の記録媒体（コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体）を通じて、または通信ネットワークなどを介してダウンロードすることにより、コンピュータにインストールまたはロードすることができる。
　本発明に係る予約管理装置および予約管理プログラムは、予約時に予約申込者から取得する情報を、予約内容に応じて個別に設定することに適している。

Claims (6)

  1. 　予約を受ける予約受付者の店舗で管理する予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付ける手段と、
    　前記項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目を、前記店舗を識別する店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段と、
    　前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付ける手段と、
    　前記メニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該メニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目を、前記メニュー項目を識別するメニュー番号に対応付けて記憶する手段と、
    　前記サービスを提供する際の資源を特定するリソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付ける手段と、
    　前記リソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該リソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目を、前記リソース項目を識別するリソース番号に対応付けて記憶する手段と、
    　予約を申し込む予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、予約の空き枠に対する予約を申し込む予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記店舗ＩＤが指定された場合に、当該店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、
    　前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記メニュー番号が指定された場合に、当該メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、
    　前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記リソース番号が指定された場合に、当該リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、
    　を備える予約管理装置。
  2. 　前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容を店舗追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する予約に関する予約情報に付加して記憶し、
    　前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容をメニュー追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する前記予約情報に付加して記憶し、
    　前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容をリソース追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する前記予約情報に付加して記憶する手段を、
    　さらに備える請求項１記載の予約管理装置。
  3. 　前記予約受付者により、前記予約情報を管理する予約管理画面が閲覧された場合に、前記予約情報に含まれる前記店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力、当該予約情報に含まれる前記メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力、および当該予約情報に含まれる前記リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を、前記予約受付者に促す手段を、
    　さらに備える請求項２記載の予約管理装置。
  4. 　前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該店舗単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さず、
    　前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該メニュー単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さず、
    　前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を促す手段は、当該リソース単位の追加項目に対するアクセス権限が前記予約申込者に付与されていない場合には、当該リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者に促さない、
    　請求項１～３のいずれか１項に記載の予約管理装置。
  5. 　前記予約申込者に関する顧客情報の項目を任意に追加するための顧客項目追加要求を受け付ける手段と、
    　前記顧客項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該顧客項目追加要求に含まれる顧客単位の追加項目を、前記予約申込者を識別する顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段と、
    　前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面が閲覧された場合に、当該予約申込者の前記顧客ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を当該予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段と、
    　前記顧客単位の追加項目に対する入力を受け付けた場合に、当該入力された内容を顧客追加項目情報として、前記予約申込者に対応する前記顧客情報に付加して記憶する手段と、
    　をさらに備える請求項１～４のいずれか１項に記載の予約管理装置。
  6. 　コンピュータを、
    　予約を受ける予約受付者の店舗で管理する予約関連項目を任意に追加するための項目追加要求を受け付ける手段、
    　前記項目追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該項目追加要求に含まれる店舗単位の追加項目を、前記店舗を識別する店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶する手段、
    　前記予約受付者が提供するサービスの内容を特定するメニュー項目を任意に追加するためのメニュー追加要求を受け付ける手段、
    　前記メニュー追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該メニュー追加要求に含まれるメニュー単位の追加項目を、前記メニュー項目を識別するメニュー番号に対応付けて記憶する手段、
    　前記サービスを提供する際の資源を特定するリソース項目を任意に追加するためのリソース追加要求を受け付ける手段、
    　前記リソース追加要求を受け付けた場合に、当該リソース追加要求に含まれるリソース単位の追加項目を、前記リソース項目を識別するリソース番号に対応付けて記憶する手段、
    　予約を申し込む予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、予約の空き枠に対する予約を申し込む予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記店舗ＩＤが指定された場合に、当該店舗ＩＤに対応付けて記憶されている前記店舗単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、
    　前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記メニュー番号が指定された場合に、当該メニュー番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記メニュー単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、
    　前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者により、前記予約申込画面において予約の空き枠を有する前記リソース番号が指定された場合に、当該リソース番号に対応付けて記憶されている前記リソース単位の追加項目に対する入力を前記予約申込者および／または前記予約受付者に促す手段、
    　として機能させる予約管理プログラム。
