Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un plateau combiné d'engrais de croissance/engrais de démarrage de semis de riz, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) battre une pâte de paille, l'indice d'égouttage étant régulé dans une plage de 40 à 45 °SR, le poids humide étant compris entre 3,0 et 3,5 g; (2) mélanger un engrais organique et la pâte de paille selon un rapport de poids de 8:2, puis ajouter un amidon de maïs, un agent de résistance à l'humidité de papier et un agent d'étanchéité à l'eau et d'imperméabilisation de papier; (3) injecter les matériaux de l'étape (2) dans un moule de plateau pour la mise en forme; et (4) pulvériser un engrais de croissance de semis sur la surface du plateau mis en forme, et le sécher pour obtenir un plateau combiné d'engrais de croissance/engrais de démarrage de semis de riz. Le procédé fournit des opérations faciles ainsi qu'un petit investissement et un effet rapide, et obtient la combinaison d'un engrais de croissance de semis et d'un engrais de démarrage dans un plateau de croissance de semis, et une production de riz-paille-riz cyclique.
