图4是本发明一种具体实施方式的移动终端通话重拨装置的逻辑框图。
本文中描述的各种技术可用于各种无线通信系统,例如当前2G、3G、4G通信系统,例如全球移动通信系统(GSM,Global System for Mobile communications)、码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)系统、时分多址(TDMA,Time Division Multiple Access)系统、宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Wireless)系统、频分多址(FDMA,Frequency Division Multiple Addressing)系统、正交频分多址(OFDMA,Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access)系统、单载波频分多址(SC-FDMA,Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Addressing)系统、通用分组无线业务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)系统、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)系统,以及其他此类通信系统。
移动终端可以是无线终端,无线终端可以是只向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备、具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如,RAN,Radio Access Network)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动终端(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(PCS,Personal Communication Service)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(SIP)话机、无线本地环路(WLL,Wireless Local Loop)站、个人数字助理(PDA,Personal Digital Assistant)等设备。无线终端也可以称为订户单元(Subscriber Unit)、订户站(Subscriber Station),移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、远程站(Remote Station)、接入点(Access Point)、远程终端(Remote Terminal)、接入终端(Access Terminal)、用户设备(User Terminal)、用户代理(User Agent)、用户设备(User Device)、或用户装备(User Equipment)。
图1是本发明移动终端通话重拨方法的一种具体实施方式的流程图。所述方法包括:
步骤110:判断监听主叫方移动终端是否接收到运营商提示信息。
在电话通信的过程中,电话的主叫方首先要通过拨号呼叫被叫方,在通常状态下,会出现“接通”与“未接通”两种状态,其中,在“未接通”的
状态通常会是不在服务区、关机或信号不好无法接听的情况造成的。在这些情况下,通常运营商会根据具体情况发送语音提示,例如:在被叫方的移动终端关机的情况下,运营商会提示“对方的电话已关机,请稍后再拨”的语音;在被叫方的移动终端信号较差的情况下,运营商会提示“您拨打的电话无法接通,请稍后再拨”等。
在上述情况下,需要对不能接通的通话进行重拨。本发明实施例提出了一种根据识别运营商语音提示的方法,可以通过识别运营商推送的提示信息进行快速重拨。
首先,主叫方在拨打了被叫方的电话后,开始监听主叫方的移动终端收到的语音信息。在对方无法接通的状态下,运营商会根据对被叫方移动终端的检测发送相应的消息。
在被叫方接通电话进行正常通话时,主叫方会检测到相应的接通信号。在一个实施例中,在Android系统中,实现手机电话状态的监听,可以依靠两个类:TelephoneManger和PhoneStateListener。
对PhoneStateListener.LISTEN_CALL_STATE监测的主要静态成员常量包括:
int CALL_STATE_IDLE空闲状态;
int CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK摘机状态,表示至少有个电话活动,该活动或是拨打(dialing)或是通话,或是on hold;
ringing、waiting表示没有电话。
在上述实施例中,可以通过监测int CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK来判断电话是否接通。如果接通,则关闭对运营商提示信息进行监听。
步骤120:判断接收到所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。在监听到运营商发送的提示消息后,作为主叫方的移动终端,如果在被叫方未接通的情况下接收到来自网络侧的语音识别信息,则认为该运营商提示信息是来自运营商的语音提示信息。
在接收到来自运营商的提示信息后,需要对所述提示信息进行判断,以确定其是否属于预定的语音提示信息,从而决定后续主叫方是否启动重拨。其中,预定的语音提示信息是指表征适于重播的情况的信息。例如,当接收到来自运营商的提示信息是“您拨打的用户已停机”,则表明该用户会在相当
长的一段时间内无法接通,没有必要启动重拨;如果来自运营商的提示信息是“您拨打的用户忙,请稍后再拨”,则表明需要在一段时间后启动重拨。
在一个优选实施例中,运营商提示信息是运营商通过听筒向用户播放的语音。在该实施例中,首先采集播放的语音,然后对语音进行识别,以提取出语音中的相关数据,从而确定其是否属于预定的语音提示信息。在本实施例中,对播放语音的识别可以通过各种适合的语音识别模块来实现,例如,siri软件模块等。语音识别模块对向用户播放的语音进行识别后,将识别后输出的数据与预定的语音提示信息进行对比,如果属于预定的语音提示信息,则在后续步骤中进行重拨。
在另一个优选实施例中,运营商提示信息是来自网络侧表示运营商提示信息的音频流媒体文件,在该实施例中,可以直接读取流文件中的数据,通过对所述数据的识别,判断出所述数据是否属于预定的语音提示信息。在该实施例中,数据的识别仍然可以通过上面提及的语音识别模块来实现,但不必对话筒中的语音进行采集,处理过程更加快捷。在该实施例中,流媒体文件是指在Internet/Intranet中使用流式传输技术的连续时基媒体,如:音频、视频或多媒体文件,可以基于例如资源预留协议(RSVP)、实时传输协议(RTP)、实时传输控制协议(RTCP)、微软流媒体服务协议(MMS)、实时流传输协议(RTSP)或多目因特网电子邮件扩展协议(MIME)等协议中的一种。流媒体文件的格式可以是avi、mpeg、dat等格式的文件。
判断是否属于预定的语音提示信息可以通过关键词比较的方法来实现,具体地,在预设的语音提示信息集合中包括多个关键词,例如“用户忙”、“关机”、“无法接通”等。在通过识别获取运营商提示信息后,查询所述获取运营商提示信息中是否存在预设语音提示信息集合中的各个元素。如果存在,则表明该运营商提示信息属于预定的语音提示信息;如果不存在,则表明该运营商提示信息不属于预定的语音提示信息。其中,预设的语音提示信息集合中可以尽可能多地包含表示关键词的同义词、近义词,以便更准确、全面地实现判断步骤。
所述运营商提示信息不属于预定音频信息,则返回步骤110,继续进行监听。
步骤130:如果所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息,主叫方移动终端
重新拨打被叫方移动终端。重拨与拨打的通信过程相同,在此不再赘述。
在实现该步骤的一个优选实施例中,针对提示信息设定相应的重拨间隔时间,由于不同运营商提示信息意味着被叫方处于不同的状态,可能需要不同的时间才能恢复到可以接听电话的状态。例如,当运营商提示信息是“您拨打的电话无法接通,请稍后再拨”时,表明被叫方目前可能是由于信号不好无法接听,因此可能需要较长的时间间隔(例如30-50秒)再重拨;当运营商提示信息是“您拨打的电话忙,请稍后再拨”时,表明被叫方是由于暂时有其他通话,因此可能需要较短的时间间隔(例如10-20秒)再重拨。因此,对于不同运营商提示信息,可以间隔不同的时间进行重拨,以提高重拨的效率和成功率。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端通话重拨装置200,如图2所示,所述装置200包括提示信息监听模块210、提示信息判断模块220、重拨模块230。其中:
提示信息监听模块210用于监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息。主叫方在拨打了被叫方的电话后,开始监听主叫方的移动终端收到的语音信息。在对方无法接通的状态下,运营商会根据对被叫方移动终端的检测发送相应的消息。提示信息监听模块210可以通过相应的软件模块实现,例如,Android在电话状态改变是会发送action为android.intent.action.PHONE_STATE的广播,可以通过设置相应的广播接收器来实现对广播的监听。
提示信息监听模块210包括接通状态识别单元211,接通状态识别单元211用于判断主叫方与接听方之间是否已接通,当主叫方与接听方之间未接通时,停止监听所述运营商提示信息。
根据前面的描述,作为一个实施例,接通状态识别单元211可以通过监测PhoneStateListener.LISTEN_CALL_STATE中的参数int CALL_STATE_OFFHOOK来判断电话是否接通来实现。
提示信息判断模块220用于当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。
在一个优选实施例中,提示信息判断模块220可以包括语音识别单元,当所述运营方提示信息为通过语音播放装置向用户播放的语音时,语音识别单元用于通过识别向用户播放的语音判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音
频信息。语音识别单元可以通过各种适合的语音识别模块来实现,例如,苹果公司的siri软件模块等。
在另一个优选实施例中,提示信息判断模块220可以包括音频流媒体文件识别单元,当所述运营方提示信息为音频流媒体文件时,音频流媒体文件识别单元用于通过识别音频流媒体文件中的数据判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。音频流媒体文件识别单元的数据输入端口不需要采集运营商反馈的语音,而是直接采集运营商反馈的语音数据文件,从数据文件中识别语音信息。音频流媒体文件识别单元也可以采用语音识别模块来实现。
重拨模块230用于当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时重新拨打被叫方。
在一个优选实施例中,所述重拨模块230包括时间设定单元231,由于不同运营商提示信息意味着被叫方处于不同的状态,可能需要不同的时间才能恢复到可以接听电话的状态。因此,对于不同运营商提示信息,可以间隔不同的时间进行重拨,以提高重拨的效率和成功率。所述时间设定单元231可以通过定时器等程序模块来实现,根据接收到的运营商提示信息设定不同的预定时间间隔,在预定时间间隔后主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
本发明实施例还提供一种移动通信终端300,所述移动通信终端300包括上面描述的移动终端通话重拨装置200,通话重拨装置200包括提示信息监听模块210、提示信息判断模块220、重拨模块230。其中,提示信息监听模块用于监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;提示信息判断模块用于当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;重拨模块用于当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时重新拨打被叫方。本发明实施例的移动通信终端300在于在其中设置了可以基于运营商的语音提示信息进行重拨的移动终端通话重拨装置,移动终端通话重拨装置200的原理与实现方式已经在上面进行了描述,在此不再赘述。
图4是本发明一种具体实施方式的移动终端通话重拨装置的逻辑框图,该装置包括:
处理器401、存储器402、通信接口403和总线404;其中,
所述处理器401、存储器402、通信接口403通过所述总线404完成相互间的通信;
所述通信接口403用于移动终端与服务器的通信设备之间的信息传输;
所述处理器404用于调用所述存储器402中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;
步骤110:监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;
步骤120:当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;
步骤130:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
参见图1,本实施例公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:
步骤110:监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;
步骤120:当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;
步骤130:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
本实施例公开了一种存储介质,用于存储如上述的计算机程序。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (14)
- 一种移动终端通话重拨方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:步骤110:监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;步骤120:当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;步骤130:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤110包括:判断主叫方与接听方之间是否已接通,当主叫方与接听方之间未接通时,停止监听所述运营商提示信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤120为:所述运营方提示信息为音频流媒体文件,当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,通过识别音频流媒体文件中的数据,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤120为:所述运营方提示信息为通过语音播放装置向用户播放的语音,当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,通过识别向用户播放的语音,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤130包括:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,根据接收到的运营商提示信息设定不同的预定时间间隔,在预定时间间隔后主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
- 一种移动终端通话重拨装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:提示信息监听模块、提示信息判断模块、重拨模块,其中:提示信息监听模块用于监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;提示信息判断模块用于当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;重拨模块用于当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时重新拨打被叫方。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,提示信息监听模块包括接通状态识别单元,接通状态识别单元用于判断主叫方与接听方之间是否已接 通,当主叫方与接听方之间未接通时,停止监听所述运营商提示信息。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,提示信息判断模块包括音频流媒体文件识别单元,当所述运营方提示信息为音频流媒体文件时,音频流媒体文件识别单元用于通过识别音频流媒体文件中的数据判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,提示信息判断模块包括语音识别单元,当所述运营方提示信息为通过语音播放装置向用户播放的语音时,语音识别单元用于通过识别向用户播放的语音判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,重拨模块包括时间设定单元,所述时间设定单元用于当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时根据接收到的运营商提示信息设定不同的预定时间间隔,在预定时间间隔后,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
- 一种移动通信终端,其特征在于,所述移动通信终端包括移动终端通话重拨装置,所述装置包括:提示信息监听模块、提示信息判断模块、重拨模块,其中:提示信息监听模块用于监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;提示信息判断模块用于当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;重拨模块用于当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时重新拨打被叫方。
- 一种移动终端通话重拨装置,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;其中,所述处理器、存储器、通信接口通过所述总线完成相互间的通信;所述通信接口用于所述解码服务器器与本地服务器的通信设备之间的信息传输;所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中的逻辑指令,以执行如下方法;步骤110:监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;步骤120:当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;步骤130:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
- 一种计算机程序,其特征在于,包括程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如下操作:步骤110:监听主叫方是否接收到运营商提示信息;步骤120:当主叫方接收到运营商提示信息时,判断所述运营商提示信息是否属于预定音频信息;步骤130:当所述运营商提示信息属于预定音频信息时,主叫方重新拨打被叫方。
- 一种存储介质,用于存储如权利要求13所述的计算机程序。
