本申请要求于2016年3月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610182713.3发明名称为“多媒体播放状态切换方法、装置以及车载播放器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明实施例涉及多媒体技术,尤其涉及一种多媒体播放状态切换方法、装置以及车载播放器。
随着汽车行业快速地发展,大屏幕设备安装在汽车上越来越多。大屏幕能够播放视频,司机可以在驾驶时观看视频。大屏幕设备的设置极大丰富了司机开车无聊枯燥的状态。但是,一方面,对于处于行驶状态的司机来说,边开车边观看视频是一种不明智的作法。另一方面,对于处于驻车状态的司机来说,利用驻车的时间观看娱乐节目是一种不错的选择。
在实现本发明实施例过程中,发明人发现现有技术存在以下问题:现有的车载播放器在行车或者驻车状态下,均没有切换播放状态。当前是视频播放状态,无论汽车是处于行车状态还是驻车状态,车载播放器一直持续播放视频。当前是音频播放状态,无论汽车是处于行车状态还是驻车状态,车载播放器一直持续播放音频。此种车载播放器的播放模式极大影响了用户的产品体验感。
【发明内容】
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明实施例目的旨在提供一种多媒体播放状态切换方法、多媒体播放状态切换装置以及车载播放器,其解决了现有技术不能够根据当前车辆状态将车载播放装置切换至对应的多媒体播放状态的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供以下技术方案:
在第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种多媒体播放状态切换方法,包括以下步骤:
获取当前车辆状态切换信息;
根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。

获取单元,用于获取当前车辆状态切换信息;

在本发明实施例中,通过获取当前车辆状态切换信息,根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态,解决了现有技术不能够根据当前车辆状态将车载播放装置切换至对应的多媒体播放状态的技术问题,从而使驾驶员能够专心地驾驶,提高了驾驶安全性和用户体验感。

实施例一:
请参考图1,图1是本发明实施例一提供一种多媒体播放状态切换方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,本发明实施例的方法,包括以下步骤:
S11、获取当前车辆状态切换信息;
在步骤S11中,所述当前车辆状态切换信息包括行车状态与驻车状态之间相互切换。此处,获取能够评价当前车辆行驶状态的信息,并将该获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系,得到当前车辆状态切换信息。
在本实施例中,可以根据车辆刹车系统信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。此处的车辆刹车系统包括脚刹车系统和手刹车驻车系统,因此,车辆刹车系统信息既可以来源于脚刹车系统,又可以来源于手刹车驻车系统。脚刹车系统或手刹车驻车系统将来自于踏板、手刹、刹车泵、真空助力泵、刹车钳、刹车盘等动作信息传输至分析系统,由分析系统根据评价当前车辆行驶状态的标准得出获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系。比如,当该获取信息是刹车时间,如果刹车时间超过预设时间,则将当前车辆状态是驻车状态;如果刹车时间低于预设时间,则将当前车辆状态是行车状态。具体的,刹车传感器采集当前车辆的刹车信息,分析系统对该刹车信息进行分析,当车辆的刹车或者驻车超过30秒时,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是驻车状态。当车辆的刹车或者驻车低于30秒时,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是行车状态。又比如压力传感器采集真空助力泵的压力信息,分析系统对该压力信息进行分析,当该压力信息在预
设时间内持续高于预设值,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是行车状态。当该压力信息在预设时间内持续低于预设值,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是驻车状态。此处,当然还可以通过设置在各个刹车系统内的传感器以得知当前车辆状态。
除了在车辆的刹车系统上获取当前车辆状态切换信息,在本实施例中,还可以根据车辆速度信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。此处,如果速度超过预设数值,则车辆状态是行车状态;如果速度低于预设数值,则车辆状态是驻车状态。车辆速度信息的获取可以来源设置于车辆上的速度传感器,也可以来源于导航定位系统。其中,此处的导航定位系统可以是车辆自身携带的车载导航系统,也可以来源于用户随身携带的智能手机中导航系统或者APP导航软件。
在本实施例中,当前车辆状态切换信息的获取来源除了基于车辆状态信息的判断来获取,还可以来源于用户对当前车辆行驶状态的判断。比如,在驾驶员的驾驶位附件设置一图像获取装置,该图像获取装置获取驾驶员对当前车辆状态判断的手势。比如,驾驶员用手画一横,该图像获取装置获取该手势,并将该手势解析是“当前车辆状态是行车状态”。驾驶员用手画一个圆圈,该图像获取装置将该手势解析是“当前车辆状态是驻车状态”。
进一步的,本实施例所提供的关于获取当前车辆状态切换信息的方式是多种多样的。只要存在能够获取评价当前车辆行驶状态的信息,并将该获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系的方式,均落入本发明实施例构思保护范围之内。
S12、根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
在步骤S12中,所述多媒体播放状态的信息包括播放音视频文件、
播放音视频文件中的音频内容以及播放音频文件。此处的播放音视频文件采用AVI、ASF、WMV、MPEG、AVS、FLV、MKV、MOV、3GP、MP4、MPG等等其他格式文件,播放音频文件采用MP3、AAC、WAV、MP2、MPC等等其他格式文件。
在本实施例中,从步骤S11得出当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,则切换至播放音视频文件;从步骤S11得出当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,则切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
本实施例提供的方法能够根据当前车辆状态,切换至对应的多媒体播放状态。比如,本实施例提供的方法将播放装置切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放其他音频文件,使处于行车状态的司机,在不影响错过某段视频的内容情节的同时,又能够目注当前驾驶路面,从而提高了驾驶安全性和用户体验感。本实施例提供的方法将播放装置切换至播放音视频文件,使处于驻车状态的司机,可以利用驻车时枯燥的时间自我娱乐,从而提高用户体验感。
实施例二:
请参考图2,图2是本发明实施例二提供一种多媒体播放状态切换方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,在本实施例中,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
S21、获取当前车辆状态切换信息;
本实施例的步骤S21的实施方式按照实施例一中步骤S11的实施方式来实施,在此不必赘述。
S22、判断所述当前车辆状态切换信息和车辆即时响应信息之间的优先权;
在本实施例的步骤S22中,此处的车辆即时响应信息包括来电接
听事件、导航语音提醒事件、闹钟提醒事件。其中,上述事件的优先权级别从高到底依次是:来电接听事件、当前车辆状态切换信息、导航语音提醒事件、闹钟提醒事件。上述事件的优先权是预先设定的,用户可以根据自己的情况自行调节上述事件的优先权级别。
S23、根据优先权的判别结果,切换至相应的事件。
在本实施例的步骤S23中,如果所述当前车辆状态切换信息的优先权高于当前车辆即时响应信息的优先权,则将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
此处的多媒体播放状态的信息包括播放音视频文件、播放音视频文件中的音频内容以及播放音频文件。此处的播放音视频文件采用AVI、ASF、WMV、MPEG、AVS、FLV、MKV、MOV、3GP、MP4、MPG等等其他格式文件,播放音频文件采用MP3、AAC、WAV、MP2、MPC等等其他格式文件。
在本实施例中,从步骤S21得出当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,从步骤S22得出当前车辆即时响应信息拥有最高优先权,则切换至播放音视频文件;从步骤S21得出当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,从步骤S22得出当前车辆即时响应信息拥有最高优先权,则切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
本实施例提供的方法能够根据当前车辆状态,切换至对应的多媒体播放状态。比如,本实施例提供的方法将播放装置切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件,使处于行车状态的司机,在不影响错过某段视频的内容情节的同时,又能够目注当前驾驶路面,从而提高了驾驶安全性和用户体验感。本实施例提供的方法将播放装置切换至播放音视频文件,使处于驻车状态的司机,可以利用
驻车时枯燥的时间自我娱乐,从而提高用户体验感。
在本实施例的步骤S23中,如果所述当前车辆状态切换信息的优先权低于当前车辆即时响应信息的优先权,则切换至当前车辆即时响应信息对应的事件。
本实施例通过判别各类事件的优先权关系,从而使各类事件能够有条不紊地得以执行。
实施例三:
作为本发明实施例又一方面,本发明实施例三提供了一种多媒体播放状态切换装置。请参考图3,图3是本发明实施例三提供的一种多媒体播放状态切换装置3的示意图。如图3所示,多媒体播放状态切换装置3包括:
获取单元31,用于获取当前车辆状态切换信息,
切换单元32,用于根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
在本实施例中,所述当前车辆状态切换信息包括行车状态与驻车状态之间相互切换。此处,获取单元31获取能够评价当前车辆行驶状态的信息,并将该获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系,得到当前车辆状态切换信息。
在本实施例中,可以根据车辆刹车系统信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。此处的车辆刹车系统包括脚刹车系统和手刹车驻车系统,因此,车辆刹车系统信息既可以来源于脚刹车系统,又可以来源于手刹车驻车系统。脚刹车系统或手刹车驻车系统将来自于踏板、手刹、刹车泵、真空助力泵、刹车钳、刹车盘等动作信息传输至分析系统,由分析系统根据评价当前车辆行驶状态的标准得出获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系。比如,当该获取信息是刹
车时间,如果刹车时间超过预设时间,则将当前车辆状态是驻车状态;如果刹车时间低于预设时间,则将当前车辆状态是行车状态。具体的,刹车传感器采集当前车辆的刹车信息,分析系统对该刹车信息进行分析,当车辆的刹车或者驻车超过30秒时,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是驻车状态。当车辆的刹车或者驻车低于30秒时,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是行车状态。又比如压力传感器采集真空助力泵的压力信息,分析系统对该压力信息进行分析,当该压力信息在预设时间内持续高于预设值,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是行车状态。当该压力信息在预设时间内持续低于预设值,分析系统将此时的车辆状态定义是驻车状态。此处,当然还可以通过设置在各个刹车系统内的传感器以得知当前车辆状态。
除了在车辆的刹车系统上获取当前车辆状态切换信息,在本实施例中,还可以根据车辆速度信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。此处,如果速度超过预设数值,则车辆状态是行车状态;如果速度低于预设数值,则车辆状态是驻车状态。车辆速度信息的获取可以来源设置于车辆上的速度传感器,也可以来源于导航定位系统。其中,此处的导航定位系统可以是车辆自身携带的车载导航系统,也可以来源于用户随身携带的智能手机中导航系统或者APP导航软件。
在本实施例中,当前车辆状态切换信息的获取来源除了基于车辆状态信息的判断来获取,还可以来源于用户对当前车辆行驶状态的判断。比如,在驾驶员的驾驶位附件设置一图像获取装置,该图像获取装置获取驾驶员对当前车辆状态判断的手势。比如,驾驶员用手画一横,该图像获取装置获取该手势,并将该手势解析是“当前车辆状态是行车状态”。驾驶员用手画一个圆圈,该图像获取装置将该手势解析是“当前车辆状态是驻车状态”。
进一步的,本实施例所提供的关于获取当前车辆状态切换信息的方式是多种多样的。只要存在能够获取评价当前车辆行驶状态的信息,并将该获取信息和车辆的行车状态以及驻车状态建立起映射关系的方式,均落入本发明实施例构思保护范围之内。
在本实施例中,所述多媒体播放状态的信息包括播放音视频文件、播放音视频文件中的音频内容以及播放音频文件。此处的播放音视频文件采用AVI、ASF、WMV、MPEG、AVS、FLV、MKV、MOV、3GP、MP4、MPG等等其他格式文件,播放音频文件采用MP3、AAC、WAV、MP2、MPC等等其他格式文件。
在本实施例中,所述切换单元32包括:
第一切换模块321,用于如果当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,切换至播放音视频文件;
第二切换模块322,用于如果当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,则切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
在本实施例中,获取单元31得出当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,则第一切换模块321将当前多媒体播放状态切换至播放音视频文件;获取单元31得出当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,则第二切换模块322将当前多媒体播放状态切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
本实施例提供的多媒体播放状态切换装置能够根据当前车辆状态,切换至对应的多媒体播放状态。比如,本实施例提供的多媒体播放状态切换装置将当前多媒体播放状态切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件,使处于行车状态的司机,在不影响错过某段视频的内容情节的同时,又能够目注当前驾驶路面,从而
提高了驾驶安全性和用户体验感。本实施例提供的多媒体播放状态切换装置将当前多媒体播放状态切换至播放音视频文件,使处于驻车状态的司机,可以利用驻车时枯燥的时间自我娱乐,从而提高用户体验感。
实施例四:
作为本发明实施例又一方面,本发明实施例四提供了一种车载播放器。请参考图4,图4是本发明实施例四提供一种车载播放器4的示意图。如图4所示,该车载播放器4包括:
显示屏41,用于显示视频信号;
扬声器42,用于播放音频信号;以及
中央处理器43,用于获取当前车辆状态切换信息,并根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
在本实施例中,中央处理器43所执行的上述操作可以以一段程序的形式存储在存储器中,当需要执行上述操作时,将该段程序调入中央处理器43执行处理。
作为本发明实施例又一方面,本发明实施例五提供了一种车载播放器。请参考图5,图5是本发明实施例五提供一种车载播放器5的示意性框图。如图5所示,该车载播放器5包括:处理器51、存储器52、总线系统53。其中,处理器51和存储器52通过总线系统53相连,该存储器52用于存储指令,该处理器51用于执行该存储器52存储的指令,用于:获取当前车辆状态切换信息,并根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
车载播放器5的存储器52可以是非易失性计算机可读存储介质,
以用于存储计算机可执行指令,该指令当由一个或多个处理器执行时,可以使得处理器执行以上方法实施例的步骤,比如,如图1描述的步骤S11和S12,或者如图2描述的步骤S21、S22及S23,或者,可以使得处理器执行以上装置实施例的步装置单元的功能,比如,如图3所示单元31及32的功能,计算机可执行指令也可以在任何非易失性计算机可读存储介质内存储和/或传输,以便由指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,其中该指令执行系统、装置或设备诸如基于计算机的系统、包含处理器的系统或可以从指令执行系统、装置或设备获取指令并执行该指令的其他系统。出于本文档的目的,“非易失性计算机可读存储介质”可以是有形地包含或存储计算机可执行指令的任何介质,该计算机可执行指令可以用于由指令执行系统、设备或系统使用或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用。非易失性计算机可读存着介质可以包括但不限于磁的、光的和/或半导体存储装置。这些存储装置的示例包括磁盘、基于CD、DVD或蓝光技术的光盘以及持久性固态存储器(诸如,闪存、固态驱动器等)。
应当理解,在本申请实施例中,该处理器51可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”)。该处理器51还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该总线系统53除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统53。
在本发明实施例中,车载播放器不限于图4或图5的部件和配置,还可以包括以多种配置形式的其他或附加部件。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或装置的各单元可以通过处理器51中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤或装置的各单元可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成。或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器52,处理器51读取存储器52中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明实施例中,车载播放器通过获取当前车辆状态切换信息,根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态,解决了现有技术不能够根据当前车辆状态将车载播放装置切换至对应的多媒体播放状态的技术问题,从而使驾驶员能够专心地驾驶,提高了驾驶安全性和用户体验感。以上所述仅为本发明实施例的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明实施例,凡在本发明实施例的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明实施例的保护范围之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种多媒体播放状态切换方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:获取当前车辆状态切换信息;根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当前车辆状态切换信息包括行车状态与驻车状态之间相互切换,所述获取当前车辆状态切换信息包括:根据车辆刹车系统信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息;或者,根据车辆速度信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据车辆刹车系统信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息,具体包括:如果刹车时间超过预设时间,则将车辆状态切换至驻车状态;如果刹车时间低于预设时间,则将车辆状态切换至行车状态;或者,所述根据车辆速度信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息,具体包括:如果速度超过预设数值,则将车辆状态切换至行车状态;如果速度低于预设数值,则将车辆状态切换至驻车状态。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体播放状态的信息包括播放音视频文件、播放音视频文件中的音频内容以及播放音频文件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态,具体包括:如果当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,则切换至播放音视频文件;或者,如果当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,则切换至播放音 视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
- 一种多媒体播放状态切换装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,用于获取当前车辆状态切换信息;切换单元,用于根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多媒体播放状态切换装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元,具体用于:根据车辆刹车系统信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息;或者,根据车辆速度信息,获取当前车辆状态切换信息。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的多媒体播放状态切换装置,其特征在于,所述多媒体播放状态的信息包括播放音视频文件、播放音视频文件中的音频内容以及播放音频文件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的多媒体播放状态切换装置,其特征在于,所述切换单元包括:第一切换模块,用于如果当前车辆状态由行车状态切换为驻车状态,切换至播放音视频文件;第二切换模块,用于如果当前车辆状态由驻车状态切换为行车状态,则切换至播放音视频文件中的音频内容或者切换至播放音频文件。
- 一种车载播放器,其特征在于,包括:显示屏,用于显示视频信号;扬声器,用于播放音频信号;以及中央处理器,用于获取当前车辆状态切换信息,并根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
- 一种车载播放器,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、总线系统,所述处理器和所述存储器通过所述总线系统相连,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器存储的指令,用于:获取当前车辆状态切换信息,根据所述当前车辆状态切换信息,将当前多媒体播放状态切换至与所述切换信息对应的多媒体播放状态。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述指令当由一个或多个处理器执行时,用于执行如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法。
