发明内容

申请人经过反复的研究以及市场检验之后发现,虽然先前生产的吸烟管以插接的方式与电刀外壳手柄连接实现了轴向调整,但是其制作和加工的要求比较高,一旦间隙掌握不好,间隙小了,则会出现很难拆卸或调整的问题,间隙大了,则会出现连接不够牢固的问题,为此,申请人对吸烟管与壳体之间的配合可固定连接结构进行了改进,通过在吸烟管外壁上设置一个与壳体径向固定的旋式胀塞件,壳体内壁跟吸烟管内壁之间的距离在当吸烟管能在壳 体内轴向移动的时候是均匀不变的,当吸烟管往任何方向转动后,两者之间的距离在局部地区发生了改变,而且壳体内壁的横截面积和吸烟管内壁的横截面积是不会改变的,所以两者之间的局部地区发生改变后使得吸烟管被固定。

作为优选,所述安装部被设置为夹持式的卡合结构,所述卡合结构由若干数量面向设置的卡合单元构成,所述卡合单元包括用于固定所述电刀本体的弧形卡口部和支撑弧形卡口部的基部。电刀本体还包括设置在连接部上的绝缘卡合件,绝缘卡合件的横截面为一个六边形,为了配合绝缘卡合件的设置,在弧形卡口部的前方或者后方设置有角部来防止电刀本体的转动。而且卡合结构与吸烟管之间还留有吸烟通道。
作为优选,所述连接部外周围上设置有一个横截面呈一个六边形的绝缘卡合件,所述卡合单元还包括卡合所述绝缘卡合件的角部。
作为优选,所述壳体内壁被设置为一独立的金属套管,该金属套管作为一导体,向内通过设置所述安装部的导电片和与所述导电片连接的导电内管跟电刀本体电连通,向外通过导电丝和与所述导电丝连接的电控芯片电源线电连通。导电片包括基座和基座上的每一侧至少设置的一片弹性凸起。
作为优选,所述导电内管与所述电刀本体之间设置有弹性导电片。
作为优选,所述电控芯片外设置有密封件,所述密封件热塑后紧密包覆所述电控芯片和所述电源线。
作为优选,所述电控芯片外设置有密封件,所述密封件热塑后紧密包覆所述电控芯片,所述密封件与所述电源线之间设置有密封胶。
作为优选,所述旋式胀塞结构还包括径向限位结构,由设置在所述旋转胀塞件上的径向凸起和设在所述壳体内壁上的限位槽构成;所述旋式胀塞结构还包括轴向限位结构,由设置在所述旋式胀塞件上的轴向凸起和设置在所述吸烟管上的弧形槽构成。径向凸起和限位槽的 配合使得旋转胀塞件能与壳体保持相对静止。还使得整个旋转胀塞件的结构简单。为了防止转动角度过大,不利于吸烟管的复位,还防止当前述的偏心环槽与弹性偏心件因经常出现咬死现象而导致两者磨损过大需要经常更换,径向凸起和轴向凸起连接为一体;当旋式胀塞件带有安装口后,旋式胀塞件的壁厚由安装口两侧向径向凸起逐渐增厚,该优选加强整个旋式胀塞件的结构强度,使得整个旋式胀塞件的使用寿命增加。
作为优选,所述壳体外设置有配合所述电控芯片的第一软质橡胶层和设置在所述电控芯片的相对面第二软质橡胶层。使得整个技术方案对使用者来说具有手感舒适,缓解手部疲劳,
作为优选,所述旋式胀塞结构还包括二级胀塞结构,由设置在所述旋式胀塞件上的轴向斜面和设置在所述吸烟管外壁的轴向反斜面构成。
综上所述,本发明实现了吸烟电刀内的吸烟管转动自然并且吸烟管在轴向上可以微调。通过设置限位固定槽来减少偏心环槽与弹性偏心件之间的磨损,实现延长吸烟管的使用寿命。安装口的设置能使的弹性偏心件更容易固定,并且有利于弹性偏心件的结构强度稳定。吸烟电刀的吸烟通道的简化设置。吸烟电刀的整个电路密封防潮,且连接结构简单实用,接触良好。对操作者的手还能起到保护和按摩作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如附图所示,吸烟电刀,包括电刀本体1、吸烟管2和设置在吸烟管2外的壳体4,壳体4上卡接有电控芯片8来控制电刀本体1内的通电后运作情况。
吸烟管2包括内层的导电内管6和外层的第一绝缘层,在第一绝缘层的外圆周上设置有环槽21,环槽21内设置有旋式胀塞件3,旋式胀塞件3在吸烟管2的径向上设置有径向凸起31,壳体4内壁上设置有限位槽41,径向凸起31与限位槽41配合实现旋式胀塞件3的固定。旋式胀塞件3上开设有安装口与径向凸起31对称,旋式胀塞件3的壁厚由安装口两侧向径向凸起31逐渐增厚;当吸烟管2可以在壳体4轴向移动时环槽21的槽深由旋式胀塞件3的安装口处两侧向径向凸起31逐渐加深。
转动吸烟管2实现环槽21的槽浅部向旋式胀塞件3的壁厚部转动,旋式胀塞件3与壳体4的轴向固定,这导致吸烟管2和旋式胀塞件3配合所形成的壁厚发生了局部的变动,这引起吸烟管2相对壳体4发生了胀紧程度的改变。
为了使得上述转动在一个合理的角度内转动,该合理角度最简单的解释就是为了防止因吸烟管2转动角度过大而产生无法复位的现象,所以在紧靠环槽21的傍边设置弧形槽22,弧形槽22占整个吸烟管2的圆周的1/8,旋式胀塞件3在吸烟管2的轴向上设置有轴向凸起32配合弧形槽22,轴向凸起32只能在弧形槽22内移动,当轴向凸起32处在弧形槽22一端时,吸烟管2可以在壳体4轴向移动,当轴向凸起32处在弧形槽22的另一端时,实现吸烟管2与壳体4的径向及轴向锁紧。通过弧形槽22的设置使得吸烟管2转动的距离不会因为使用者的发力过猛而导致吸烟管2和壳体4咬死。为使得径向凸起31与壳体4的接触面积更大使得两者的固定更加稳定轴向凸起32设置在径向凸起31的侧面处形成一个整体。
旋式胀塞结构还包括二级胀塞结构,由设置在旋式胀塞件3上的轴向斜面33和设置在吸烟管2外壁上的轴向反斜面23构成。
本申请吸烟管2上的第一绝缘层和壳体4之间紧密接触,第一绝缘层上开设有环槽21,环槽21内设置有旋转胀塞件3,旋转胀塞件3的外壁也与壳体4之间紧密贴合,旋转胀塞件3上设置有一个径向凸起31和一个与径向凸起31形成一体的轴向凸起32,径向凸起31和轴向凸起32被卡合在限位槽41内。本申请的环槽21是偏心的,旋式胀塞件3的内表面贴合环槽21,在靠近限位槽41端的槽深是最深的,远离限位槽41端的槽深是最浅的,槽深最浅处的旋式胀塞件3上有安装口。转动吸烟管2让槽深最浅处向左右转动,胀开 旋式胀塞件3实现吸烟管2轴向及其径向的固定。
导电内管6轴长为第一绝缘层轴长的3/4。在导电内管6端部安放一个弹性导电片,弹性导电片被第一绝缘层热塑在导电内管6上与电刀本体1接触,为了在热塑的时候弹性导电片能保持原来的位置,在导电内管6上开设有一个限位孔,在弹性导电片上设置有一个限位凸起伸入限位孔内。弹性导电片自由端形成一个螺旋卷曲与电刀本体1接触,螺旋卷曲可以使得与电刀本体1接触时更加紧密,防止出现接触不良的现象。
吸烟管2的内表面上设置有安装部24,安装部24被设置为夹持式的卡和结构,安装部24设置在导电内管6和第一绝缘层相交后剩余的1/4第一绝缘层上,安装部24包括对称设置的卡合单元,卡合单元包括固定电刀本体1的弧形卡口部241、卡合电刀本体1的角部和支撑弧形卡口部241和角部的基部242。安装部24与吸烟管2之间留有吸烟通道。安装部24大致成一个菱形,菱形的长对角线与第一绝缘层连接,短对角线的两端分别与第一绝缘层留有一个距离,该距离分别形成了一个吸烟通道。而且菱形短对角线处开设有一条方便插接电刀本体1的插接通道,插接通道将安装部24分为两个对称设置的卡合单元,每个卡合单元在插接通道旁为一段弧形边形成弧形卡口部241,弧形卡口部241在远离导电内管6的一端设置有角部。电刀本体1包括金属刀片和设置在金属刀片外周围的绝缘卡合件,绝缘卡合件的端部的横截面呈一个六边形,其中两个顶点被角部固定是防止电刀在切割的时候旋转。
壳体4包括内壁独立的金属套管42和外壁的第二绝缘层,金属套管42的横截面由一个圆和一个四边形相交组成,就是金属套管42为一个圆形空间和开设在与圆形空间连成一体的限位槽41组合成的金属管道,该圆形空间内容纳吸烟管2,而该限位槽41内容纳径向凸起31。在金属套管42和第二绝缘层之间设置导电丝7,第二绝缘层上卡合有电控芯片8,导电丝7经过弯曲等处理与电控芯片8连接。为了保持导电丝7和电控芯片8的干燥,在两者的外部设置有与两者紧密贴合的密封件。电控芯片8为一块带有2个按钮的PCB板,PCB板连接有电源线和导电丝7。密封件为一段热塑管,密封原理是将热塑管套接在PCB板上并延生到导电线和导电丝7形成的电源线上后进行加热处理使得热塑管受热收缩紧贴在PCB板和电源线上,然后对电控芯片8的一端进行裁剪和热密封处理,对另一端的电源线端通过继续加热使得热塑管继续收缩与导电线紧密贴合或者在热塑管内加入密封胶将导电丝7、电源线和热塑管粘结成一个整体。
为了使得电控芯片8与电刀本体1的电路连通,在吸烟管2上设置有导电片5使得导电内管6与金属套管42连接。导电片5包括开设在第一绝缘层上且与导电内管6连接的卡槽 和设置在卡槽内的弹性导电块,弹性导电块包括基座和与基座连接成一体的弹性凸起,基座为一个矩形片且长度面相互靠拢使得宽度边具有一个弧度,弹性凸起一侧面上由弧度形成,另一侧面上通过在矩形片上开出一条段片与上述弧度相反凸起形成。所以整个吸烟电刀的工作电路由电源线连接PCB板,PCB板连接导电丝7,导电丝7连接金属套管42,金属套管42通过导电片5与导电内管6连接,导电内管6通过弹性导电片与电刀本体1接触。
为了使用者的舒适度,在电控芯片8上覆盖第一软质橡胶层,然后还在壳体4配合电控芯片8的外圆周上设置有第二软质橡胶层。为了使用者的方便调取需要的长度,在吸烟管2上标有100mm刻度。

Claims (10)

  1. 吸烟电刀,包括电刀本体(1)、吸烟管(2)和设置在所述吸烟管(2)外的壳体(4);所述电刀本体(1)具有手术部和连接部,手术部伸出所述吸烟管(2),连接部与所述吸烟管(2)的安装部(24)配合连接,其特征在于,所述吸烟管(2)的外壁与所述壳体(4)内壁之间形成一个旋式胀塞结构,所述旋式胀塞结构包括一旋式胀塞件(3),当所述吸烟管(2)和所述旋式胀塞件(3)发生相对转动时,由所述吸烟管(2)和所述旋式胀塞件(3)配合形成的壁厚发生局部变动,致使所述吸烟管(2)相对所述壳体(4)发生胀紧程度的改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述安装部(24)被设置为夹持式的卡合结构,所述卡合结构由若干数量面向设置的卡合单元构成,所述卡合单元包括用于固定所述电刀本体(1)的弧形卡口部(241)和支撑弧形卡口部的基部(242)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在于,所述连接部外周围上设置有一个横截面呈一个六边形的绝缘卡合件,所述卡合单元还包括卡合所述绝缘卡合件的角部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在于,所述壳体(4)内壁被设置为一独立的金属套管(42),该金属套管(42)作为一导体,向内通过设置所述安装部(24)的导电片(5)和与所述导电片(5)连接的导电内管(6)跟电刀本体(1)电连通,向外通过导电丝(7)和与所述导电丝(7)连接的电控芯片(8)电源线电连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在于,所述导电内管(6)与所述电刀本体(1)之间设置有弹性导电片。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述电控芯片(8)外设置有密封件,所述密封件热塑后紧密包覆所述电控芯片(8)和所述电源线。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述电控芯片(8)外设置有密封件,所述密封件热塑后紧密包覆所述电控芯片(8),所述密封件与所述电源线之间设置有密封胶。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述旋式胀塞结构还包括径向限位结构,由设置在所述旋转胀塞件(3)上的径向凸起(31)和设在所述壳体(4)内壁上的限位槽(41)构成;所述旋式胀塞结构还包括轴向限位结构, 由设置在所述旋式胀塞件(3)上的轴向凸起(32)和设置在所述吸烟管(2)上的弧形槽(22)构成。
  9. 根据权利要求1或4所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述壳体(4)外设置有配合所述电控芯片(8)的第一软质橡胶层和设置在所述电控芯片(8)的相对面第二软质橡胶层。
  10. 根据权利要求1或8所述的吸烟电刀,其特征在与,所述旋式胀塞结构还包括二级胀塞结构,由设置在所述旋式胀塞件(3)上的轴向斜面(33)和设置在所述吸烟管(2)外壁的轴向反斜面(23)构成。
