  • the present invention relates to a vibration measurement unit, a vibration measurement system, and a vibration measurement method used for vibration measurement for detecting an abnormality of an axle bearing in a railway vehicle.
  • a method of diagnosing an abnormality in an axle bearing a method of detecting an abnormality occurring in the axle bearing by fixing a vibration measurement unit to the axle bearing and measuring the vibration is known.
  • this method includes an axle bearing, such as whether the measured vibration is due to an abnormality in the axle bearing, or the vibration produced when the railway vehicle passes, for example, a rail joint or branch point. There is a problem that it is not possible to distinguish whether the vibration is unrelated to the abnormality.
  • Patent Document 1 describes a vibration measurement unit that follows a vibration measurement unit that measures vibration at a rail joint or a point where there is no branch point.

  • whether the measured vibration is a vibration caused by an abnormality in the axle bearing, or the railcar determines, for example, a rail joint or branch point (point). It is necessary to distinguish whether the vibration is unrelated to the abnormality of the axle bearing, such as vibration generated when passing. Therefore, it is necessary to transmit the trigger signal so that the trigger signal is received by the vibration measurement unit in a place where vibration unrelated to the abnormality of the axle bearing is unlikely to occur.
  • a method using radio waves can be cited as a method for transmitting a trigger signal.

Therefore, when the trigger signal is transmitted to the vibration measurement unit using radio waves, the trigger signal may be received by the vibration measurement unit other than the transmission destination due to reflection or diffraction. In such a case, there is a possibility that the vibration measuring unit may measure the vibration in a place where vibration is irrelevant to the abnormality of the axle bearing such as a rail joint or a branch point. As a result, it may be difficult to accurately detect an abnormality in the axle bearing using the vibration data measured by the vibration measurement unit.
  • the trigger signal is transmitted using infrared light.

Infrared light is more likely to be blocked and attenuated by obstacles than radio waves. Therefore, it is difficult for the vibration measurement unit 20 other than the trigger signal transmission destination to receive the trigger signal. It becomes difficult for the vibration measurement unit to measure vibration in a place where vibration unrelated to the abnormality of the axle bearing is likely to occur. Description

赤外線通信のフォーマットは、たとえばNEC(登録商標)フォーマット、家製協(一般財団法人家電製品協会、AEHA(Association for Electric Home Appliances))フォーマット、SONY(登録商標)フォーマット、またはこれらに類似した独自のフォーマットを挙げることができる。
制御部210は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)のようなコンピュータおよび揮発性メモリを含む。
