It is possible to take into account the progress of damage and changes in ambient temperature, so that the required life-prolonging effect can be obtained and the reliability of the plant can be improved.
- the present invention is not limited to this example.
- the tip portions of the cooling medium outflow nozzles 13 and 33 are bent along the cooled surfaces 104 and 114 that are outer peripheral surfaces of the pipes 100 and 110. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, the velocity distribution and temperature distribution of the cooling medium flowing out from the tip are parabolic, the shearing force in the vicinity of the surfaces to be cooled 104 and 114 is relatively small, and the piping 100 and 110 The heat transfer coefficient between the surface and the cooling medium is low.

- the relationship between the height H of the outlet and the cooling length L which is the distance from the outlet to the welded portion 111 to be cooled, is L / H ⁇ 10-20. If it is this range, since the flow-velocity distribution of a cooling medium is maintained, a high heat transfer rate can be obtained in the welded part 111.
- the difference in heat transfer coefficient between the case where the cooling medium outflow nozzles 13 and 33 are provided and a guide protruding along the pipes 100 and 110 is formed and the case where there is no guide as in the outflow portion 14 is, for example, As shown in FIG. Description
