Abstract

Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : collecte du temps durant lequel un feu est allumé sur une cuisinière de restauration et d'un identifiant de la cuisinière (101) ; acquisition d'un chef correspondant à l'identifiant de la cuisinière (102); et comptage de tous les temps pendant lesquels le feu est allumé sur la cuisinière pour le même chef que le temps de travail du chef (103). La solution technique présente l'avantage de compter la charge de travail du chef.
