一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,属于胶料板镜框加工技术领域。
背景技术
传统工艺是无法直接把钻石或其他材料埋在胶板料内,只能将钻石或其他材料固定在胶板料表面或用树枝胶填充密封,但通过树脂胶密封后的胶板料会出现交接痕迹,由于树脂与胶板料不是相同材质,钻石容易从胶板料上脱落,或造成胶板料的爆裂,且将钻石直接固定在胶板料表面,其视觉效果无法做到融合一体;因此,为了解决以上问题,亟待设计一种新的在胶板料上压钻石的工艺。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,工艺简单,可操作性强,且其生产的产品更加美观、耐用。
(二)技术方案
本发明的胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)胶板料开料,设置定位孔;
(2)精雕凹槽和钻石孔;
(3)精雕透明拼料;
(4)拼料,将钻石放进精雕拼料钻石孔内,采用化学药水将透明板料与胶板料紧固,加热后烘烤;
(5)精雕外形;
(6)热压拼料定型;
(7)精雕内圈;
(8)精雕外圈。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,在中心位置处打4个定位孔,定位孔起到对胶板料的定位作用,便于后续的加工操作;以模具图的最大与最宽位置每边各加2.0mm加工余量进行开料。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,用透明3.0厚胶板料,按透明胶板料拼料数据精雕外形。
进一步地,步骤(4)中,把23粒钻石放进精雕拼料钻石孔内,并在胶板料与透明拼料上涂上丙酮拼料水,把透明板料拼在拼料凹槽内压紧,以防止有气泡预留在内,存放12小时至完全干透后放进烤炉,设置烤炉温度为50℃,时间为24小时;其中,所述钻石直径为1.8mm。
进一步地,步骤(5)中,通过原有的4个定位孔,将烘烤后的胶板料装进精雕机模具中,以拼料后精雕外形图数据雕出外形。
进一步地,步骤(6)中,为了防止拼料部分物质密度不足,容易产生后期变形,采用热压定型方式增加物质密度均匀,把胶板料放进密封烤炉内加热,并将密封烤炉加热温度调至180℃,加热为1分钟;同时,将液压机压力调至10吨,把加热后的胶板料放入铝模具框内直接冲压,停留时间为10秒;其中,所述密封烤炉为0-300℃密封热烤箱。
进一步地,步骤(7)中,用电木板以外形精雕凹模,把完成热压定型后的胶板料放进模槽内压紧,按成品图纸数据精雕内圈。
进一步地,步骤(8)中,以内圈数据作为定位,按成品图纸数据精雕外圈;完成内、外圈精雕工序后,其他工序按常规镜框的工序进行生产。
本发明的压钻石的胶板料镜框,包括眼镜框状的胶板料;所述胶板料其镜片孔的位置处开设有多个定位孔;所述胶板料其镜片孔上方开设有凹槽和钻石孔;所述凹槽内压紧有透明胶板料;所述钻石孔内贴合有钻石。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,利用热胀冷缩的原理技术,把胶料板加热使胶料板本身物质结构膨胀,再经过高压使材料物质结合融为一体,也能使物质密度均匀,不会在后期出现变形,而且完成后表面不会出现接合痕迹,可在固定位置将钻石压埋在原材料内,工艺简单,可操作性强,且其生产的产品更加美观、耐用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)如图1所示,胶板料1开料,设置定位孔2,进一步地,在中心位置处打4个定位孔2,定位孔2起到对胶板料1的定位作用,便于后续的加工操作;以模具图的最大与最宽位置每边各加2.0mm加工余量进行开料;
(2)精雕凹槽和钻石孔:通过定位孔2进行固定后,精雕拼料凹槽(未图示)和钻石孔3;如图2所示,通过4个定位孔2将开料后的胶板料1套在模具上;
(3)如图3所示,精雕透明拼料,用透明3.0厚胶板料,按透明胶板 料4拼料数据精雕外形;
(4)如图4所示,拼料,将钻石5放进精雕拼料钻石孔3内,采用化学药水将透明板料与胶板料1紧固,加热后烘烤;把23粒钻石5放进精雕拼料钻石孔3内,并在胶板料1与透明拼料上涂上丙酮拼料水,把透明板料拼在拼料凹槽(未图示)内压紧,以防止有气泡预留在内,存放12小时至完全干透后放进烤炉,设置烤炉温度为50℃,时间为24小时;其中,钻石直径为1.8mm;
(5)如图4所示,精雕外形:通过原有的4个定位孔2,将烘烤后的胶板料1装进精雕机模具中,以拼料后精雕外形图数据雕出外形;
(6)热压拼料定型:为了防止拼料部分物质密度不足,容易产生后期变形,采用热压定型方式增加物质密度均匀,把胶板料1放进密封烤炉内加热,并将密封烤炉加热温度调至180℃,加热为1分钟;同时,将液压机压力调至10吨,把加热后的胶板料1放入铝模具框内直接冲压,停留时间为10秒;其中,所述密封烤炉为0-300℃密封热烤箱;
(7)精雕内圈:用电木板以外形精雕凹模,把完成热压定型后的胶板料1放进模槽内压紧,按成品图纸数据精雕内圈;
(8)精雕外圈:以内圈数据作为定位,按成品图纸数据精雕外圈;完成内、外圈精雕工序后,其他工序按常规镜框的工序进行生产。
如图2和图4所示的压钻石的胶板料镜框,包括眼镜框状的胶板料1;所述胶板料1其镜片孔的位置处开设有多个定位孔2;所述胶板料1其镜片孔上方开设有凹槽(未图示)和钻石孔3;所述凹槽内压紧有透明胶板料4;所述钻石孔3内贴合有钻石5。
本发明的胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,利用热胀冷缩的原理技术,把胶料板加热使胶料板本身物质结构膨胀,再经过高压使材料物质结合融为一体,也能使物质密度均匀,不会在后期出现变形,而且完成后表面不会出现接合痕迹,可在固定位置将钻石压埋在原材料内,相比传统的工艺,其加工的产品更加美观、无瑕疵。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    (1)胶板料开料,设置定位孔;
    (2)精雕凹槽和钻石孔;
    (3)精雕透明拼料;
    (4)拼料,将钻石放进精雕拼料钻石孔内,采用化学药水将透明板料与胶板料紧固,加热后烘烤;
    (5)精雕外形;
    (6)热压拼料定型;
    (7)精雕内圈;
    (8)精雕外圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,在中心位置处打4个定位孔;以模具图的最大与最宽位置每边各加2.0mm加工余量进行开料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,用透明3.0厚胶板料,按透明胶板料拼料数据精雕外形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,把23粒钻石放进精雕拼料钻石孔内,并在胶板料与透明拼料上涂上丙酮拼料水,把透明板料拼在拼料凹槽内压紧存放12小时至完全干透后放进烤炉,设置烤炉温度为50℃,时间为24小时;所述钻石直径为1.8mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,通过原有的4个定位孔,将烘烤后的胶板料装进精雕机模具中,以拼料后精雕外形图数据雕出外形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中,把胶板料放进密封烤炉内加热,并将密封烤炉加热温度调至180℃,加热为1分钟;同时,将液压机压力调至10吨,把加热后的胶板 料放入铝模具框内直接冲压,停留时间为10秒;所述密封烤炉为0-300℃密封热烤箱。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(7)中,用电木板以外形精雕凹模,把完成热压定型后的胶板料放进模槽内压紧,按成品图纸数据精雕内圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶板料镜框压钻石工艺,其特征在于:步骤(8)中,以内圈数据作为定位,按成品图纸数据精雕外圈;完成内、外圈精雕工序后,其他工序按常规镜框的工序进行生产。
