Claims (7)
- コイルの外周側に位置する外周コアと、

前記コイルの軸方向両端の各外側に位置する繋ぎコア部であって、それぞれ前記芯コアと外周コアとを繋ぐ両側の繋ぎコア部とを備え、
前記両側の繋ぎコア部または前記両側の繋ぎコア部のうちいずれか片側の繋ぎコア部の少なくとも一部が、前記芯コアの一部である芯コアブランジ部であって、前記芯コアから前記外周コアに向かって延びる芯コアフランジ部からなり、前記両側の繋ぎコア部における前記芯コアフランジ部以外の部分が、前記外周コアの一部である繋ぎコア部構成部分からなる磁性素子。 - 請求項1に記載の磁性素子において、前記芯コアフランジ部の先端の断面形状が、前記軸方向の外方部分の方が内方部分に比べて前記外周コアに向かってより大きく突出した段差形状であり、前記外周コアの前記繋ぎコア部構成部分の先端が、前記芯コアフランジ部の前記段差形状に噛み合う断面形状である磁性素子。
- 請求項1に記載の磁性素子において、前記繋ぎコア部の全体または一部が、前記芯コアフランジ部と、前記軸方向においてこのフランジ部の内側に位置して前記外周コアから前記芯コアに向かって延びる外周コアフランジ部との二重構成である磁性素子。
- 請求項2または請求項3に記載の磁性素子において、前記芯コアが前記軸方向の途中位置にギャップを有する磁性素子。
- 請求項2または請求項3に記載の磁性素子において、前記両側の繋ぎコア部のうちいずれか片側の繋ぎコア部が、前記芯コアの軸方向端面にギャップを介して対面する部分を有し、この部分を含む前記片側の繋ぎコア部の全体が前記外周コアの前記繋ぎコア部構成部分からなる磁性素子。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の磁性素子において、前記芯コアにおける少なくとも一方の前記芯コアフランジ部が、前記外周コアのコイルに対向する面である内周面まで少なくとも延びていて、前記芯コアの熱伝導率が外周コアよりも高い磁性素子。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の磁性素子において、前記芯コアが円柱状であり、前記外周コアが円筒状である磁性素子。
