发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种群体活动组织方法及服务器、终端、系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种群体活动组织方法,所述方法包括:服务器从各用户终端获取包含个人日程信息的用户数据;服务器按照已建立的群组对所述用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果并推送给所述群组的各用户终端。
其中,所述服务器根据如下公式计算所述群组的时间可用度:

一种用于群体活动组织的服务器,所述服务器包括:
获取模块,用于从各用户终端获取包含个人日程信息的用户数据;
数据处理模块,用于按照已建立的群组对所述用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果并推送给所述群组的各用户终端。

一种群体活动组织系统,所述系统包括如上述的服务器和上述的用户终端。
本发明实施例针对现有技术存在的缺陷,整合、分析群体各成员日程信息,评估得出群体的时间可用度。本发明实施例在将现有的时间管理工具和社交通信工具两种不同平台的技术整合到同一平台的基础上,充分利用整合后的优势,实现个人日程信息和社交信息的交融,不仅为用户提供了更加方便地操作体验,还为用户组织群体活动提供了新的思路和方法。本发明实施例突出了群组的概念,允许用户将个人信息合并到群组信息中,同时根据群组信息进行智能推荐。本发明实施例比起现有技术,不仅高效准确快速的实现了群体活动的组织,而且操作简易,更加贴合现代人准确、高效、和谐的办事理念,提升了用户体验。
在附图(其不一定是按比例绘制的)中,相似的附图标记可在不同的视图中描述相似的部件。具有不同字母后缀的相似附图标记可表示相似部件的不同示例。附图以示例而非限制的方式大体示出了本文中所讨论的各个实施例。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种群体组织方法,所述方法主要可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101:当前群组中各用户终端接收用户输入的用户数据,并将所述用户数据发送给服务器,所述用户数据包括个人日程信息;
步骤102:服务器对所述当前群组中各用户终端发送的用户数据进行整合处理,计算所述当前群组的时间可用度,得到数据处理结果并返回给所述各用户终端;
步骤103:所述各用户终端将所述数据处理结果以图形化的界面显示,供用户查看;所述数据处理结果包括当前群组的时间可用度。
步骤104:发起活动的用户在其用户终端上输入当前活动的发起指示,用户终端接收用户输入的活动发起指示,并向所述服务器发送活动发起请求,所述活动发起请求包括活动时间等活动信息;
这里,发起活动的用户可以是当前群组中任意一个用户,也可以是当前群组中特定的用户。
步骤105:服务器将所述活动发起请求推送给当前群组的各其他用户终端;
步骤106:当前群组的各其他用户终端将所述活动发起请求的活动信息与所述数据处理结果同时展示出来,供用户查看;
步骤107:当前群组的各其他用户根据用户终端展示的活动信息和数据处理结果,在其用户终端上输入表示“确定是否参与当前活动”的活动确认指示或包含活动更改建议的活动变更指示,所述用户终端接收所述活动确认指示或活动变更指示,并发送给所述服务器;
步骤108:所述服务器接收当前群组各其他用户终端发送的活动确认指示或活动变更指示,进行如下判断:如果当前群组中预定数量的用户和/或预先指定的多个用户对当前活动均发起了“确定参与当前活动”的活动确认指示,则当前活动成立,继续步骤109;否则,继续步骤110;
步骤109:服务器将当前活动成立的通知发送给当前群组的所有用户终端,当前群组的所有用户终端将当前活动的信息展示出来,流程结束。
步骤110:所述服务器将各用户终端发送的活动确认指示或活动变更指示推送给发起当前活动的用户终端,发起当前活动的用户终端将所述服务器返回的活动确认指示和活动变更指示展示出来,并同时展示所述数据处理结果;
步骤111:发起活动的用户根据用户终端上展示的活动确认指示、活动更改建议,调整活动时间等信息,重新发起活动请求,即在其用户终端上输入新的活动发起指示,用户终端接收用户输入的活动发起指示,并向所述服务器发送新的活动发起请求,所述活动发起请求包括活动时间、活动内容、活动方案等活动信息,并返回步骤105。
本发明实施例步骤102中,群组的时间可用度计算方法如下:群组中一共有n个用户,设i为用户编号,i=1,2,3,......,n,n为不小于1的整数;再设时间点为变量t。对于每个用户i,其在某时间点t上对应拥有个人时间空闲度α(i,t),个人时间空闲度α(i,t)的值可根据用户的个人日程在该时间点的日程安排的重要程度确定,值越大,表示该用户在该时间点越空闲,参加其他活动的可能性越大,积极性越高。对于活动本身,不同用户i参加群组活动的必要性会根据活动的内容有所变化,故组织活动时还应考虑到用户对活动的重要程度β(i),用户对活动的重要程度β(i)值越大,表示用户在活动中地位越重要。对于时间本身,一些时间通常不会被用来组织群体活动,因此这里引入时间本身的属性值即不可用度γ(t),例如,晚上11点至第二天早晨6点为睡眠时间,这段时间内的γ(t)值设定为高值。根据个人时间空闲度α(i,t)、用户对活动的重要程度β(i)和时间本身的不可用度,服务器基于如下公式1)计算得出群组的时间可用度,其中,Ψ(t)表示群组的时间可用度。
步骤103中,所述各用户终端将所述数据处理结果以图形化的界面显示。具体地,所述
数据处理结果包括群组的时间可用度,用户终端以时间轴的形式将所述群组的时间可用度展示出来。具体地,可以以不同深浅色块的形式将群组的时间可用度显示在时间轴上。例如,如图2所示为时间轴一优选示例的示意图,一条时间轴显示群组在预定时间单位内(如一天,或者一周,或者一个月等)各时间点的时间可用度。这里,预定时间单位不同,其时间点的颗粒度设置不同,例如,预定时间单位为一天,那么时间点的颗粒度可以设置为1小时或者30分钟;预定时间单位为一周,那么时间点的颗粒度可以设置为一天或12小时等。如图2中预定时间单位为一天,时间点的颗粒度设置为1小时。可以将各时间点的数据(包括该时间点的时间可用度、该时间点上群组各成员的详细日程状态等)组合成色块最终形成时间轴(除了色块之外也可以通过其他方式如不同的填充纹路或者文字标识或者图形标识来区分不同的时间点)。如图2所示,色块颜色越浅,表示时间可用度越高,反之,颜色越深,表示时间可用度越低,时间可用度越低越不推荐被选为活动时间。除此之外,还可以在时间轴上标示推荐活动时间。具体的,可以根据时间可用度等因素确定一个或几个最适合发起活动的时间作为推荐活动时间,在时间轴对应的色块上标示出推荐活动时间。如图4所示,在步骤106中,对数据处理结果和活动信息同时进行展示时,可以在时间轴上对应当前活动时间的色块上以对话框的形式展示活动信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种用于群体活动组织的服务器,所述服务器包括:获取模块,用于从各用户终端获取包含个人日程信息的用户数据;数据处理模块,用于按照已建立的群组对所述用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果并推送给所述群组的各用户终端。
其中,所述数据处理模块用于根据如下公式计算所述群组的时间可用度:

本发明实施例还提供了一种用于群体活动组织的用户终端,所述用户终端包括:接收模块、发送模块和展示模块;接收模块,用于接收用户输入的包含个人日程信息的用户数据;以及,接收服务器返回的群组的数据处理结果,所述数据处理结果包括群组的时间可用度;发送模块,用于将所述用户数据发送给所述服务器;展示模块,用于以图形化的界面显示所述数据处理结果;所述图形化的界面包括时间轴,所述时间轴以颜色深浅不同的色块显示群组在预定时间单位内各时间点的时间可用度,所述时间轴上还标示有推荐活动时间和/或活动信息;所述推荐活动时间为根据群组的时间可用度确定的最适合发起群组活动的时间点;所述活动信息包括活动时间。
本发明实施例还提供了一种群体活动组织系统,该系统包括上述的服务器和用户终端。如图3所示,为本发明实施例群体活动组织系统的组成结构示意图。系统主要包括用户终端和服务器端两大部分,其中,用户终端代表各用户,部分用户组成群组(如图3所示的用户1、用户2、用户3组成了一个群组)。用户通过移动用户终端分别向服务器上传包含用户个人日程的用户数据,服务器端对包含个人日程的用户数据按群组进行融合处理(即存取用户数据并进行分析计算)后,得出群组的数据处理结果并推送给各个用户终端,该数据处理结
果主要包括群组的时间可用度和活动信息(如活动时间等),在用户终端侧将所述数据处理结果中的各项数据以直观、图形化(如时间轴)的方式展示出来,供用户查看。优选的,上述用户终端为移动终端,如手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备或者其他便携式电子设备。
实际应用中,本发明实施例的群体活动组织方法可以包括两个阶段:数据准备阶段和活动制定阶段。
在实际操作中,如图4所示,本发明实施例群体活动组织方法的数据准备阶段可以包括如下步骤:
步骤401:用户在用户终端上录入个人日程信息;
步骤402:用户终端将包含所述个人日程信息的用户数据上传给服务器进行备份;
步骤403:用户建群:各用户在其用户终端通过查找群号和验证密码的方式建立群组,并在服务器上备份群组信息,这里,群组信息可以包括群组名称、群组类别、群主管理员、群组成员列表等,其中,群组成员列表中包含当前群组所有成员的用户终端标识或自定义的用户名等信息。
步骤404:服务器对群组中的用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果,并将群组的数据处理结果推送给该群组的每个用户终端,用户终端接收服务器推送的数据处理结果,以图形化的方式将所述数据处理结果展示出来,供用户查看。
其中,该数据处理结果包括群组的时间可用度和推荐活动时间等,优选以时间轴的形式展示。
在实际操作中,如图5所示,本发明实施例群体活动组织方法的活动制定阶段可以包括如下步骤:
步骤501:用户根据用户终端上展示的群组可用时间度和推荐活动时间,发起活动,用户终端向服务器发送活动发起请求,服务器将所述活动发起请求推送给群组中的其他用户;
步骤502:等待其他用户表达意愿和提出建议,即等待其他用户终端发送活动确认指示
和活动更改指示;如果有用户提出建议,则将所述建议加入参考,并返回步骤501;
步骤503:群组中成员的参与意愿是否满足预先设置的特定要求,即判断当前群组中预定数量的用户和/或预先指定的多个用户对当前活动是否都发起了“确定参与当前活动”的活动确认指示;如果是,则继续步骤504,否则返回步骤501;
步骤504:活动成立,确定活动方案,即服务器确定活动成立,推送给群组中各用户,并将包含活动时间等活动信息的活动方案推送给各用户,用户终端将所述活动方案展示给用户,流程结束。
也就是说,本发明实施例的群体活动组织方法在实际应用中可以描述为:1.各用户进行个人日程信息的录入;2.服务器按群组对用户数据进行融合,计算出群组的时间可用度;3.服务器将数据处理结果返回给用户,结果在用户终端以图形化的界面展现给用户,并展示推荐活动时间;4.群组中的一个用户参考看到的结果,初步确定活动时间,发起活动;5.群组中的其他用户查看被发起活动信息,确定是否参与,或再次查看群组时间信息,给出建议;6.参考其他用户建议,重新发起活动,即回到步骤4;7.至活动方案被大多数用户接受,活动组织过程结束。
本发明实施例的群体组织方法及装置、系统,整合、分析群体各成员日程信息,评估得出群体的时间可用度,向用户推荐安排活动的时间,消除了用户“在时间管理工具上查看自己的日程安排”和“在社交通信平台上与其他人协商以确定活动安排”这两大步骤间的相互独立性,也就是说,同时添加了时间管理工具和社交通信工具各自带有的功能。具体来说,本发明实施例在时间管理工具的基础上,增加用户群组的概念,用户可以以群组为媒介,通过权限互相访问日程安排。同时,本发明实施例还通过加入表示群组活动安排的时间轴,直观地显示群组活动信息,用户可在群组时间轴上直接进行发布活动信息、征集其他成员意向的操作。
本发明实施例中整合、分析群体各成员日程信息的过程,主要实现以下步骤:①收集群
组中所有用户日程信息,进行合并;②通过一定的算法机制,评估得出群体的时间可用度(时间可用度越高,表示此段时间用作组织群组活动的合适程度越大),并以颜色深浅程度不同的色块直观显示结果;③向用户推荐最佳的活动时间。
本发明实施例整体流程为用户上传日程信息、用户间建群、得出群组时间信息和为群体活动组织提出参考建议。本发明实施例通过色块时间轴的方式展示群组时间信息,根据时间可用度的值的大小,设置色块的深浅,由不同深浅的色块按时间顺序组成群组时间轴。
本发明实施例的群组时间可用度的计算方法:根据所有用户的日程安排(包括其为对应时间内事务设置的重要等级)和个别用户对群组活动的重要性等因素,应用加权计算法得出时间可用度。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例在将现有的时间管理工具和社交通信工具两种不同平台的技术整合到同一平台的基础上,充分利用整合后的优势,实现个人日程信息和社交信息的交融,不仅为用户提供了更加方便地操作体验,还为用户组织群体活动提供了新的思路和方法。本发明重点突出了群组的概念,允许用户将个人信息合并到群组信息中,同时根据群组信息进行智能推荐。本发明实施例比起现有技术,更加贴合现代人准确、高效、和谐的办事理念。

Claims (10)
- 一种群体活动组织方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:服务器从各用户终端获取包含个人日程信息的用户数据;服务器按照已建立的群组对所述用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果并推送给所述群组的各用户终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:服务器接收用户终端发送的活动发起请求,并将所述活动发起请求推送给群组的其他用户终端;所述活动发起请求包括活动时间;服务器接收其他用户终端发送的活动确认指示或活动更改指示,并将所述活动确认指示或活动更改指示推送给发起活动的用户终端;所述活动确认指示表示“确定是否参与当前活动”;所述活动变更指示包含用户输入的活动更改建议;服务器判断当前群组中预定数量的用户和/或预先指定的多个用户对当前活动是否都发起了“确定参与当前活动”的活动确认指示;如果是,则通知群组中所有用户终端当前活动成立。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:用户终端接收所述服务器发送的数据处理结果,以图形化的界面显示所述数据处理结果。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图形化的界面包括时间轴,所述时间轴以颜色深浅不同的色块显示群组在预定时间单位内各时间点的时间可用度;所述时间轴上还标示有推荐活动时间和/或活动信息;所述推荐活动时间为根据群组的时间可用度确定的最适合发起群组活动的时间点;所述活动信息包括活动时间。
- 一种用于群体活动组织的服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:获取模块,用于从各用户终端获取包含个人日程信息的用户数据;数据处理模块,用于按照已建立的群组对所述用户数据进行整合处理,计算群组的时间可用度,得到群组的数据处理结果并推送给所述群组的各用户终端。
