第一尺杆1上设有多个固定孔11。第二尺杆2内部中空,所述第一尺杆1插入所述第二尺杆2内,所述第二尺杆2上设有两个限位孔21,通过一个插销22穿过所述第一尺杆1上的一所述固定孔11与所述第二尺杆2上的一所述限位孔21将所述第一尺杆1和所述第二尺杆2固定在一起。为了快速的移动第一夹头和第二夹头之间的距离,可以直接解除第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2上的插销22,直接抽拉第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2,直至需要的距离后再通过插销22穿过固定孔11和限位孔21将第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2固定在一起。
第二标尺2还可以通过其他的方式与第一标尺1连接在一起。如:在所述第二尺杆的一侧面上设有滑槽,所述第一尺杆嵌入所述滑槽内。或者直接通过插销将第二尺杆固定在第一尺杆上。固定方式并不限定唯一,只需便于拆卸和抽拉即可。
所述第一夹钳3下端设有穿孔,所述第一尺杆1由所述穿孔穿过所述第一夹钳3。同时,通过一个固定件8穿过固定孔11将所述第一夹钳3固定于所述第一尺杆1上。第一夹钳1可以卸下所述第一尺杆1来变换其固定在第一尺杆1上的位置和方向。
所述第二夹钳2为一个带驱动手柄的夹钳,该第二夹钳同时具备了锁定第二标尺的功能。所述第二夹钳2包括一设有内腔的主体,所述第二尺杆穿过所述内腔。所述驱动手柄7包括一推进扳机、一设于所述推进扳机后侧的推进卡锁板以及一推进卡锁弹簧,所述推进扳机的上端设于所述内腔内,所述推进扳机的下端露出所述内腔外;所述推进卡锁板设于所述内腔内,且所述推进卡锁板上设有通孔,所述第二尺杆穿过所述推进卡锁板;所述推进卡锁弹簧设于所述推进卡锁板与所述内腔的壁之间,所述第二尺杆穿过所述推进卡锁弹簧,通过扳动所述推进扳机带动所述推进卡锁板挤压推进卡锁弹簧进行夹持动作。所述内腔内还设有锁紧所述第二尺杆的锁紧机构。所述锁紧机构包括:设于所述内腔内的一释放扣板及锁紧弹簧,所述释放扣板上设置有通孔,所述第二尺杆从所述通孔中穿过所述释放扣板,所述锁紧弹簧设于所述释放扣板和所述内腔的壁之间,所述释放扣板与设于所述内腔外的一按钮相连,通过按下所述按钮9控制所述释放扣板带动所述锁紧弹簧松开所述第二尺杆。当需要调整第二夹钳的位置时,先按压按钮9将被第二夹钳锁紧的第二尺杆2解锁松开,然后移动第二夹钳至合适的位置后松开按钮9使所述第二夹钳重新锁紧第二尺杆2。在需要进行夹持动作时,握紧所述驱动手柄即可。
在专利200520041435.7中公开有相似的驱动手柄的结构。当然,驱动手柄7和锁紧机构的结构并不限定唯一。任何能够实现驱动的手柄结构和锁紧结构也应在本申请的保护范围内。
参见图1所示,图1为本发明的第一实施例的第一使用状态结构示意图。在该第一使用状态图中,第一标尺1通过插销22固定在第二标尺内。第一夹钳3固定在第一标尺1上,第二夹钳4固定在第二标尺4上。第一夹钳3上固定的第一夹头5与所述第二夹钳4上固定的第二夹头6是相向的。
参见图2所示,图2为本发明的第一实施例的第二使用状态结构示意图。在该第二使用状态图中,第一标尺1通过插销22固定在第二标尺2内。第一夹钳3固定在第一标尺1上,第二夹钳4固定在第二标尺4上。第一夹钳3上设有的第一夹头5与所述第二夹钳4上设有的第二夹头6是相向的。为了实现可调节第一夹头和第二夹头与加工工件的夹持面积,所述第一夹钳3和所述第二夹钳4的上端连接所述第一夹头5和所述第二夹头6处分别设有滑槽,所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头沿着所述滑槽可移动并固定在所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳上的合适的位置。
参见图3所示,图3为本发明的第一实施例的第三使用状态结构示意图。在该第三使用状态中,第一标尺1通过插销22固定在第二标尺2内。第一夹钳3固定在第一标尺1上,第二夹钳4固定在第二标尺4上。第一夹钳3上固定的第一夹头5与所述第二夹钳4上固定的第二夹头6是相背的。
参见图4所示,图4为本发明的第一实施例的第四使用状态结构示意图。在该第四使用状态中,第一标尺1通过插销22固定在第二标尺2内。第一夹钳3固定在第一标尺1上,第二夹钳4固定在第二标尺4上。第一夹钳3上固定的第一夹头5与所述第二夹钳4上固定的第二夹头6是相背的。同时,所述第一夹钳3和所述第二夹钳4的上端连接所述第一夹头5和所述第二夹头6处分别设有滑槽,所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头沿着所述滑槽可移动并固定在所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳上的合适的位置,可以实现喉深A的距离调节。
第二实施例:
该第二实施例中的伸缩式快速夹与第一实施例的区别在于第二实施例中的第一夹钳30和第二夹钳40与第一实施例的第一夹钳3和第二夹钳4的结构是不相同的。请详细参见图5所示,图5为本发明的第二实施例的结构示意图。
图5中,第一夹钳30为一方形,其下端设有通孔。所述第一夹钳30通过通孔套设并固定于第一尺杆1上。在第一夹钳的上端设有第一夹头5。
第二夹钳40包括一设有内腔的方形主体,所述第二尺杆2穿过所述内腔,所述内腔内设有锁紧所述第二尺杆的机构,并通过一设于所述内腔外的按钮控制(图中未详细描述出)。方形主体上端设有一螺纹通孔。所述驱动手柄70为一前端设有螺纹旋杆701的手柄。所述螺纹旋杆701穿过所述方形主体上端的螺纹通孔与所述第二夹头6相连接,通过旋转所述手柄带动所述第二夹头6向所述第一夹钳上的第一夹头5靠近或远离。
为了调节喉深,该第二实施例中在所述第一夹钳30的本体上设有可拉伸以调整所述第一夹头高度的伸缩结构,所述第二夹钳40的本体上设有可拉伸以调整所述第二夹头高度的伸缩结构。参见图6所示,图6为本发明的第二实施例的一使用状态结构示意图。在此使用状态中,将第一夹钳的本体和第二夹钳的本体进行拉伸以调节第一夹钳的本体和第二夹钳的本体的伸展高度。伸缩结构并不限定唯一,任何可以实现伸缩的结构都可以用于其上。
第二实施例的使用与第一实施例相同,第一夹钳30和第二夹钳40均可以在相应的第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2上进行方向和距离的调节。同时,所述第一夹钳30和所述第二夹钳40的上端连接所述第一夹头5和所述第二夹头6处分别设有滑槽,所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头沿着所述滑槽可移动并固定在所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳上的合适的位置,可以进一步的实现喉深的距离调节。
第三实施例:
参见图7所示,图7为本发明的第三实施例的结构示意图。与第二实施例的区别在于:第三实施例的第一夹钳31的形状与第二实施例中的第一夹钳30的形状不相同。在该第三实施例中,第一夹钳31的本体并非第二实施例里的方形本体,第三实施例中的第一夹钳31的外侧面呈现有弧度,以便更好的与工件匹配。
在第三实施例中,第一夹钳31的本体和第二夹钳41的本体上设有的伸缩结构为滑槽和滑块的方式。当然,伸缩结构也可以是其他的方式,并不限定。
第四实施例:
参见图8和图9所示,图8为本发明的第四实施例的局部结构示意图;图9为本发明的第四实施例的结构示意图。
所述第一夹钳3上设有一按钮开关30,当按压所述按钮开关32时,所述按钮开关32与所述第一尺杆1解锁,所述第一夹钳3可相对所述第一尺杆1任意滑动。当松开所述按钮开关32时,所述按钮开关32可自动对准所述第一尺杆上的固定孔并与该固定孔锁紧以固定所述第一夹钳和所述第一尺杆。如图9所示,所述第二尺杆2上设有至少一个限位孔,且所述第二尺杆上设有一按钮开关20,当按压所述按钮开关20时,所述按钮开关20解锁所述第一尺杆1和所述第二尺杆2,所述第一尺杆1和所述第二尺杆2可相对滑动。当松开所述按钮开关20时,所述按钮开关20对准所述第一尺杆1上任一所述固定孔以及所述第二尺杆2上一限位孔并将所述固定孔和所述限位孔锁紧以固定所述第一尺杆和第二尺杆的位置。该设计可以免去繁琐的人工孔位对准步骤,连接时操作简单,省时省力。
第五实施例:
参见图10所示,图10为本发明的第五实施例的结构示意图。该第五实施例与第三实施例不同之处在于:第五实施例的驱动手柄还包括一旋盖702,所述旋盖702设于所述螺纹旋杆701与手柄70之间,所述手柄70为棘轮式驱动结构,通过调节旋盖可实现所述手柄的往复式旋转,易于使用者的操作。同时,第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2通过按钮开关20固定在一起。
第六实施例:
参见图11所示,图11为本发明的第六实施例的结构示意图。该第六实施例与第三实施例的不同之处在于:第六实施例的手柄70相对所述螺纹旋杆701可以转动,更加方便使用者的使用。同时,第一尺杆1和第二尺杆2通过按钮开关20固定在一起。
为了便于更清楚的了解移动的位置,所述第一尺杆和所述第二尺杆的两侧分别设有公/英制对应的长度单位。
作为本申请的延伸,还可以有其余的更多的实施例。如尺杆的数量并不只有两根,还包括多根加长尺。在实施时,其中一加长尺连接并固定在所述第二尺杆上,其余各所述加长尺分别依次连接并固定,所述第二夹钳可连接并固定在任一所述加长尺上,所述第二夹钳可沿着任一所述加长尺直线移动。
应理解,这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (1)

  1. 1、一种伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于,包括:
    一第一尺杆;
    一第二尺杆,所述第二尺杆可拆卸连接于所述第一尺杆上,且所述第二尺杆可相对所述第一尺杆直线滑动并固定;
    一第一夹钳,其固定于所述第一尺杆上,所述第一夹钳的顶端设有第一夹头;
    一第二夹钳,其连接并固定在所述第二尺杆上,所述第二夹钳可沿着所述第二尺杆直线移动,所述第二夹钳上设有第二夹头和驱动所述第二夹钳开始夹持的驱动手柄。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第一尺杆上设有多个固定孔。
    3、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第二尺杆上设有滑槽,所述第一尺杆嵌入所述滑槽内。
    4、根据权利要求3所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第二尺杆上设有至少一个限位孔,一插销穿过所述第一尺杆上的一所述固定孔与所述第二尺杆上的一所述限位孔将所述第一尺杆和所述第二尺杆固定在一起。
    5、根据权利要求3或4所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第二尺杆上设有至少一个限位孔,且所述第二尺杆上设有一按钮开关,当按压所述按钮开关时,所述按钮开关解锁所述第一尺杆和所述第二尺杆,所述第一尺杆和所述第二尺杆可相对滑动;当松开所述按钮开关时,所述按钮开关对准所述第一尺杆上任一所述固定孔以及所述第二尺杆上一限位孔并将所述固定孔和所述限位孔锁紧以固定所述第一尺杆和第二尺杆的位置。
    6、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第一夹钳上设有一按钮开关,当按压所述按钮开关时,所述按钮开关与所述第一尺杆解锁,所述第一夹钳可相对所述第一尺杆任意滑动;当松开所述按钮开关时,所述按钮开关可自动对准所述第一尺杆上的固定孔并与该固定孔锁紧以固定所述第一夹钳和所述第一尺杆。
    7、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头分别连接于所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳的上端,且所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳的上端连接所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头处分别设有滑槽,所述第一夹头和所述第二夹头沿着所述滑槽可移动固定在所述第一夹钳和所述第二夹钳上的位置。
    8、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第二夹钳包括一设有内腔的主体,所述第二尺杆穿过所述内腔;所述驱动手柄包括一推进扳机、一设于所述推进扳机后侧的推进卡锁板以及一推进卡锁弹簧,所述推进扳机的上端设于所述内腔内,所述推进扳机的下端露出所述内腔外;所述推进卡锁板设于所述内腔内,且所述推进卡锁板上设有通孔,所述第二尺杆穿过所述推进卡锁板;所述推进卡锁弹簧设于所述推进卡锁板与所述内腔的壁之间,所述第二尺杆穿过所述推进卡锁弹簧,通过扳动所述推进扳机带动所述推进卡锁板挤压推进卡锁弹簧进行夹持动作;所述内腔内还设有锁紧所述第二尺杆的锁紧机构。
    9、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:所述第二夹钳包括一设有内腔的主体,所述第二尺杆穿过所述内腔,所述内腔内设有锁紧所述第二尺杆的机构,并通过一设于所述内腔外的按钮控制,主体上端设有一螺纹通孔;所述驱动手柄为一前端设有螺纹旋杆的手柄,所述螺纹旋杆穿过所述方形主体上端的螺纹通孔与所述第二夹头相连接,通过旋转所述手柄带动所述第二夹头向所述第一夹钳上的第一夹头靠近或远离。
    10、根据权利要求9所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于,所述驱动手柄还包括一旋盖,所述旋盖设于所述螺纹旋杆与手柄之间,所述手柄为棘轮式驱动结构,通过调节旋盖可实现所述手柄的往复式旋转。
    11、根据权利要求9所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于,所述手柄可相对所述螺纹旋杆转动。
    12、根据权利要求8所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括:设于所述内腔内的一释放扣板及锁紧弹簧,所述释放扣板上设置有通孔,所述第二尺杆从所述通孔中穿过所述释放扣板,所述锁紧弹簧设于所述释放扣板和所述内腔的壁之间,所述释放扣板与设于所述内腔外的一按钮相连,通过按下所述按钮控制所述释放扣板带动所述锁紧弹簧松开所述第二尺杆。
    13、根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式快速夹,其特征在于:还包括多根加长尺,其中一加长尺连接并固定在所述第二尺杆上,其余各所述加长尺分别依次连接并固定,所述第二夹钳可连接并固定在任一所述加长尺上,所述第二夹钳可沿着任一所述加长尺直线移动。
