Description

矫形装置及其线导结构 技术领域
本发明有关于一种矫形装置及其线导结构。
背景技术
一般于护腰等护具或矫形装置上可见有线导结构,可用于调整护具或矫形装置的松紧程度,如US7201727揭露的护腰即属此类。
然而,在此类现有矫形装置及其线导结构中,该线导结构至少需要一轴承、一心轴及一上盖等多样零部件方可作动,且常因零件繁杂而徒增成本并且装卸不易及容易丢失,存在亟待改善的缺点。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的矫形装置及其线导结构,以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种矫形装置及其线导结构,可简化结构降低成本并且节省装卸时间。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种线导结构,供设于一矫形装置,包括:一基体,设有一凹槽结构,该凹槽结构具有一内壁,该内壁设有一第一卡掣结构;一导件,定义有一轴线,一体成型有一导槽及一第二卡掣结构,该导槽绕该轴线弧形延设,该导件容置于该凹槽结构并以该第一卡掣结构与该第二卡掣结构相卡掣定位,该导槽与该内壁之间围构一穿线通道。
为达成上述目的,本发明另提供一种矫形装置,包括多个如上所述的线导结构,另包括:二板部,相间隔且各设有至少一该基体;至少一绳体,各该绳体穿过各该板部的至少一该基体的穿线通道并绕设于二该导槽中,轴向移动该至少一绳体可使该二板部靠近或远离。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本发明可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本发明所欲保护的范围,合先叙明。
请参考图1至图8,其显示本发明的一较佳实施例,本发明的矫形装置及其线导结构包括一线导结构2及一矫形装置6。
该线导结构2包括一基体3及一导件4。该基体3设有一凹槽结构31,该凹槽结构31具有一内壁32,该内壁32设有一第一卡掣结构33。该导件4定义有一轴线41且一体成型有一导槽42及一第二卡掣结构43(参图6及图7),该导槽42绕该轴线41弧形 延设且该导槽42为低摩擦阻力的光滑结构且可使线材滑抵通过时滑顺不卡涩,该导件4容置于该凹槽结构31并以该第一卡掣结构33与该第二卡掣结构43相卡掣定位,该导槽42与该内壁32之间围构一穿线通道44供线材穿越通过。较佳地,该导件4可相对于该凹槽结构31转动,使线材通过时更加滑顺并可有效减少线材及该导件4的磨损。
详细地说,该第一卡掣结构33包括一设于该凹槽结构31的一底部的第一下环凸331及一设于该内壁32的一周侧的第一上环凸333,该第一下环凸331径向凸设一第一下凸缘332,该第二卡掣结构43包括一设于该导件4的一底部的第二下环凸431及一设于该导件4的一周侧的第二上环凸433,该第二下环凸431径向凸设一第二下凸缘432,该第一下凸缘332及第二下凸缘432朝相对方向沿伸且可轴向地相卡抵,且该第一上环凸333及第二上环凸433亦相互卡抵,借此该导件4即可稳固地定位于该凹槽结构31。该第一卡掣结构33及该第二卡掣结构43可使该凹槽结构31及该导件4稳固结合。该导件4为一体成型可简化装卸过程(如该导件4非一体成型的结构将使该导件4零件繁杂且易遗失)。
于本实施例中,该凹槽结构31成一盆形壳体且于周侧设有二与该穿线通道44连通的贯口34,该贯口34供线材贯穿而过。该导件4为一圆盘,且该导槽42环设于该圆盘而使该导件4的下部形成一板缘48,该板缘48具有限制该导件4作动范围使该导件4不易脱离该凹槽结构31之效。该基体3另沿该凹槽结构31的周缘设有一凸垣35,该导件4较佳不凸出于该凸垣35,该凸垣35可保护该导件4使该导件4不易因撞击或是摩擦而降低该导件4的作动效果甚至脱落,同时可强化该线导结构2的稳固。该导件4的一中心部分设有一空室47,该空室47朝该凹槽结构31开放且该空室47使该板缘48可些微径缩而易于置入该凹槽结构31中。于另一实施例中,该导件4a的底部另轴向地设有一环肋45a,该环肋45a插设于该第一下环凸331中(参图9),可与该板缘48共同保持该导件4a,使该导件4a不易脱离该凹槽结构31,该空室47a亦使该环肋45a可些微径缩而易于置入该第一下环凸331中。
本发明的线导结构的导件亦可设为其他态样,如图8所示,该导件5另轴向地设有至少一剖槽56该剖槽56径向剖穿该板缘58,该剖槽56并连通于该导槽52与该空室57之间,线材的一末端设有一绳结81,该绳结81供卡掣于该剖槽56且位于该空室57并固定该绳体8的一端,该剖槽56亦使该导件5可些微径缩,并使该导件5可轻易地置入该凹槽结构31。较佳地,该导件5可只设于该绳结81所在的基体3中,当然亦可 设于其他基体3中。
该矫形装置6包括多个线导结构、二板部7及至少一绳体8。该二板部7相间隔且各设有至少一该基体3。该多个线导结构包括多个导件4及至少一导件5,该导件5位于最端侧的基体3而供卡掣该绳体8的一端。各该绳体8穿过各该板部7的至少一该基体3的穿线通道44并绕设于二该导槽42中,轴向移动该至少一绳体8可使该二板部7靠近或远离,较佳地可将各该绳体8的一末端固定于一拉柄82以方便控制该绳体8(参图1至图2)。该矫形装置6例如是护腰、护踝等护具或类似的可调整装置。
于其他实施例中,该线导结构的第一及第二卡掣结构可只设有第一及第二下环凸而不设置第一及第二上环凸、或是可只设有第一及第二上环凸而不设置第一及第二下环凸。该导槽亦可为非光滑表面的结构且一导件可相对于一凹槽结构转动。该绳体的一绳结可为该绳体打结而成、高温使该绳体融凝而成或以一固定片接合而成,可使该绳体的一末端固定于一导件即可。该矫形装置及其线导结构的多个导件结构可为设有剖槽或/及不设有剖槽的态样。该导件亦可为如半圆形等其他形状,可供辅助一绳体作动且定位于一凹槽结构即可。
综上所述,该导件为一体成型,其构件少、拆装方便且结构稳固,亦可通过具有光滑表面的导槽及该导件的转动来辅助各该绳体作动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线导结构,供设于一矫形装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一基体,设有一凹槽结构,该凹槽结构具有一内壁,该内壁设有一第一卡掣结构;
    一导件,定义有一轴线,一体成型有一导槽及一第二卡掣结构,该导槽绕该轴线弧形延设,该导件容置于该凹槽结构并以该第一卡掣结构与该第二卡掣结构相卡掣定位,该导槽与该内壁之间围构一穿线通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该第一卡掣结构包括一设于该凹槽结构的一底部的第一下环凸,该第一下环凸径向凸设一第一下凸缘,该第二卡掣结构包括一设于该导件的一底部的第二下环凸,该第二下环凸径向凸设一第二下凸缘,该第一下凸缘及第二下凸缘朝相对方向沿伸且能够轴向地相卡抵。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该导件的底部还轴向地设有一环肋,该环肋插设于该第一下环凸中。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该第一卡掣结构包括一设于该内壁的一周侧的第一上环凸,该第二卡掣结构包括一设于该导件的一周侧的第二上环凸,该第一上环凸及第二上环凸朝相对方向沿伸且能够轴向地相卡抵。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该导件为一圆盘,该导槽环设于该圆盘。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该基体另沿该凹槽结构的周缘设有一凸垣,该导件不凸出于该凸垣。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该导件还轴向地设有至少一剖槽。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该导件的一中心部分设有一空室,该空室朝该凹槽结构开放。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的线导结构,其特征在于,其中该凹槽结构成一盆形壳体且于周侧设有二与该穿线通道连通的贯口;该第一卡掣结构还包括一设于该内壁的一周侧的第一上环凸,该第二卡掣结构还包括一设于该导件的一周侧的第二上环凸,该第一上环凸及第二上环凸朝相对方向沿伸且能够轴向地相卡抵;该导件为一圆盘且能够相对该凹槽结构转动,该导槽环设于该圆盘而使该导件的下部形成一板缘;该基体另沿该凹槽结构的周缘设有一凸垣,该导件不凸出于该凸垣;该导件还轴向地设有至少一剖槽;该导件的一中心部分设有一空室,该剖槽径向剖穿该板缘,该剖槽并连通于该导槽与该空室之间, 该空室朝该凹槽结构开放。
  10. 一种矫形装置,包括多个如权利要求1至9其中任一项所述的线导结构,其特征在于,还包括:
    二板部,相间隔且各设有至少一该基体;
    至少一绳体,各该绳体穿过各该板部的至少一该基体的穿线通道并绕设于二该导槽中,轴向移动该至少一绳体能够使该二板部靠近或远离。
