如图1所示,所述进料装置8包括进料框81、位于所述进料框81上方的进料斗82、位于所述进料斗82内的过滤网83、设置于所述过滤网83下表面的第二振动器84、设置于所述进料斗82上的第二支撑杆85、位于所述进料框81内的第二滚轮86、设置于所述第二滚轮86上若干凸块87及设置于所述进料框81上的第五框体88。所述第五框体88呈长方体,所述第五框体88水平放置,所述第四框体71的上表面与所述第五框体88的下表面固定连接。所述进料框81呈空心的半圆柱体状,所述进料框81贯穿所述第五框体88的上下表面且与其固定连接,使得所述进料框81的内部与所述第四框体71的内部相通,所述进料框81上设有第三通孔811,所述第三通孔811与所述进料框81的内部相通。所述进料斗82的下端伸入到所述第三通孔811内且与所述进料框81固定连接,使得所述进料斗82的内部与所述进料框81的内部相通。所述过滤网83呈水平状,所述过滤网83的侧面与所述进料斗82的内表面固定连 接。所述第二振动器84与所述过滤网83固定连接,所述第二振动器84与电源电性连接,使得所述第二振动器84可以发生振动,进而带动所述过滤网83振动,从而可以起到较好的过滤效果。所述第二支撑杆85设有两个且分别位于所述进料斗82的左右两侧,所述第二支撑杆85呈竖直状,所述第二支撑杆85的上端与所述进料斗82固定连接,所述第二支撑杆85的下端与所述进料框81固定连接。所述第二滚轮86呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮86水平放置,所述第二滚轮86与所述进料框81轴转连接,使得所述第二滚轮86可以在所述进料框81内旋转,所述第二滚轮86与电机连接,进而带动所述第二滚轮86旋转。所述凸块87设有若干个,所述凸块87均匀分布在所述第二滚轮86上,所述凸块87与所述第二滚轮86固定连接,所述凸块87与所述进料框81的内表面接触。
如图1所示,所述本发明新型高效粮食碾磨装置使用时,首先将粮食放置在进料斗82内,然后集中到过滤网83上,此时部分粮食经过过滤网83的过滤进入到过滤网83的下方,然后启动第二振动器84,使得过滤网83开始振动,从而使得过滤网83上方的粮食逐渐的穿过过滤网83进入到过滤网83的下方,然后经过第三通孔811进入到第二滚轮86及凸块87之间,然后启动电机,使得第二滚轮86缓慢的旋转,由于凸块87与进料框81的内表面接触,并且相邻的凸块87之间的空间大小相同,因此,当粮食填满凸块87之间的空间时,此时相邻凸块87之间的粮食的量是相等的,然后第二滚轮86继续旋转,直至将凸块87之间的粮食逐渐的导入到磁铁68上,从而可以精确的控制倒入的量,即只要控制第二滚轮86旋转的速度即可。倒入到磁铁68上的粮食中的金属杂质部分的被磁铁68吸引,然后启动第二电机64,使得第二转轴65带动第二转盘67旋 转,进而使得磁铁68随之旋转,使得粮食开始做离心运动,并向四周散去落在磁铁环62上,被磁铁68吸引的金属杂质依然留在磁铁68上。由于粮食分散的分布在磁铁环62的内表面上,使得其中的金属杂质能够充分的与磁铁环62接触,从而可以快速的清除掉其中的金属杂质。然后粮食穿过第二通孔631进入到第一框体51与第二研磨框46之间,由于研磨环47的上表面呈倾斜状,使得粮食可以顺利的集中到第一框体51内,防止溅到外侧。所述粮食开始填满第一框体51、第二框体52与第一研磨框45、第二研磨框46之间的空间,然后启动第一电机41,使得第一转轴43带动所述第一转盘44、第一研磨框45、第二研磨框46及研磨环47旋转,从而可以对粮食进行研磨,待研磨一段时间后,启动第一滚轮24,通过第一锯齿23及第二锯齿25的配合,使得移动框21向下移动,进而使得第一横板26及第二横板28向下移动,然后使得第一电机41、第一转盘44、第一研磨框45及第二研磨框46向下移动,并且旋转板40不再顶靠在第二框体52的下端,然后第二框体52内的经过研磨的粮食先进入到旋转板40上,由于旋转板40随着第一转轴43的旋转而旋转,进而使得粮食做离心运动集中到第三挡环36内,然后落在第一过滤环32上。当所述第一研磨框45及第二研磨框46向下移动时,其与第一框体51及第二框体52配合可以对粮食进行进一步的研磨,使得研磨效果更好。然后启动第一振动器33,使得第一过滤环32振动,使得其上的粮食穿过第一过滤环32的筛孔进入到回收箱16内。至此,本发明新型高效粮食碾磨装置使用过程描述完毕。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的新型高效粮食碾磨装置,其特征在于:所述第四框体呈空心的长方体,所述第四框体竖直放置,所述第四框体位于所述第二转盘的正上方,所述第一斜板呈倾斜状,所述第一斜板的上端与所述第四框体的内表面固定连接,所述第六支架设有两个且分别位于所述第四框体的左右两侧,所述第六支架呈L型,所述第六支架的一端与所述第三框体的上表面固定连接,所述第六支架的另一端与所述第四框体的侧面固定连接,所述第一斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第一斜杆的下端与所述第六支架的上表面固定连接,所述第一斜杆的上端与所述第四框体的侧面固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的新型高效粮食碾磨装置,其特征在于:所述第五框体呈长方体,所述第五框体水平放置,所述第四框体的上表面与所述第五框体的下表面固定连接,所述进料框呈空心的半圆柱体状,所述进料框贯穿所述第五框体的上下表面且与其固定连接,所述进料框上设有第三通孔,所述进料斗的下端伸入到所述第三通孔内且与所述进料框固定连接,所述过滤网呈水平状,所述过滤网的侧面与所述进料斗的内表面固定连接,所述第二振动器与所述过滤网固定连接,所述第二支撑杆呈竖直状,所述第二支撑杆的上端与所述进料斗固定连接,所述第二支撑杆的下端与所述进料框固定连接,所述第二滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第二滚轮水平放置,所述第二滚轮与所述进料框轴转连接,所述凸块设有若干个,所述凸块均匀分布在所述第二滚轮上,所述凸块与所述第二滚轮固定连接,所述凸块与所述进料框的内表面接触。
