本发明涉及咖啡酿制技术领域,特别是涉及一种咖啡机及其控制方法。
对于目前的咖啡机而言,通常采用将热水浸泡咖啡粉后,并通过自然滴漏出来的方法来制备咖啡液,这样会存在咖啡粉溶解不充分以及冲泡速度慢的问题,影响用户的使用。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对目前的咖啡机存在咖啡粉溶解不充分及使用不便的问题,提供一种既能够保证咖啡粉充分溶解又能够便于用户使用的咖啡机,同时还提供了一种上述咖啡机的控制方法。
上述目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种咖啡机,包括:
机壳本体;
酿制组件,包括酿制容器,所述酿制容器安装于所述机壳本体上,所述酿制容器具有中空的容纳腔,所述容纳腔能够容置被酿制物;
加轻压组件,安装于所述机壳本体中;所述加轻压组件包括加压泵及压力管道,所述加压泵与所述压力管道连接,所述压力管道与所述容纳腔连通,所述加压泵能够向所述酿制容器提供压力;
加热组件,安装于所述机壳本体中,且,所述加热组件与所述容纳腔连通,所述加热组件向所述酿制容器提供热水;及
过滤组件,安装于所述酿制容器的下方,所述过滤组件与所述容纳腔连通。
在其中一个实施例中,所述咖啡机还包括控制组件,所述控制组件包括控制面板及控制主板;
所述控制面板设置于所述机壳本体上,所述控制主板设置于所述机壳本体中,且,所述控制主板与所述控制面板电连接;
所述控制主板与所述酿制组件电连接,所述控制主板与所述加热组件电连接,所述控制主板与所述加轻压组件电连接。

参见图1至图4,本发明提供了一种咖啡机100,尤其是一种酿制设备,咖啡机100主要是用于酿制咖啡液。当然,本发明的咖啡机100还能够用于混合饮品的酿制,以及茶品类的浸泡酿制。
在本发明中,咖啡机100包括机壳本体110、酿制组件120、加轻压组件140、加热组件130及过滤组件150。酿制组件120、加轻压组件140与加热组件130均安装于机壳本体110中,过滤组件150安装于酿制组件120上,机壳本体110起支撑作用,以支撑酿制组件120、加轻压组件140及加热组件130。酿制组件120是用来酿制被酿制物的主要部件。被酿制物为咖啡粉、茶品以及混合饮品等,被酿制物加入到酿制组件120中后,加热组件130提供的热水能够与被酿制物混合形成混合溶液。在本发明中,仅以被酿制物为咖啡粉为例进行说明,并且,咖啡粉与热水混合后形成咖啡液。加热组件130能够向酿制组件120提供热水,使得酿制组件120中的咖啡粉浸泡于热水中。加轻压组件140能够向酿制组件中提供轻微压力,以保证酿制组件120中的咖啡粉能够充分萃取,使得咖啡粉与热水能够充分混合,以获得高品质的咖啡液。过滤组件150能够将咖啡液进行过滤,过滤咖啡液中存在的杂质等颗粒物,进一步保证咖啡液的细腻、口感等,以满足用户对高品质生活的需求。
酿制组件120包括酿制容器121,酿制容器121安装于机壳本体110上,酿制容器121具有中空的容纳腔,容纳腔能够容置被酿制物即咖啡粉。酿制容器121的容纳腔为一通孔,通孔的一端由酿制容器121的腔顶密封件125密封,通孔的另一端由过滤组件150密封。也就是说,通过腔顶密封件125、酿制容器121与过滤组件150保证容纳腔的密封性,以便于加轻压组件140向容纳腔中加轻微压力。通孔与过滤组件150连接的一端为出液口,酿制容器121中的咖啡液通过出液口流到过滤组件150中。
加热组件130与容纳腔连通,加热组件130向酿制容器121提供热水,使得容纳腔中的咖啡粉能够浸泡在热水中。并且,用户可以根据不同的口味需求,选择不同的热水温度以及咖啡粉的浸泡时间,方便用户使用。加轻压组件140与容纳腔连通,加轻压组件140向酿制容器121提供压力,以轻微的空气压力方式萃取咖啡粉中的物质。并且,加热组件130与加轻压组件140的工作顺序为先通过加热组件130向酿制容器121中加热水,浸泡咖啡粉;再通过加轻压组件140向酿制容器121中增加轻微的空气压力,使得被浸泡的咖啡粉能够被充分萃取,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中,以获得高品质的酿制咖啡液。
过滤组件150能够起到保护和排放的作用。过滤组件150安装于酿制容器121的下方,过滤组件150与容纳腔连通,使得酿制容器121中的咖啡液通过过滤组件150过滤,去除咖啡液中的杂质等颗粒,保证咖啡液的口感。同时,酿制容器121中的咖啡液通过加轻压组件140压出,或者通过泵抽出。在本实施例中,酿制容器121中的咖啡液通过加轻压组件140
压出。过滤组件150的下方具有出液端1511,咖啡液在酿制过程中,出液端1511是密封的,加轻压组件140向酿制容器121中增加轻微压力,以萃取咖啡粉中的物质;咖啡液酿制完成后,出液端1511开启,加轻压组件140持续向酿制容器121中加轻压,酿制容器121中的咖啡液在轻微压力的作用下通过过滤组件150过滤后再由出液端1511输出。方便快捷,提高咖啡液的酿制速度,便于用户使用。
原则上,容纳腔的形状不受限制,只要保证热水能够浸泡咖啡粉即可。并且用户可以根据使用需求选择不同的浸泡时间,来保证咖啡粉的适度溶解,增加萃取效果。本发明的咖啡机100采用空气压力施压的方式实现智能化自动酿制,以独特的轻微压力方式淬取咖啡粉中的物质,获得高品质的酿制咖啡液,在浓度、温度、细滑、口感等方面提升到传统经典咖啡机及传统的压力咖啡机无法获得淬取效果。
目前,咖啡机通常采用将热水浸泡咖啡粉后,并通过自然滴漏出来的方法来制备咖啡液,这样会存在咖啡粉溶解不充分及酿制速度慢的问题,同时,压力咖啡机存在制造成本高昂,使用不放便等缺点,影响用户的使用。本发明的咖啡机100将咖啡粉加入到酿制容器121的容纳腔中后,通过加热组件130向容纳腔中加热水,使得咖啡粉与热水充分混合,再通过加轻压组件140向容纳腔中施加压力,以轻微压力的方式萃取咖啡粉中的物质,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中,获得高品质的酿制咖啡液,使得咖啡液在浓度、细滑、口感等方面有所提升,提高咖啡液的酿制效率,便于用户使用。同时,本发明的咖啡机100的结构简单,制造成本较低,减轻用户的负担。并且,本发明的咖啡机100的结构简单,方便用户操作,节省时间。
咖啡机100还包括控制组件160,控制组件160包括控制面板161及控制主板162,控制面板161设置于机壳本体110上,控制主板162设置于机壳本体110中,且,控制主板162与控制面板161电连接;控制主板162与酿制组件120电连接,控制主板162与加热组件130电连接,控制主板162与加轻压组件140电连接。咖啡机100通过控制组件160实现智能化操作,加快咖啡机100的智能化进程,方便用户使用。控制面板161上设置有各种触摸按键,如加热组件130的加热温度、咖啡粉的浸泡时间、加压泵141施加的压力等等,用户可以根据自身的需求进行选择,能够满足用户不同的使用需求,方便使用。控制主板162中存储控制程序,能够控制加热组件130、酿制组件120、加轻压组件140工作。
作为一种可实施方式,加轻压组件140包括加压泵141及压力管道142;加压泵141与压力管道142连接,压力管道142与容纳腔连通。加压泵141通过压力管道142将轻微压力输送到酿制容器121的容纳腔中,以实现咖啡机100的轻压酿制咖啡液。加压泵141安装于机壳本体110中,压力管道142穿设机壳本体110连接到酿制容器121上,压力管道142通过酿制容器121的顶部或者侧壁与容纳腔连通。需要说明的是,压力管道142通过酿制容器
121的侧壁与容纳腔连通时,压力管道142在容纳腔室中的管口最好低于容纳腔中咖啡液的液面高度,可以使加压泵141向容纳腔中增加轻微压力使咖啡液内部产生气泡,气泡向上升起并破损,能够起到搅拌及混合的作用,使得咖啡粉能够与热水充分混合,以增加咖啡液中的咖啡浓度和咖啡粉的淬取率,提高咖啡液的口感等。
进一步地,加压泵141向容纳腔提供的压力小于0.4MPa。也就是说,加压泵141向酿制容器121的容纳腔室中施加轻微的压力,加压泵141提供的压力小于0.4MPa就能够满足咖啡粉中物质的萃取的要求,保证咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中,并从过滤组件150中过滤出来。并且,加压泵141施加的压力较大时,对酿制容器121的密封要求以及加压泵141的质量都有较高的要求,会增加咖啡机100的制造成本,不便于用户使用。因此,本发明的加压泵141提供的小于0.4MPa的压力就能够满足咖啡粉的萃取要求,同时保证咖啡机100的操作安全,避免安全事故的发生。较佳地,在本实施例中,加压泵141向容纳腔提供的压力的范围为0.15MPa~0.25MPa。
本发明的咖啡机100实现以轻压的酿制方式来酿制咖啡液。酿制热水与咖啡粉在酿制容器121的容纳腔中浸泡并混合成咖啡液,加轻压组件140以空气增压的方式向容纳腔内的咖啡粉施加轻微的空气压力,以轻微压力淬取咖啡粉中的物质,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶液于热水中,有效提升酿制咖啡液的品质,随后再通过轻微的空气压力将咖啡液压出过滤组件150。
作为一种可实施方式,酿制容器121上还设置有进粉孔1211、进水孔1212及排气孔1213;进粉孔1211、进水孔1212与排气孔1213均连通容纳腔。咖啡粉通过进粉孔1211进入到酿制容器121的容纳腔中。进水孔1212与加热组件130连通,加热组件130将热水通过进水孔1212输送到容纳腔中,将酿制容器121中的咖啡粉浸泡。同时,由于容纳腔为密闭的环境,为防止热水输送不到容纳腔中,在酿制容器121上增加一个排气孔1213,排气孔1213连通容纳腔,当加热组件130向容纳腔中加热水时,热水从进水孔1212进入到容纳腔中的同时,容纳腔中的空气通过排气孔1213排出容纳腔,以保证容纳腔内压力平衡。
作为一种可实施方式,酿制组件120还包括驱动机构122、传动机构123及腔顶密封件125;驱动机构122与传动机构123连接,传动机构123安装于腔顶密封件125上,驱动机构122驱动传动机构123运动,进而传动机构123能够驱动腔顶密封件125密封进粉孔1211、进水孔1212及排气孔1213。驱动组件包括电机1221及电机支撑座1222,电机支撑座1222安装于机壳本体110上,电机1221安装于电机支撑座1222上。传动机构123包括齿轮1231、齿条1232及传动杆1233,齿轮1231安装于电机1221的输出轴上,齿条1232安装到传动杆1233上,传动杆1233安装到腔顶密封件125上。电机1221转动驱动齿轮1231转动,齿轮1231与齿条1232啮合传动,齿轮1231与齿条1232的配合能够将转动运动转化成直线运动,齿轮1231驱动齿条1232做直线运动,进而使得传动杆1233带动其上的腔顶密封件125密封
进粉孔1211、进水孔1212及排气孔1213,保证容纳腔的密封性,使得加轻压组件140在向容纳腔中加轻压时不会发生漏气现象。同时,酿制组件120还包括限位机构124,限位机构124安装于电机支撑座1222上。限位机构124包括行程开关1241和止动顶杆1242,行程开关1241与止动顶杆1242均安装在电机支撑座1222上,行程开关1241能够对齿条1232的直线运动进行限位,防止齿条1232超行程运行;止动顶杆1242保证腔顶密封件125密封的可靠性,防止腔顶密封件125的位置出现错位,以免影响密封效果。
需要说明,在咖啡粉加入到酿制容器121后,驱动机构122控制传动机构123驱动腔顶密封件125运动先密封进粉孔1211,随后,加热组件130向酿制容器121中输送热水,并且,酿制容器121中的热水量到达需求时,加热组件130停止加入热水,同时,加轻压组件140向热水中排放气体,气体向上升起并破裂,增加咖啡粉的搅拌,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中。之后,驱动机构122控制传动机构123驱动腔顶密封件125运动再密封进水孔1212及排气孔1213,此时,酿制容器121为一个密封容器,加轻压组件140持续向酿制容器121中排放气体形成压力,使得咖啡粉处于轻压之下能够被充分萃取。
并且,在本发明中,压力管道142输送到酿制容器121中的进气孔也可以与加热组件130输送到酿制容器121中的进水孔为同一个。也就是说,压力管道142连通加热组件130,咖啡粉在酿制过程中,轻压泵组件140向加热组件130施加轻压,使得加热组件130中的热水在加轻压组件140的作用下被压入到酿制容器121中,并且,加热组件130中的热水仅为酿制咖啡液的一次用量。加轻压组件140持续工作,当加热组件130中的热水用完后,便向酿制容器121中排放气体。
进一步地,酿制组件120还包括快速夹127及腔底密封件126,快速夹127将过滤组件150连接并密封于酿制容器121上。酿制容器121的端部上设置有与快速夹127相配合的螺纹或者卡位1214,将快速夹127与酿制容器121的端部的螺纹或者卡位对好,向上推入或旋入,使得快速夹127牢靠固定。并且,腔底密封件126设置在快速夹127与酿制容器121之间,过滤组件150安装到快速夹127上后,腔底密封件126能够保证过滤组件150与酿制容器121之间的密封性。再进一步地,腔顶密封件125与腔底密封件126均由硅胶等材料制成。
快速夹127具有手柄和夹持部,手柄安装于夹持部上,夹持部的大小能够调节,通过手柄的转动能够调节夹持部的大小。夹持部连接过滤组件150与酿制容器121,夹持部的一部分与酿制容器121的底端的卡位1214相配合,夹持部的另一部分与过滤组件150的顶部相配合,转动手柄至预设位置,使得夹持部能够夹紧过滤组件150与酿制容器121,保证过滤组件150安装后的密封性,避免出现漏气现象。
需要说明的是,咖啡粉通过进粉孔1211进入到酿制容器121的容纳腔后,电机1221驱动齿轮1231带动齿条1232驱动传动杆1233及其上的腔顶密封件125密封进粉孔1211,随
后加热组件130向酿制容器121中通过进水孔1212输送热水,以浸泡咖啡粉,同时,容纳腔中的空气通过排气孔1213输出,电机1221继续驱动齿条1232运动带动腔顶密封件125在密封进水孔1212与排气孔1213,此时,容纳腔为一个密闭的环境,加轻压组件140通过加压泵141向容纳腔中施加轻微的压力,以萃取咖啡粉中的物质,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中。
酿制组件120在装配时,采用将电机1221、齿轮1231、行程开关1241和止动顶杆1242装配到电机支撑座1222上,再将齿条1232装配到传动杆1233上,并在传动杆1233上装好腔顶密封件125,而后将装配好的传动杆1233与腔顶密封件125装入到已装配好的电机支撑座1222内,然后将整个传动机构123和驱动机构122与酿制容器121的容纳腔的顶端对好并装配牢固,之后将装好的酿制组件120组件装入机壳本体110上,并与机壳本体110装配紧固,此时可在酿制容器121的底端装入腔底密封件126,而后将快速夹127与酿制容器121的底端的螺纹或卡位对好,向上推入或旋入,当快速夹127挂靠好之后,用销钉螺丝将快速夹127定位在酿制容器121上,以防止脱落。
作为一种可实施方式,过滤组件150包括过滤器152、固定环153及过滤杯151;过滤器152安装于过滤杯151中,固定环153也安装于过滤杯151中,过滤杯151安装于酿制容器121上,过滤杯151与容纳腔连通,过滤杯151具有出液端1511,咖啡液通过出液端1511输出。过滤杯151上设置有凸橼,装配时,过滤杯151的凸橼对准快速夹127的入口,并通过凸橼卡在快速夹127中,以保证过滤杯151固定密封牢靠,防止咖啡酿制过程中出现泄漏现象。
作为一种可实施方式,咖啡机100还包括泄压组件170,泄压组件170安装于过滤组件150上;泄压组件170包括泄压阀171、泄压密封圈173及泄压弹簧172,泄压阀171与泄压弹簧172均安装于过滤杯151上。泄压组件170安装在过滤杯151的出液端1511中,泄压阀171通过泄压弹簧172安装于出液端1511中,并且,泄压阀171与出液端1511之间安装泄压密封圈173,以保证过滤杯151的出液端1511的密封性。泄压阀171的工作是由容纳腔中的压力控制的,当容纳腔中的压力大于预设压力值时,泄压阀171在压力作用下能够压缩泄压弹簧172,此时,泄压阀171不密封出液端1511;当容纳腔中的压力小于预设压力值时,泄压阀171受到的压力小于泄压弹簧172的弹簧力,此时,泄压弹簧172能够顶住泄压阀171,使得泄压阀171密封出液端1511。
具体的,咖啡粉在浸泡的过程中,泄压弹簧172处于预压状态,此时,泄压阀171和泄压密封圈173能够密封出液端1511;咖啡粉在浸泡完成后,加轻压组件140持续向容纳腔中加轻微的压力,泄压弹簧172受压后处于压缩状态,此时,泄压阀171和泄压密封圈173不再密封出液端1511,出液端1511与泄压阀171之间形成泄压孔,使得酿制容器121中的咖
啡液通过过滤器152流到过滤杯151中,再通过过滤杯151的出液端1511流出。
将泄压组件170安装到过滤杯151的出液端1511中,再将过滤器152与固定环153安装到固定杯中,然后将过滤杯151的凸橼对好快速夹127的入口,将过滤杯151插入到快速夹127中,并通过快速夹127的手柄旋转一定角度,使得泄压组件170向上提升并固定,同时,过滤杯151压紧腔底密封件126,使得容纳腔密封,咖啡粉的浸泡与压制在密封的容纳腔中进行。
作为一种可实施方式,咖啡机100还包括自动分粉组件或者磨豆组件180;自动分粉组件或者磨豆组件180安装于机壳本体110中。当然,咖啡机100也可以通过手动的方式通过进粉孔1211向酿制容器121中加咖啡粉。当采用自动分粉组件加咖啡粉时,自动分粉组件包括定量容器和驱动电机,定量容器上具有进出料槽,定量容器安装于驱动电机上,驱动电机驱动定量容器转动,使得进出料槽不断的进料与出料,进出料槽朝向进料孔时,实现将咖啡粉加入到酿制容器121中。
当采用磨豆组件180加咖啡粉时,磨豆组件180包括储豆机构181及磨豆机构182,储豆机构181安装于磨豆机构182的上方。储豆机构181包括豆箱1811、豆箱盖1812及检豆装置1813,豆箱1811上设置有出豆口,检豆装置1813设置在出豆口中,豆箱盖1812盖设在豆箱1811上,检豆装置1813能够检测豆箱1811中咖啡豆的质量,以提高酿制咖啡液的质量。磨豆机构182的出粉口朝向酿制容器121的进粉孔1211,咖啡豆经检验装置检验后进入到磨豆机构182中,磨碎后进入到容纳腔中。
作为一种可实施方式,加热组件130为储水式锅炉或者即热式发热体。在本发明中,加热组件130为储水式锅炉,加热组件130包括水箱、出水管道、加热腔体、发热管、温控件及安全部件,水箱设置于机壳本体110中,出水管道的一端进水孔1212连通,出水管道的另一端与水箱连通,发热管对水箱中的水进行加热,发热管与温控件电连接,通过温控件控制水的温度,同时,再通过安全部件保证发热管在工作时的安全,提高可靠性。
本发明还提供了一种咖啡机100的控制方法,应用于上述实施例中的咖啡机100,包括如下步骤:
步骤S100:向酿制组件120的酿制容器121中加入咖啡粉;
步骤S200:控制组件160控制加热组件130将热水加入到酿制容器121的容纳腔中,并且,加入预设水量后,控制组件160控制加热组件130停止向容纳腔加热水;
步骤S300:控制组件160控制加轻压组件140向酿制容器121的热水中排放气体,并形成气泡,气泡向上浮动破裂,使得酿制容器121中的热水与被酿制物充分混合;
步骤400:控制组件160控制腔顶密封件125密封排气孔1213,并控制加轻压组件140持续向容纳腔中排放气体形成压力,以萃取被酿制物中的物质,使热水与被酿制物充分混合
形成混合溶液;
步骤S500:控制组件160控制加轻压组件140持续向容纳腔中施加压力,将酿制容器121中的混合溶液压向过滤组件150,使咖啡液通过过滤组件150过滤后输出。
参见图5A、图5B、图5C、图5D和图6,本发明的咖啡机100的工作原理为:控制组件160控制磨豆组件180工作,磨豆机构182将储豆机构181输送的咖啡豆磨碎后输送到酿制组件120的酿制容器121的进粉孔1211中,如图5A所示;随后,控制组件160在控制加热组件130的加热件对水箱中的水进行加热后,并将热水通过出水管道输送到酿制容器121的进水孔1212中,容纳腔中的热水达到预设水量后,控制组件160控制加热组件130停止向酿制容器121中输送热水,此时,咖啡粉浸泡于热水中,如图5B所示;随后,控制组件160控制酿制组件120中的齿轮1231齿条1232驱动腔顶密封件125先密封进粉孔1211,并且控制组件160控制加轻压组件140向酿制容器121中排放气体,气体在热水中形成气泡向上升起并破裂,以搅拌咖啡粉使其与热水充分混合;随后,控制组件160控制酿制组件120中的齿轮1231齿条1232驱动腔顶密封件125再密封进水孔1212与排气孔1213,使得容纳腔处于密封状态;随后,控制组件160持续控制加轻压组件140向酿制容器121中施加轻微的压力,压力小于0.25MPa,以萃取咖啡粉中的物质,使得咖啡粉能够充分溶解于热水中;并且,控制组件160持续控制加轻压组件140向酿制容器121中施加压力,容纳腔中的压力达到预设压力值时,泄压阀171压缩弹簧,泄压阀171开启,过滤杯151的出液端1511打开,咖啡液在轻微的压力作用下输出,如图5C所示;直至咖啡液输出完成后,控制组件160控制加轻压组件140停止工作,如图5D所示。在本发明中,可以增加一个咖啡杯190与过滤杯151配合使用,用于接取酿制好的咖啡液。当然,也可以用其他的杯子接取酿制好的咖啡液。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。
Claims (10)
- 一种咖啡机,其特征在于,包括:机壳本体;酿制组件,包括酿制容器,所述酿制容器安装于所述机壳本体上,所述酿制容器具有中空的容纳腔,所述容纳腔能够容置被酿制物;加轻压组件,安装于所述机壳本体中;所述加轻压组件包括加压泵及压力管道,所述加压泵与所述压力管道连接,所述压力管道与所述容纳腔连通,所述加压泵能够向所述酿制容器提供压力;加热组件,安装于所述机壳本体中,且,所述加热组件与所述容纳腔连通,所述加热组件向所述酿制容器提供热水;及过滤组件,安装于所述酿制容器的下方,所述过滤组件与所述容纳腔连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,还包括控制组件,所述控制组件包括控制面板及控制主板;所述控制面板设置于所述机壳本体上,所述控制主板设置于所述机壳本体中,且,所述控制主板与所述控制面板电连接;所述控制主板与所述酿制组件电连接,所述控制主板与所述加热组件电连接,所述控制主板与所述加轻压组件电连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述加压泵向所述容纳腔提供的压力小于0.4MPa。
- 根据权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述酿制容器上还设置有进粉孔、进水孔及排气孔;所述进水孔与所述加热组件连通;所述进粉孔、所述进水孔与所述排气孔均连通所述容纳腔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述酿制组件还包括传动机构及腔顶密封件;所述传动机构安装于所述腔顶密封件上,所述传动机构能够驱动所述腔顶密封件密封所述进粉孔、所述进水孔与所述排气孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述酿制组件还包括快速夹,所述快速夹将所述过滤组件安装于所述酿制容器上;所述快速夹具有手柄和夹持部,所述手柄安装于所述夹持部上,所述夹持部连接所述过滤组件与所述酿制容器,且,所述手柄旋转至预设位置能使所述夹持部夹紧所述过滤组件与 所述酿制容器使所述过滤组件固定并密封。
- 根据权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述过滤组件包括过滤器及过滤杯,所述过滤杯具有出液端;所述过滤器安装于所述过滤杯中,所述过滤杯安装于所述酿制容器上,所述过滤杯与所述容纳腔连通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,还包括泄压组件,所述泄压组件安装于所述过滤杯的所述出液端中;所述泄压组件包括泄压阀及泄压弹簧,所述泄压阀与所述泄压弹簧连接,并安装于所述出液端中,所述泄压阀能够密封所述出液端;所述容纳腔中的压力达到预设压力值时,所述泄压阀压缩所述泄压弹簧使所述出液端开启。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡机还包括自动分粉组件或者磨豆组件;所述自动分粉组件或者所述磨豆组件安装于所述机壳本体中;所述加热组件为储水式锅炉或者即热式发热体。
- 一种咖啡机的控制方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1至9任一项所述的咖啡机,包括如下步骤:步骤S100:向酿制组件的酿制容器中加入咖啡粉;步骤S200:控制组件控制加热组件将热水加入到所述酿制容器的容纳腔中,并且,加入预设水量后,所述加热组件停止向所述容纳腔加热水;步骤S300:所述控制组件控制加轻压组件向所述酿制容器的热水中排放气体,并形成气泡,所述气泡向上浮动破裂,使得所述酿制容器中的所述热水与被酿制物充分混合;步骤S400:所述控制组件控制所述腔顶密封件密封所述排气孔,并控制所述加轻压组件持续向所述容纳腔中排放气体形成压力,以萃取所述被酿制物中的物质,使所述热水与所述被酿制物充分混合形成混合溶液;步骤S500:所述控制组件控制所述加轻压组件持续向所述容纳腔中施加压力,将所述酿制容器中的所述混合溶液压向所述过滤组件,使所述混合溶液通过所述过滤组件过滤后输出。
