本申请涉及但不限于电子设备及其制造技术领域。
背景技术
相关技术中,在智能手机、平板电脑、多媒体播放器等电子设备上均设置有音频输出器件,例如扬声器(Speaker)、受话器(Receiver)等。
另外,在相关技术中,参见图1所示,为相关技术中的音频输出器件的示意图,图1中的音频输出器件1贴片在主板2上,主板2跟结构件3装配,通过结构件3上贴辅料4密封音频输出器件1的音腔。但是,图1所示电子设备在音频输出器件1量产的过程中,会存在密封效果不好的问题,导致一定比例漏音的问题,此外,由于主板2为普通电路板,具备一定的刚性,就容易导致音频输出器件1与主板2的贴合存在一定的间隙,密封不良;还存在主板2和结构件3装配存在公差累计、来料变形等因素所导致的密封不可靠的问题。
实用新型内容

相关技术中存在音频输出器件由于密封不良而导致漏音、啸叫等情况发生。
本文提供一种电子设备,以实现增强音频输出器件的密封性,避免漏音、啸叫等情况发生的技术效果。
一种电子设备,包括:电路板、音频输出器件和结构件;
其中,所述音频输出器件与所述电路板电连接;
所述结构件设置在所述电路板的外围,所述结构件设置有容置腔,所述音频输出器件密封于所述容置腔内。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述结构件包括:
容置槽和密封板,所述密封板与所述容置槽的开口密闭地扣合,形成所述容置腔。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述电子设备,还包括:柔性连接件;
所述柔性连接件的一端与所述音频输出器件连接,另一端穿过所述密封板上开设的通孔,并与所述电路板连接。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述结构件包括容置槽;
所述音频输出器件的第一表面与所述容置槽的开口密闭地扣合,形成所述容置腔。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述容置槽的底部开设有出音孔。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述电子设备还包括:分别与所述音频输出器件和所述电路板连接的柔性连接件。
可选地,在上述电子设备中,所述柔性连接件为柔性电路板。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:电路板、音频输出器件和结构件,其中,音频输出器件与电路板电连接,结构件设置在电路板的外围,该结构件设置有容置腔,该音频输出器件密封于该容置腔内;本实用新型实施例通过在固定电路板的结构件上专门为音频输出器件设置一容置腔,将音频输出器件密封于该容置腔中,以实现增强音频输出器件的密封性,避免漏音、啸叫等情况发生的技术效果。

本实用新型的实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本文中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图2所示,为本实用新型实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。本实施例提供的电子设备可以包括:电路板21、音频输出器件22和结构件23。
其中、音频输出器件22与电路板21电连接;结构件23设置在电路板21的外围,该结构件23设置有一容置腔2301,音频输出器件22密封于容置腔2301内。
可选地,本实施例在实施过程中,为了将音频输出器件22密封于容置腔2301内,如图3所示,为本实用新型实施例提供的电子设备中一种结构件的结构示意图,结构件23可以包括容置槽231和密封板232,密封板232与容置槽231的开口2311密闭地扣合,形成容置腔2301。此时,当密封板232与容置槽231扣合之后,可以在接缝处采用如超焊、点胶等方式固定密封板232和容置槽231,使得密封板232和容置槽231密闭,进而使得音频输出器件22具有一个密封性良好的音腔,避免漏音。
可选地,为了简化电子设备的结构,如图4所示,为本实用新型实施例提供的电子设备中另一种结构件的结构示意图,结构件23仅具有一容置槽231,上述容置槽231可以与音频输出器件22的尺寸相匹配,使得音频输出器件22放入容置槽231之后,该音频输出器件22的第一表面能够刚好卡合在容置槽231的开口2311处,这样,在音频输出器件22的第一表面的边缘与容置槽231之间的接缝处,便可以采用如超焊、点胶等方式固定上述第一表明的边缘和容置槽231,使得第一表面与容置槽231密闭,进而使得音频输出器件22具有一个密封性良好的音腔,避免漏音。
可选地,音频输出器件23可以与电路板21为有线或者无线连接。例如,当音频输出器件23与电路板21为有线连接时,电子设备可以还包括一柔性连接件,该柔性连接件的一端与音频输出器件22连接,该柔性连接件的另一端 与电路板21连接;当音频输出器件22与电路板21为无线连接时,电子设备还可以包括第一无线连接件和第二无线连接件,其中,第一无线连接件设置在电路板21上,第二无线连接件设置在音频输出器件22上,通过第一无线连接件和第二无线连接件之间的数据交互,实现音频输出器件22与电路板21的电连接。
在实际应用中,上述柔性连接件可以为普通排线、柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit board,简称为:FPC)等,本实用新型不作具体限定。
举例来说,如图5所示,为本实用新型实施例提供的电子设备中一种柔性连接件与音频输出器件的连接关系示意图,音频输出器件22贴片于柔性连接件41,即FPC上,那么,对于如图3所示实施例中的结构件23,也就是说,当音频输出器件22通过容置槽231和密封板232密封时,密封板232上还可以开设一通孔,柔性连接件41可以从该通孔中穿出,然后,采用超焊或者点胶的方式将柔性连接件41固定于密封板232上,进一步密封容置腔2301。
可选地,本实用新型实施例为了避免音频输出器件22与其他音频器件引起啸叫,在上述一个或者多个实施例所述的电子设备中,可以在容置槽231的底部开设有一个出音孔,这样,当音频输出器件22发声时,声音就可以通过这个唯一的出音孔传播,不会与其他音频器件产生干扰,从而避免啸叫。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:电路板、音频输出器件和结构件;
    其中,所述音频输出器件与所述电路板电连接;
    所述结构件设置在所述电路板的外围,所述结构件设置有容置腔,所述音频输出器件密封于所述容置腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述结构件包括:
    容置槽和密封板,所述密封板与所述容置槽的开口密闭地扣合,形成所述容置腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,还包括:柔性连接件;
    所述柔性连接件的一端与所述音频输出器件连接,另一端穿过所述密封板上开设的通孔,并与所述电路板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述结构件包括容置槽;
    所述音频输出器件的第一表面与所述容置槽的开口密闭地扣合,形成所述容置腔。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的电子设备,其中,所述容置槽的底部开设有出音孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,还包括:分别与所述音频输出器件和所述电路板连接的柔性连接件。
  7. 根据权利要求3或6所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性连接件为柔性电路板。
