一种扬声器箱 技术领域
本实用新型涉及声电转换技术领域,尤其是指一种扬声器箱。
背景技术
扬声器箱是一种设于智能终端内的电子元器件,主要用于实现音频播放功能,其中,智能终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、智能手表及智能手环。
现有技术中,扬声器箱通常包括具有内腔的箱体、位于内腔中的支架及位于内腔中且设于支架上的扬声器单体。在组装箱体及支架的过程中,由于支架与箱体之间缺乏有效的定位方式,进而导致支架容易相对于箱体发生偏移,影响组装效果。
因此,有必要对上述扬声器箱的结构进行改进。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器箱,解决现有技术中组装箱体及支架时,支架容易相对于箱体发生偏移的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
本实用新型实施例提供一种扬声器箱,包括具有内腔的箱体及设置在所述内腔中的支架,所述箱体包括底板及盖设于所述底板的壳体,所述底板及壳体围合形成所述内腔,所述支架靠近所述底板一侧形成有向所述底板方向延伸的插接部,所述底板形成有与所述插接部插接配合的通孔。
在一些实施例中,所述支架靠近所述底板一侧形成有向所述底板方向延伸的连接部,所述连接部远离所述支架一端形成有向所述底板方向呈渐缩趋势延伸的渐缩部,所述连接部及渐缩部构成所述插接部。
在一些实施例中,所述箱体的侧壁形成有连接所述内腔的过孔,所述支架插设于所述过孔。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体的侧壁开设有连接所述内腔的开口,所述开口及底板组合形成所述过孔。
在一些实施例中,所述插接部及通孔对应设置有多个。
有益效果
从上述描述可知,与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
支架靠近底板一侧形成有向底板方向延伸的插接部,底板形成有与插接部插接配合的通孔,当组装箱体与支架时,利用插接部与通孔之间的插接配合,使得支架相对于箱体具有更加稳定的状态,不会发生偏移,提升组装效果。

请参阅图1以及图2,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器箱的结构示意图,图2为本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器箱的一分解示意图。
如图1以及图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种扬声器箱,包括具有内腔13的箱体1及设置在所述内腔13中的支架2,所述箱体1包括底板11及盖设于所述底板11的壳体12,所述底板11及壳体12围合形成所述内腔13,所述支架2靠近所述底板11一侧形成有向所述底板11方向延伸的插接部21,所述底板11形成有与所述插接部21插接配合的通孔111。
在实际应用中,当所述支架2与箱体1进行组装时,将所述支架2上的插接部21对应插入所述底板11上的通孔111中,使得所述支架2与底板11之间相对固定(相当于所述支架2与箱体1之间相对固定)。
应当理解,所述插接部21及通孔111的数量是相互对应的,当然,所述插接部21及通孔111的数量均不限于一个,可以同时设置多个所述插接部21及通孔111,且所述插接部21及通孔111的数量越多,所述支架2与箱体1之间越稳固。所述插接部21及通孔111的数量是根据实际应用场景确定的,本实用新型实施例对此不做限定。
本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器箱利用所述插接部21与通孔111之间的插接配合,使得支架2相对于箱体1具有更加稳定的状态,不会发生偏移,提升组装效果。
请进一步参阅图3,图3为本实用新型实施例提供的图2中A处的局部放大图。
如图3所示,作为一种可行的实施方式,所述支架2靠近所述底板11一侧可以形成有向所述底板11方向延伸的连接部211,所述连接部211远离所述支架2一端可以形成有向所述底板11方向呈渐缩趋势延伸的渐缩部212,此时,所述连接部211及渐缩部212构成所述插接部21。
在实际应用中,所述渐缩部212首先穿过所述底板11上的通孔111,所述连接部211随后穿过所述通孔111,当所述连接部211完全穿过所述通孔111时,所述底板11与所述支架2的某一面接触(此处,所述支架2与底板11接触的面是与所述连接部211远离所述底板11一侧重合的面)。
应当理解,所述插接部21在所述支架2上的位置、所述通孔111在所述底板11上的位置、所述插接部21的结构形式等,均是根据实际应用场景确定的,本实用新型实施例对此不做限定。
请进一步参阅图4,图4为本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器箱的另一分解示意图。
如图4所示,作为另一种可行的实施方式,所述箱体1的侧壁可以形成有连接所述内腔13的过孔15,所述支架2插设于所述过孔15,即所述支架2通过插入所述过孔15的方式设置在内腔13中。
具体的,所述壳体12的侧壁可以开设有连接所述内腔13的开口121,所述开口121及底板11组合形成所述过孔15。

  1. 一种扬声器箱,包括具有内腔的箱体及设置在所述内腔中的支架,所述箱体包括底板及盖设于所述底板的壳体,所述底板及壳体围合形成所述内腔,其特征在于,所述支架靠近所述底板一侧形成有向所述底板方向延伸的插接部,所述底板形成有与所述插接部插接配合的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架靠近所述底板一侧形成有向所述底板方向延伸的连接部,所述连接部远离所述支架一端形成有向所述底板方向呈渐缩趋势延伸的渐缩部,所述连接部及渐缩部构成所述插接部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的侧壁形成有连接所述内腔的过孔,所述支架插设于所述过孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧壁开设有连接所述内腔的开口,所述开口及底板组合形成所述过孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述插接部及通孔对应设置有多个。
